Rude, grumpy, unpleasant, unprofessional. I had a full pedicure and gel manicure and I was out of there in 35 minutes. The moment I walked in for my appointment this woman starts yelling«what color?! What color?! Practically shoved me into the pedi chair, didn’t offer the massage controls, and started hacking at my hands in the biggest hurry you can imagine. After the cuticle trim I looked at my hands and said this is not good, I’m leaving. So she starts yelling«not done yet! Not done yet!» And started over. Absolutely no relaxation, no pleasantries, no smiles. My nails look fine but my back hurts from her yanking my arms around so she could do my nails at chair side at breakneck speed without getting up while the nicer woman did my feet. You would think they were busy, right? No, I was the only person in the salon for half the time and they were due to be open for another two hours. Never again.

This place used to have at least 4 technicians available for services, now it’s down to just two: I assume this is a husband/wife team. I’ve gone here during the times I couldn’t get in with my regular person in the Arden area, and I’ve regretted it every time. The work is rushed and sloppy, they glob on the polish, and don’t use a base coat. The lady is extremely unfriendly, and the man is so busy asking about your personal life and hitting on you, I didn’t know until i had been there a few times that they were husband and wife. He even went so far as to give me his personal cell phone number in case in case I wanted to go out with him! Really? The polish jobs were so bad, I’d just go in and have them put on the acrylic and stop at that, I can go home and file/paint my nails myself and do a better job. They also don’t completely clean their pedicure tubs the way they are supposed to between clients. NEVEREVEREVER again!

My mom and I have been going to Mike and Kim for years. We have never been disappointed. Mike can do a full set in 30 minutes or less, which is pretty impressive. Their prices are pretty decent. $ 20 for a pedicure, $ 10 for a manicure, $ 8 for an eyebrow wax, etc. Mike and Kim are really nice people, and always understand exactly what you want. They also sell beauty products like soap, shampoo and conditioner, and face wash. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails or eyebrows done.

My nails turned out fine for a quick and easy stop. :D I would stop by again if I need another fix. Thanks to Kim; she’s such a sweet lady.

Went into NT Nails for a manicure and pedicure. There was no one else in the salon and yet the services were rushed and sloppy. Had to have a nail fixed after drying because the polish had bubbled. A few other nails were also messy. Both sets of paint started chipping the next day despite being very gentle with them. I re-did the paint coats myself and they looked much better than the«professional» jobs I had paid for.

Unfortunately, NT does not do a very good job. I went in on my lunch break to do a quick polish change. That is about as basic as it gets. Kim put a THICK top coat on me and it didn’t dry properly. She seemed rather rushed and sloppy in her work. I still have polish around my nails that she left on my fingers. Not cool. I sat under the dryer for 10 minutes. When I pulled out my nails, they looked funky and streaked because of the top coat. Then Kim went to fix them quickly again and put my under UV light. They all dried but how long does it take to run remover around the nail? Sloppy and unprofessional. When no one is in the nail place, just do a decent job at least. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Kim and Mike were very sweet but this was a waste of time.

I have been going to NT Nails for about a year now. I am always happy and satisfied when I leave. Kim always makes sure that she gets my in grown toe nails out(due to steel toe boats I wear for work). She does a wonderful job and so does her husband! The thing I love about this place is I can get a pedicure and a fill on my nails in less than an hour. I do not want to spend all day in a nail salon.

I’ve gone to NT Nails off and on for several years and think I’ve now gone my last time. They used to have several employees but the last couple of times I’ve been in it seems it’s just the husband and wife owners and maybe another person. Their base pedicure for $ 20 doesn’t include callus removal or scrub. The wife is VERY fast, not very thorough and can be sloppy. I opted up for the $ 30 spa pedicure today thinking I would get more, but was in and out of the chair in about 30 minutes(including scrub, mask stuff, and supposedly hot towels — which I didn’t get). No base coat until I asked, and then only 1 coat of color and 1 top coat. She seemed in a big hurry, but I’m not sure why — there was no one else there. It’s convenient, but not worth it. Unfortunate.

Terrible service! Went there with the intention to get a pedicure with my friend. Two people were working and they said they would be able to take us. One would assume we would be the next two to be worked on. So first they were pushing us to put our feet in the water while we were picking our color out. Then once we sat in the chairs both of our chairs were broken. Then one of the workers started to work on my friend. The other started working on another lady that came in after us. He touched her feet, then another ladies hands and then was going to come over and touch my feet without washing his hands. Bad enough that I had to wait for him but I was not going to have him work on me and the other lady’s feet at the same time, especially because he didn’t even wash his hands or change gloves. Then later that night my friend was inspecting her pedicure and found chips in her polish and her cuticles needing clipping. She basically said she could have done a better job herself and why did she even pay to get it done. All around TERRIBLE experience!!!

I have been going to NT on and off for years, mostly because of the convenience, and I can’t recall having many complaints. I’ve had Kim a lot throughout the years and she does a great job, especially on acrylic, even if she was a little on the unfriendly side! The man who works there is quite the perfectionist and on one occasion after a pedicure, he even insisted on touching up my nails(that were done elsewhere) for free. As is to be expected with any nail salon, you must be very clear about what you want and speak up if you don’t want to be overcharged. I like that NT accepts cards. Definitely an adequate trustworthy nail salon in my experience, and I would recommend it to any Pocket resident.

Ugh, do NOT go here. I’ve gone here several times. The last 2 times they cut my cuticles by far way too short and now have 2 sore toes that me be getting infected from this service. + they do not scrub all of the dead skin off the bottom of your feat, they were still rough after the last 2 times. I usually have positive experiences whereever I go, but not at NT nails. Trust me, I wanted to love this place, but the poor service is just too terrible. There is a guy that works there who is very nice. Then there are 6 catty asian girls that bluntly talk and gossip about you in their own language right infront of you, which is just unacceptable. Oh and watch out when you give them your credit card, they pruposely over charge you… and when you call them out on it, they claim they took it upon themselves to include their own tip, even though there is a spot on the receipt where you can hand write in your own tip on the ddotted line, like restaraunts do. It is obvious that the majority of their employees are not trained; the only knowledge they have is what they learned from working there. You couldn’t pay me to go back here! Trust me, save your money and go elsewhere. :)
