Replaced sprinklers. Had to come back and install drip lines for the bushes. Left a big mess. Left our garden hose all knotted up (twice). Pulled a hundred fifty pound bag of roots and mud and left it in the backyard, with a mud trail all the way around on the walkway. Very unhappy with the services provided. Yeah sprinklers work okay but jeez.

Our sprinkler system was an absolute mess. Rich was very professional, took the time to listen to what we needed and made great recommendations. By updating our system we now have a system that is much more in line with the current draught conditions in CA and we are wasting no water. He followed up after the work was done to make sure that we were happy.
