Jamba Juice

This Jamba Juice is on point. Ive been coming here religiously several times per week– they are always friendly, never an attitude, always ask you how you’re doing, NEVER get the order wrong (which I have had problems with at other locations). The employees have a great energy that is contagious and keeps me coming back. I will continue to frequent here.

This is the only mid-​town Sacramento Jamba. As such, beggars can’t be choosers. The location is ok… but parking can be a challenge as with any downtown/​midtown places. The joint is small but is sufficient for my needs since I usually get Jamba as take out. If you want to eat at a table, there are 3 outside on the sidewalk if you like the occasional midtown noise, homeless walking around, and sewer smell. I wished they had a larger space for indoor seating.
The service is neutral and the workers might as well be robots. They say «hello» but couldn’t care less because it’s just a job to them. Maybe someday the location will be replaced with a vending machine kiosk since I’m not paying for anything extra here other than a quick nutritious fruity snack within walking distance of my day job. Sorry folks, this location doesn’t have that special feel and quality as other Jamba locations for the premium cost. In the end, I still give them 3 stars because I want a Jamba Juice once in awhile within close proximity.

I was contacted by Jamba Juice corporation and they made the situation right. I was also contacted by the manager of the store and she apologized for the situation. I have since gone back and even though they were just as busy as the last time the service level was 100% better. I will continue to go back to this location and am glad Jamba Juice took the time to address my issue. Huge props to both Jamba Juice and Sabina, the store manager.

Nice staff and quick turn over time after ordering! They hooked me up! I had an old receipt with a coupon on the back of it, and my drink was much cheaper than expected !

Friendly staff, my drink is always made correctly, tasty snacks. However, catch this place at a wrong time and you will have a long wait. Popular place in the mid morning.

This probably makes me a Jamba snob.
I hate when there are pieces of fruit in my smoothie.

It’d be awesome if they could give me the right Acai bowl instead of telling me I ordered the wrong one and then pay no mind to me when I try to speak to them again.

Your typical Jamba Juice. Not as healthy as juicing yourself at home, but definitely not a bad treat. Have never had issues with customer service here, but cleanliness has been hit and miss over the years. I usually go in when I am in the area. If it seems like they are not on it with the cleaning, I simply leave. The only thing I can recommend to management here is to be more consistent with cleaning and you would be golden!

Very friendly staff. The girl that helped me was bright and cheery and had a great attitude. The male worker seemed to be the same so that was awesome. Although the staff is quite pleasant, the shop is not very clean. I was going to get a blended drink but after seeing the state of the walls, floors and counters I decided on a bottled drink in the cold case instead. With a deep cleaning and regular cleanings daily it could be great. They have the good staff, now they just need to clean it up!

I went to this location and the service was good. The drink was also great but the visit didn’t end so great.
I don’t know if I’ll be returning due to the unsanitary circumstances though. I couldn’t believe what I saw. And I hope that the image I post changes the cleanliness of the location. Cockroach poop isn’t necessarily my favorite.

I’ve always been a fan of Jamba Juice and just recently have been getting their juices instead of smoothies. This one time I remember getting there a little early as they were setting up. They open at 6:30 and it was 6:26 or something like that, the lady who was outside, told me they weren’t open yet, but I figured it was a few minutes so I’d go inside since it was still a little chilly out. I walk inside and the other girl tells me the same thing, I told her, I know and I’ll wait. She gave me this look like I was stupid. By that time, there were 2 minutes left! Sheesh. I don’t know what the big issue was here. So the girl outside comes in and takes my order and she was a little nicer compared to the other, I guess you can say.
It was just an awkward experience, I guess I should have waited outside, I don’t know. It is the closest one to my work place, so I have no choice, unless I want to drive further. It is on the smaller side and when there’s more than 2 people in line, including waiting for your order, it feels like you’re in everyone’s way. Not my favorite location.

Great customer service! they are fast and friendly. Perfect for when you’re hungry, and just don’t have time or want to grab something unhealthy.

Don’t get me wrong. The smoothies here are a few clicks healthier than your standard Gunther’s milk shake. But let’s not for a moment think we’re consuming a health drink, ok? For a healthier and still tasty option, Robek’s has (IMHO) a decent array of healthy juice and smoothie options, with less additives and sugar.
So what will you get at Jamba Juice? Pleasant service from some really nice people. A great tasting, sweet smoothie with fro-​yo (it’s not in all of them) and lots of options for powdered this & that. What’s in all that I’m not so sure.
Now to be fair, there are other healthier options. Wheat grass juice and the like.
And that collection of Vitamix’ers — impressive. The great thing about a Vitamix is that you can put in a whole apple, loads of kale, pineapple, ginger, carrot, orange, berries (all whole), add some plain water and ice and zap! Delicious smoothie. When I see a smoothie like that on the menu, I’ll gladly order one and consider a higher rating for JJ.

Perfect quick stop for when you’re hungover and want to pretend like you’re drinking something healthy. There is never a line, always parking nearby, the service is super quick and friendly, and they’ll make you lemonade even though it is no longer on their menu. Love the peach mango smoothie. There isn’t anywhere to sit inside (though they do have some patio furniture outside) so this is definitely a grab and go kind of place. I’ll be back next time I drink all the beer and have errands to run.

Great service, great Jamba — just what you’d expect. My wife always gets the orange carrot juice — which the staff graciously made even though i know it’s the most difficult drink to make! I always get the Citrus Squeeze, which isn’t on the menu but I’ve been ordering it for years and never been dissatisfied. Every once in a while I get the oatmeal with bananas and brown sugar, which is delicious but frankly a bit overpriced.

You can get any smoothie in «light» now. So i got the carribean passion light. it tasted no different from the regular one! it was yummy in my tummy.

I so enjoy the Jamba. This is a very nice location, given its proximity to other places that I frequent, such as Icing on the Cupcake. Nothing like a sweet mango a go-​go to help the cupcake eating.

This midtown spot is not very big but that’s okay. The brightness and wonderful citrus smell makes up for that.
Today I ordered the Strawberry Surf Rider with the 3G boost (the G is for Goddess). My homey Kyle blended, poured, shook and served my smoothie with all the friendly awesomeness he manufactures just for his day job. I love that guy. He’s got a great approach to customers and doesn’t even blink when he hands «Ms Cleo the Superhero» her liquid lunch.

Jamba Juice may not be as healthy as you are tricking yourself to believe it is, but I still can’t help but return bi-​weekly. How could I not with the best set of juicers in town working the blenders, oven and register? I’ve been to countless Jamba’s and this is the only one where they’ve ever remembered not only my name but aspects of my life. That’s the kind of old fashioned customer service sorely lacking from almost every chain store these days… except here.

The location is very convenient. The staff get me what I need and are friendly. Jamba Juice is always a tasty treat. There’s a speaker in the ceiling when you first walk in… My 22 month old son and I hang out under it and dance while we wait for our drinks. I wish I could break dance like him but there’s no space for that. I keep returning which means there’s something good about the place. If you want an awesome tangy drink get a razzmatazz with no banana, sub raspberries … No orange sherbet, sub raspberry sherbet… No ice, sub lemonade and add an immunity boost to it… Yum!!!
