Wendy’s

It’s Windy’s so what do you expect but I don’t like how I have to remind them for ketchup and a spoon for my frosty. Definitely not the best of service I have received at a Windy’s but not the worst.

Friend of mine found a roach in her ice water called location and they acknowledged have a roach issue

I appreciate a fast food place that has clean window sills. yes I know.weird.
But I must say this place is always clean when I’m here. food is good. I haven’t experienced anything bad.

Came here last week to grab a quick lunch with my girlfriend. When we entered there were no other customers there, so I thought cool we’ll be able to get my food really fast. However, that wasn’t the case, we stood in line for about 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged us (Even though they clearly knew we were waiting. They appeared to be training a new employee on how to use the register) and then we still had to wait an additional 1 – 2 minutes before placing our order. Anyway I ordered the number 1 on the menu and my girlfriend got the apple pecan salad. The turnaround time for the food was reasonable so no complaints there.
When we started eating, the hamburger meat did not taste very fresh, as if it was reheated a few times. The fries were ok, the taste was not potent though. The salad, my gf said tasted weird, not sure if it’s their salad or if the ingredients were bad. She did say that the cheese made her mouth taste weird. Not sure if it was expired or not but she ended up only eating the apples in it.
Asides from that, I would’ve given a higher rating if the workers had been more polite and welcoming. Why would one make CUSTOMERS wait and not acknowledge them until 5 minutes later?

Besides the slight try at yelling my name immaturely «Geronimooo!» The service was quick & efficient.
I tried the jalapeño burger for the first time & I will definitely suggest that you get a water to go along with it! Lots of sauce mixed with diced jalapeños gave a nice kick to the chicken.
There ceased to exist a dollar menu at Wendy’s so if you are looking for the chicken nugget deal still be prepared to pay more than what you are normally used to.
When you ask for more sauce, be sure to specify you would like 2 of each sauce or you would like 3 ranches. Failure to be specific of how many you want will result in one each as if that will be enough for a burger and nuggets.

Love the son of the baconator, it looked so perfect I was sad to eat it, it looked like the ones in the picture and tasted amazing. Fries were a little on the cold side though. Service was fast and the workers were kind.

This Wendy’s is ridiculous! I like Wendy’s but «my» food cans out as soon as I order it and it was cold and in correct. I am always MORE than willing to work with someone who speaks a different language than I, but the guy taking more order and I were NOT communicating, and he got so much attitude when I said it was wrong.
What do we expect from fast food?

It’s okay food not great, I had to add salt to the chili it was sort of flavorless I did love the French fries. The staff is eh.

This Wendy’s has never ceased to come through in the clutch for me. Get the spicy chicken nuggets and their French fries. Open late!

Went to Wendy’s today ordered #1 double burger medium fry
And drink for an outrages price of over 7:00 dollars when I went
To eat the burger I realized they gave a single instead of a double
I complained and got my burger my way. The way I paid for fry’s
Way to salty. I usually go to in and out burger no more Wendy’s
Stay clear from now on.

If Im in a hurry I usually hit some type of fast food. Its horrible but yeah. Since there are not many Wendys, it was an easy choice. They have great selection from cheap to hefty. The only thing is that they rush and make messy food. I understand its lunch madness but if it dont look good it has already took a hit. Worst of all I order nuggets and get no sauce! This is a game ender. Hopefully this doesnt happen to u. I would go back but not drive thru

Stopped in and picked up some baked potates, a small jr cheese burger and strawberry shake. Everything was hot and fresh. The strawberry shake had whipped cream but was a bit runny.
Nice to see this place keep the quality an service a cut above the others

Staff at Wendys in Natomas are very friendly and really appreciate good customer service. We ordered baked potato for our work (40 plus potatoes) and they were fantastic.
Plus the burger at Wendys is great and the place is VERY clean.
Thanks Wendys and your staff for a job well done!!!

I usually use the drive through when I come here. I also come there late at night, they have good food good customer service

It’s fast food in the ghetto but when I’ve been really hungry and on the go a tasty frosty and some chicken sammich is a lovely meal.

Can’t beat this place for a late-​night Frostie after a night at Sleep Train Arena! The price is right, the staff is always nice, the service is FAST, and the chocolaty goodness of that thick concoction is sooooo refreshing :)

I used the drive through and ordered a Spicy Cesar Salad, Chocolate Frosty, Monterrey Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe.
When I first pulled in, they rushed me through the order. Next I pulled into the pickup window and I was looking for my wallet to pay them. They were in a bit of a rush again and there wasn’t anybody behind me. After I paid, they gave me my food and closed the window quickly. I was checking my bag as well as putting my money away and they rushed me away.
The food was pretty much the same as other Wendy’s restaurants, but the service was poor.

Fuck you, Wendy’s! They got my order wrong and said it was my fault. I’m pretty damn sure I didn’t order a hamburger because I haven’t eaten beef in at least 8 years now. So no, I didn’t change my mind last minute. I wasn’t thinking «Oh gee, after 8 years, looking at a Wendy’s hamburger is going to make me want to eat beef again.» You’re not that great!
They were also really slow. Two people had to come to help the cashier get the correct change to a customer. They also didn’t know what I ordered. It’s on your damn menu. And judging by other comments and my few other experiences here, these are pretty common issues. Ugh, now I’m super hungry and cranky!
It’s not that I hate this ginger, it’s that this location is a big fail!

Super fast drive thru service… so fast, they forget to give you a straw for your frosty. I suppose with an order as complciated as mine, it’d be easy to forget… I mean, I ordered a frosty AND a cheese burger. I can understand how a drive thru worker might get confused and neglect the straw required to drink the beverage of such an enormous, complicated order.
Meanwhile, the food is good as any Wendy’s. I tried to new cheddar cheese burger today… super cheesy grease ball and I love it. Will def be on my list of bar night foods. =)
