Got to give a huge shout out to Joy the store manager. I work in Retail as a fellow store manager. Let me tell you that very few retailers know how to take it to the level of service that she does. I had been experiencing consistent failure with a product that they stocked. She went outside the box and took care of business in a major way for me. I respect that more than you could imagine. Very apologetic and genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with both the product and her company. Hats off to you Joy and thank you.

Two thumbs up! I called and asked if they carried ignition coils for my car. I spoke with Jeremy and he was awesome. He said they didn’t have them but he would order them for me and they would get them in a couple hours and he would give me a call when they received them. Two hours later I received a phone call and they had my parts. I walked in and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Chad rang me up and he was very helpful too. He asked if I needed any other supplies to go with my purchase and he didn’t peer pressure me to buy it but recommended things. And I ended up purchasing some gel for it which was very helpful. Jeremy recognized who i was and shook my hand and introduced himself to me and I realized he was the gentleman who helped me over the phone. I had such a great experience there and since im a woman I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of by being pressured to buy stuff I didn’t really need. I totally recommend this location to anyone. The best customer service ever! These guys deserve a promotion for their hard work and great customer service skills. Thanks a bunch fellas!
