DO NOT TRUSTLINDA FLOOD INC!!! I live in Sacramento, ca and was applying to a house. The realtor that assisted me with my case was named JOELLE FOUNDALE. From the moment we went to the house I could tell she doubted me and my roommate. But I liked the house and wanted to apply. After getting all the paperwork together and the application fees and having to go to the office three times because they have no advertising whatsoever for there building, we were denied for «taking to long to submit the applications». She also never related this information she only contacted me back after contacting her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS EEALTY COMPANY ESPECIALLY FOR THE GREATER SACRAMENTO AREA!!!
