Master Pizza

I’ve changed my mind about these guys…
The last few times I attempted to order online through them via Eat24, (as I’ve done countless times in the past), they would often leave my order unconfirmed and not respond back to Eat24’s calls or my own. Eventually the order would be cancelled by Eat24 to save me from suffering. (Those guys are awesome). Recently it seems, Master Pizza kept setting themselves as unavailable to online ordering. Now they are completely gone. If a business cannot handle simple service, how it is going to handle my food safely? These guys WERE one of the best for the price to have delivered, but now I have to go elsewhere. I’m not even that upset about them pulling out of Eat24 without warning. I’m upset that they continuously ignored my orders and took my money. Whatever caused them to change in the last few months was NOT for the better. I’ll take my hunger elsewhere instead of trying to get scammed more.

The delivery driver today sped through my neighborhood way too fast, and barely stopped at the stop sign. On Salmon Falls, big company sign on top of a little car. Pizza isn’t that important.

Ordered here for the first time and pizza was over an hour late. Called twice and was told the driver had left with our food. Won’t every order from here again.

I tried this place out for the first time. Ordered online, my order ended up being over 1hr late. I had to call multiple times before they picked up. Although the pizza was good and I would eat again. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online or waiting around for delivery.
Guess I should stay with going and eating in. Lol
Anyways finally when my pizza had arrived a hr and some minutes late the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and refunded me my money for waiting so long.
Long story short the pizza is good! JUST NO MORE ONLINE ORDERING

This is probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. And I was just telling my bf how there is no such thing as bad pizza. Well I was wrong. There are maybe 4 other pizza places in the same plaza. Pass this one by. The end.

I have ordered here twice through the Eat24 app and both times was sorely disappointed.
Both times they were «out» of an item I ordered and both times just substituted whatever they wanted without having the courtesy of calling and asking
1) what I would like to substitute for
2) If I even still wanted to continue with my order
They also take forever to deliver and the food is stone cold when it arrives. Absolutely apathetic workers as well both times I called I did not receive one apology for my wasted money. Terrible food, terrible service, absolute incompetence overall. Trust me it’s not even worth seeing for yourself.

Pretty good pizza, at a reasonable price. I ordered online they were here promptly. Pizza was well made hot and delicious. Driver was friendly and profession. Would recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

Got hair in our pizza and was told it’s not hair. When it was clearly a hair. They also messed up on my order of Hawaiian pizza and put pepperoni on instead of Canadian bacon and was told that it my fault. Because I did not specifying to put Canadian bacon on my Hawaiian pizza. Forgot to make our cheesy bread and was told they have to check the order. On top of that pizza was worst ever. Don’t go here… Ever.

I made an order online through eat24. Delivery was scheduled between 45 – 60 minutes. Later, I was on the phone and someone else called, but I didn’t answer it at the time. Turns out it was eat24 calling to say they didn’t have the soda flavor I wanted. So I call the pizza place several minutes later to see if they had left yet (this is 40 minutes after placing my order) and they didn’t even start making my pizza yet! Come on, really? All because I didn’t stop what I was doing to address the soda situation? They should’ve already been on the way with the pizza order and a few other sodas to choose from… or none at all, who cares. Since I didn’t want to wait that long, I cancelled the order. I’m so glad I didn’t pre-​pay online. I seem to remember a similar experience in the recent past with this particular establishment regarding a delivery issue that I had to cancel then too, so I plan to steer clear from this place altogether… and maybe Unilocal’s eat24 thing too.

I ordered delivery: Pizza, and mozzarella sticks.
Unfortunately I didn’t get my sticks, but instead cheese bread. It was tasty, but I was in the mood for mozzarella sticks! Taste was great though and plenty of utensils I asked for.
Check your order if you order online I guess.

I came here for the first time at around 7pm on a Tuesday. There were no customers there and was promptly attended. I ordered a personal combination pizza. I got a special of the pizza and a drink for 5.95.
I waited a out 7 minutes for the pizza to be made. I really liked that it was freshly made. It was nice and hot and CHEESY with a lot of toppings. I got a choice of canned or fountain drink. Overall the service was cool, not extraordinary though. The pizza itself was great. Will come back again soon!

For the price and location I was thoroughly impressed. You can order two 3 topping pizzas for around $ 20. We ordered one with olives, pepperoni, and cheese, and one with artichoke hearts, linguica, and cheese — both were delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful. The crust was of medium-​thin thickness. It could’ve been a little crispier but nothing a few extra minutes in our oven at home didn’t fix. Next time we’ll ask for crispy crust. Of course that’s just a personal preference. We’ll be trying this place again!

Super fast delivery but better than that the pizza is amazing! I love the veggie and the chicken garlic. The price is perfect too.

Their pizza is good. Very good for the price. And that’s why they get 4 stars. It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it’s definitely good. Customer service, however, is seriously lacking. They get a 2 or 3 in that area, but since I only order take-​out and don’t actually care about customer service for take-​out I didn’t take off any stars for it.

I ordered pizza for my daughters for lunch at 3:51pm it is now 5:03pm & it would have been ok, but when I called to ask if it would be much longer the girl who answered the phone just says «all deliveries are out already sorry ok bye «. I mean thanks. If I knew it would that way i probably would have just found a different place let alone nor would I have pre tipped on my card.
Anyways, no great customer service and all.

I’ve had Master Pizza twice and it was scrumptious both times. one time was delivery and they promptly arrived with quality food. the other time I dined-​in and i guess they don’t get much of that due to a lack of cups and a shortage of drink options. customer service isn’t all that, but they’re just people. and I like their pizza!

I wish I could give it no stars! They were very rude over the phone and gave me a hard time ordering. I tried to cancel and she was very unpleasant to work with. I just want my money back. Customer service is a key point and I was unpleased.

I’d say Papa Murphy;s, Round Table or Pizza Hut is a better option. It was mediocre pizza quality.

I decided that I did not want to cook dinner tonight, and I saw this sheet from Master Pizza with all of their various deals they have on pizza. I was in the mood to try a new pizza place, especially for the killer price, so I gave it a shot. I got the medium 3 topping pizza with the cheesy garlic bread and a two liter of lemonade (they also have many sodas there) for $ 14. This was a killer deal, and the food did not disappoint.
I got jalapenos, pepperoni, and sausage on my pizza; it turned out to be delicious. It had plenty of cheese, and they were not stingy with the toppings either. I am surprised by some of the other reviews people have written for this place. The pizza was not too greasy or anything like that. You’re obviously not going to get the best pizza you’ve ever eaten in your life at these prices, but Master Pizza definitely cooks up a delicious and affordable pizza. The cheesy garlic bread was also delectable. I will definitely be visiting Master’s Pizza again for some more of their food. They have some delicious looking premium pizzas that I would like to try the next time that I go.

SITREP
Didn’t feel like cooking yesterday evening, so I stopped one-​station stop before mine so I could grab a $ 10 special: a large with three toppings.
THE SETUP
The pizza crust is a little more chewy than I would like it. The sauce tastes a bit pre-​processed (by that I mean you can taste the pre-​processing — it isn’t made fresh), and there wasn’t near as much cheese on the pizza-​pie as I would like.
My 3 toppings were sausage, pepperoni and olives. It was baked well (not too long) so that when I was chomping down on the first piece before I got home, it certainly satisfied my hunger-​urge.
BY WAY OF COMPARISON
If you are familiar with Pagliacci’s on Seattle’s Capitol Hill, or Pizzelle’s in North Beach SF, or Giovanni’s on Folsom Blvd in Sacramento, this pizza doesn’t really come close to those 5-​star establishments. But it’s a decent pizza.
If you have a chance to hit the $ 7 lunch-​time pizza buffet at Roundtable, Rico’s or Mountain Mike’s, I’d say hit them. You get to mix it up with a salad bar and a drink in that mix. But at the end of the day, this is a great deal for a whole large pizza and those are circumstances in which I would grab this pizza again.
THE LOWDOWN
An average $ 10 pizza is what you get, and you get what you pay for: a decent average deal. Nothing better. But not bad if it’s convenient.
