Mountain Mikes pizza is soooo yummy. I like this location because it’s huge and the fire place is a nice touch. Their ingredients taste so fresh! I had a sausage and mushroom pizza once and the sausage pieces were huge and perfect. And I loove the BBQ pineapple chicken pizza they offer. I like to come in between lunch and dinner because its dead. The only reason I give it 3 instead of 4, is because it’s so expensive :((I paid like 60 bux for a large build my own (mush&sausage), a small special pizza and mozz sticks. Pizza just shouldn’t be that much money. I’d come here way more if prices were better!

Amazing people! I was on my way home with my two daughters when we got into a car accident. My daughter’s were screaming hungry by the time we finally got done with the police and how etc. and got home and Mountain Mikes was my savior. Not only did they expedite delivery to almost instantaneous they added in a surprise treat for my daughters.
Honest good people. I order from them frequently and they’ve always been great but this time they were incredible. They went above and beyond when they didn’t need to. Its hard to find good businesses like this now a days. Can’t thank you guys enough!

We come here because the pizza is good. Use coupons and its a pretty good deal. Also go on Tuesday and its cheaper. The staff there has always been friendly.

This place upset me very bad today. I had two large pizzas and i asked for some ranch she said she will charge me for it if i get more then one. Really 1 small ranch for a large pizza. Money is not the problem it just threw me off when i she said they inly give a small rancho for a large pizza. Small ranch is prolly enough for two slices not the entire pizza. No wonder they were slow, take care of your customers mountain mikes … Paid almost 40 dollars for 2 pizzas and walked away disappointed. WONT BE BACK.

Horrible service! Dirty tables and plates everywhere! Staff is lazy and just sits around. Never will come back.

Good pizza, good people, pretty decent price. They have great deals on Tuesdays, but it seems that they can never get my order right. It gets a bit frustrating and last time just might have been it for me. I found another place down the street that I tried and at least they got my order right the first time!

Not sure what happened to mountain mikes, but the pizza is priced extremely high for what you get. You get Pizza Hut or dominos quality at 30−40% more price. Even though this location is right up the street from me, I rarely go there and will go to many other places instead.

The pizza is good when fresh! My complaint is when you go in for the lunch buffet. I went in @ 11:20 and their was some pizza out but with the few people that were there it was gone in 15min and they didn’t put any new pizza out til 12:25! I understand that it is a business and they don’t want to waist but to make the people who paid good money wait that long is unacceptable! This isn’t the first so I felt I had to say something!

I love everything about there pizza! I can’t wait to get some! People are very nice! I’ve never had a upsetting dry pizza everything very fresh! I give it 5 stars

To sum it up… for a Mountain Mike’s, this is probably the best one. They even have baby pool tables.

When I called to order, the guy was rude and then hung up on me.
Ordered the pizza at 5, it wasn’t ready until 6.
The store was disgusting. Litter everywhere, giant spill in the middle of the dinning area, and the place smelled like a used sponge.
The lettuce was brown, they were out of ranch and when we told someone, it took 15 minutes to refill it.
It wasn’t like the place was busy, either. Besides us, there were two groups of three or less. And, they even made the wrong pizza for the people across from us.
This place used to be good, but has gone downhill fast. Will not be returning.

Pizza is consistent.
Service however is less to be desired. I usually call in and pick up. The customer service is nonexistent and associates are rude. Tonight the restaurant was not busy. I observed the cashier toss a man his quarters instead of placing them in his hand. Upon processing my order which he pulled up on the computer, I was charged, handed my pizza but needed to ask for my remaining items. I am wondering where the disconnect happened? Checking my order, paying, yet having to ask for the missing items? There was no ‘Thank you’ or engagement of any type other than to take my money.
This is the third time I have had a poor customer service interaction at this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I placed an order online on January 1. Typically, they respond within 10 minutes to confirm the order. I did not get the confirmation so I tried calling the restaurant. I tried for over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone with no success so I thought they may be closed for new years day. I went ahead and ordered pizza from another place and actually received it in a timely manner. Suddenly, an HOUR later, I receive confirmation that my order has been received. I promptly call the place and tell them to cancel the order, we have already gone elsewhere. I had used a credit card to order online and asked for a refund. I was told that they could not handle the refund in house and a third party would have to process it. Well, it’s almost a week and 6 phone calls later with promises that this would be resolved and still nothing has happened. I have finally resorted to disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will NEVER order from this location again. They have lost a loyal customer of 8 years.

Manager was RUDE as hell! He called himself Rod… sounds like Indian descent. I have placed over 50 orders here for delivery and never spoke with him! Never doing business again there! The pizza at this franchise is good however this location is not what it use to be!
Tried to order my regular. …it’s already in the computer duh! He tells me my salad with toppings on the side is two salads! So he will charge me for two! Wtf! Then when I ask why he says two containers! I said put them in a bag, in foil even plastic! I don’t need a ton of them! Just wanted to share the salad with everyone who doesn’t care for those toppings and I do.
Never spoke with him before. Usually a very nice guy answers and says «yup your order the same way» and I tip $ 10 on top of the delivery charge!
Told this new –Indian/​Rod manager I will no longer do business there. You just lost a regular customer for $ 8 upsell! It’s already expensive pizza! Will be sending this to corporate as well. So cheap/​rude! Wish I could give 0 stars!

Well, I used to love Mountain MIke’s Pizza, until recently. I placed an order on November 12, 2014 that came to 41.98, and then I got calls that they wouldn’t deliver my pizza to me. Darn. Well, I cancelled my order, and they said that it’d be refunded, guess what didn’t happen?
So I submit an e-​mail to corporate, and I get two calls, saying that I’ll be refunded within 8 business days. Well, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, however, after checking my account today, I noticed that the money was taken, and never given back?
I’m disgusted that this is how the business operates, after corporate has told them to refund something. The manager that I spoke to was also incredibly rude when the event did happen, it’s not my fault that your online ordering let me order something for delivery, that isn’t in your delivery area. You should probably fix that.
Either way, that will be the last time I ever get anything from Mountain Mike’s pizza, I had to submit a complaint to the BBB in order to get this resolved, and I don’t think anyone else should have to have these problems, so be very aware that they will rip you off.

Service is good here, pizza is great, and the owners appreciate your business. We recently moved back to the neighborhood and are very happy we found a great pizza place!

It took over an hour for a delivery… I placed the order at 1… it’s 2 pm and it still isn’t here… i live across the street. wish I could give it no stars. Dominos will offer something extra if something goes wrong. All he said on the phone was, we only have one driver. well how is that my fault figure your labor out it said 45 minutes. This place Is terrible.
THANK GOD FOR ANDREW. your lucky to have him. My mini pizza and sandwich are here an hour and a half late. The girl delivery driver aparently knocked on my door. I was sitting two feet away from. Never called me or anything they need to fire her. And make Andrew a manager! He sure helped me and made me happy. He is the epitemy of customer service.

Went to this location for the first time today. My boyfriend and I love the pizza we just always spend SO much on it :(
Place was clean and we watched the Eagles game the entire time. (Go eagles!!!) there is a ton of seating there but not many people were there. Our food took a bit to get but that was expected. I give a 5 cause there were no complaints! Overall a nice and quiet mountain mikes!
