KC Schuft – Lyon Real Estate

My wife and I bought our first home in 2009. KC lived in the same neighborhood and we would frequently see her posts on the Nextdoor app which is an app our neighborhood uses to connect with one another regarding various topics concerning our neighborhood.
We responded to a post she put up offering a free home market analysis. At the time we were just tinkering with the thought of possibly selling in the near future but wanted to see where we stood in the market first. KC provided an in-​depth analysis of our home as well as the current state of the market. At that time, it was not feasible for us to sell and KC let us know that she would keep us updated should anything change. KC kept in touch with us from time to time and let us know about home prices in our area and other changes in the market. We never felt pressured to sell and was always reassured by KC that the time was right when we felt it would be right.
Several months later when we noticed other homes in our area selling for reasonable offers we decided to take the plunge and put our house on the market as well. KC was super helpful and informative of all the steps we needed to take in order to do so. She helped with staging our home and had a fantastic photographer come out to take pictures that turned out better than we could imagine. In fact they made our house look so good that we wanted to buy our home! But in the end, we ended up selling in less than two weeks for well over asking! We had a great experience working with KC and to this day she continues to keep in touch with us. We look forward to working with her in the near future as we start to look for our next home.
