Jack in the Box

never ever get my order right and i come here at least twice a week. they just dont know how to follow simple instructions on how i want my food done. i always order tacos with easy lettuce and i swear they put extra lettuce in there. last time i went i told them to please make sure their was light lettuce and they put NONE. really? i usually go through the drive thru but when i do go in there it is just filthy n staff is just loud and unprofessional. i work in a restaurant and i understand sometimes we make the wrong order, but come on! every single time! wish their was a closer jack n the box i could go to.
once again went after work and asked for easy lettuce and agian they put extra lettuce smh

The food was good, although quite a few of the tacos were missing cheese, but the restroom was disgusting! I informed the manager, and he said it’s like that every half an hour because of the homeless; it was still like that when I left 20 minutes later. I’m never going back.

This is the nastiest most unsanitary restaurant I have ever been to. The floor behind the register and in the cook area was absolutely disgusting!
The dining area floor was filthy, the tables were all dirty and there was no rush, no crowd just seemingly lazy employees or should I say employees with no standards at all! The door to the restaurant with even nasty I had to use my key to open the door. I came back to get chocolate cake that was left off my order over the weekend my cousin and I had went through the drive-​through. If I had seen the interior I would not have eaten here. Being that I’ve already received an email from the district manager I will be sending her pictures associated with my visit this place is horrible. Definitely the worst Jack-​in-​the-​Box I’ve ever been to. Oh, also when the employee SAAMI starting to take pictures they then started to clean up but the lady wipe the floor and then wipe the table with the same rag nasty!

Asked for number 10 with curly fries and a sprite and a number 11 with regular and a coke, got 2 number 10’s with regular fries and two sprites … How hard is your job? Really!!?

Service: The service was okay. Employees name Ravindar does not seems too happy to be working today.
Foods: was made on time and fresh.
Place: it was hot inside the store. A guy to my left is sleeping and drooling. One of the employee was on a break and talking loud and fast on her phone. The guy that clean the table used the same WET cloth to clean all the table. The table was wet and smelly. Floor was pretty okay. Bathroom is dirty.

Horrible customer service. Manager and crew are both really rude so I stopped getting food from here awhile back but will stop and get a milkshake occasionally. But even then all you get is bottom bag crumbs when you ask for an Oreo milkshake and annoyed looks when you ask for some more Oreo. Also received some cookies with the cookie bag DRENCHED in grease. How lovely.

This Jack in the box has some of the rudest staff. I was confused over a coupon and the staff laughed at me in my face. The extremely overweight Mexican Girl with the horrible ombré curly hair in perticular is nasty.

I can’t give this place a low enough score. I stopped here on my lunch break today and was completely disgusted. I went to use the restroom before ordering and found the place a complete mess. The total seat is broken, the toilet paper was COMPLETELY empty, the door to the stall is broken and is super hard to close. After seeing all that I decided to just leave.
That’s when the real show started. As I was getting back into my truck, this employee in a baggy uniform and backward Jack In The Box hat pulled up in an old Nissan 240 and backed up near the door. He popped the hatch and starting unloading stuff from the back of his car. IT WAS FOOD! Frozen onion rings, packages of cheese, hamburgers buns, and a bunch of other boxes all stuffed into his back seat. He decided to use the box of onions rings as a door stop while he and a girl not in uniform took the products into the store. I worked as a trainer at a high end burger joint for years and seeing this made me sick. He was transporting dairy products with zero refrigeration. Products like that must be handled in very specific ways to be safe and this kid was not doing any of them.
Like I said, one star is too good a rating for this place. Do not go here if you value your health.

Watched the manager ring up a homeless man, she had a disgusted look on her face the whole time and, as he walked away she said to the next customer, within earshot of the man, «I feel like I need to wash my hands!» as she held her hands away from herself. The man had ordered a bowl of rice and asked for two butters. She tried to charge him .65 for the butters, but he persisted and she gave them to him.
Needless to say, they need to train their management better and start treating people like human beings. I will never eat at this place.

This place is horrible, I go through the drive thru and get a simple order and I get home and don’t have half the of the things I had originally ordered.
This happens about 80% of the time.
Then, the employees are sooo not into their jobs. I don’t expect you to be uppidy and cheerful all the time, but I do expect a normal greeting like «hi how are you may I take your order?» But no I don’t even get that, I get this lazy «heeey wuuut would u like» type of deal come on man. I’m not even going to go into the negative things I see actually IN the restaurant because there would be too many things to list and I would be writing a novel of a review.

Worst customer service ever. I went their last night, and they were rebooting their system. Instead of telling me politely and saying they can’t serve us at the time they told me I’m a stupid customer and they will never serve me. I asked for the cashier’s name and he hesitated and lied to me and told me «Jack.» And I asked to talk to the manager’s name and to talk to them and he told me the manager’s name is «Jack» and that I was an idiot and he won’t let me talk to the manager. This idiot was trying to be funny and kept laughing. So disrespectful. I told him i will call in and report their dumbass, but he kept saying that they are franchise so he isn’t scared. I scolded his idiotic small rat brain until he got scared and finally put a manager on the intercom. By then, i was already fed up with their poor customer service. No wonder people are always in and out of this stupid place and can’t keep good employees. The way they treat their customer is ridiculous. They are trained worse than neutered dogs. I rather go to Walmart and buy a bag of dog food and eat that than to ever go to this «Jack In The Box.» Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

I love to go this place, they lot of yummy and tasty smoothies and burgers thats what I like there. There customer service is also fast and this place is every time clean. I would prefer my friends to go there.

Yum drunk food! That’s all. I wouldnt eat it if im sober.

I hit this place up this mornin with one of my friends and got the sausage egg & cheese croissant, but substituted it on sourdough bread and got a o.j. with hashbrowns. the service was pretty good. no complaints and i usually hit this jack in the crack up cuz it’s closest to my hut. but gyeah the peepz here are pretty koo here. one time i chopped it up with some dude about my rice rocket in the drive thru for a minute cuz he was fixin up his whip. but gyeah the peeps here are pretty koo and the service is pretty decent for bein in the heights!
