This morning we received the worst service possible. The girl who attended us was rude and gave us terrible service When I was ordering my bagel and asked for it toasted she proceeded to roll her eyes. When she handed me my barely toasted bagel I politely reminded her I also had a muffin in my order. She clearly had forgotten and rolled her eyes again took back the plate and put my muffin on it. My parents also got rudely served. This is their favorite place to meet for coffee. But I highly doubt I will ever return. At 2.49 for a blueberry muffin with hardly any blueberries. A cold bagel at 1.39 and hazelnut cream cheese at 1.45. And the horrible service above all. Made my morning with my son and parents not worth any of it Bye Panera. You use to be awesome. But I will get my bagel and coffee somewhere else :/

As always no one at the cashier! It would take you 40 minutes to make an order! Poor customer service

I always forget this location is here. The café is always clean and there is(almost) always a place to sit. Since it’s off the main thoroughfare of the shopping center there’s no foot traffic passing by. Would highly recommend for some soup and a marathon study session or a long lunch with friends. Service is fast, but you don’t feel rushed. Skip the pastries and stick with a soup/sandwich combo.

I’m writing as I eat. Food is as expected. Service is bare minimum. I’ve had better service experience at DMV.

Literally, the worst customer service experience from beginning to end. They yelled at us to hurry to order, got the order incorrect, yelled about the pager being needing to be in the basket, and the place was filthy. Clean people and be nice. I will never go back to Panera to be treated like a piece of crap.

Probably the worst Panera I’ve been to. Always understaffed and the line is usually out the door. I’ve experienced a handful of rude workers from this location as well. The place is a mess and there are always tables that need a wipe down. Stay away and go to another location.

First time here. Customer service: 4⁄5 Food :1/5 it was gross. I ordered the steak panini and the only thing I liked was my raspberry iced tea drink. The bread was hard, meat extremely chewy and had no flavor. The brownie was not good either. It was not flaky like a brownie should be. The coffees crumble cake was dry. Sad visit overall. Will not be returning

Finally! a place that offers salad’s on their breakfast menu. When on a diet I find it difficult to find a nice sit down restaurant where I can order a chicken salad for breakfast. I also got low carb sandwich to go with it. The menu was diverse and most of the things I tried here were tasty. The restaurant model was a little confusing, It operated sort of like a fast food with out drive thru but also offered items already warmed which appeared to be fast casual style restaurant. whatever it is, it works for me. Panera’s food is very tasty. Fan of the Mac n Cheese, it’s saucey, not baked, and the tons and tons of salads.

I liked this Panera at first but now I realize why it has a bad rap. I work in the federal building across the parking lot so this spot is pretty convenient. These guys give me a half panini with very little cheese, and barely any grill marks on my bread. The thing tastes like a sad excuse for a grilled cheese soggy sandwich. On top of that they forget the chips! how hard is it to do what you get paid for?

Good food but today very poor extremely rude service from trainee associate Saya! It seemed like Saya has no idea how to be nice and friendly to customers! Very rude tone when I asked questions about pastries — like it was too much effort and like she did not want to be working here! Hopefully she will not last long since she is bad for business!

Always out of everything. 9 am on Saturday and they are already out of half their breakfast stuff. Sadly, this is the typical experience here. If you want a specific bagel or a soufflé you better be here when they open. Used to be a great location, but has gone steadily downhill in the last 3 – 4 months.

I used the mobile ap to order from the«You Pick Two» menu, since Panera offered a freebie on my rewards card. I shall now be deleting that ap. It was an extremely easy, fast, and convenient way to place an order, so in that sense, it’s a great ap. The failure comes inside the restaurant when you pick it up. You can choose what time you want to pick up your order. I chose 10 minutes, and in 11 minutes, I walked into PB, and was told by the counter staff that my «rapid pick-up» order would be on the shelf to the right. There is a bookshelf with alphabetized sections labeled. There weren’t any bags on the shelves. So I asked the female staff busily working on orders if mine was ready. Three times she asked for my name and kept saying 2 other names that clearly were not mine. So another staff checked the computer and found it and the first staff said she made it already. The staff, talking to each other, said someone else must have taken the wrong bag. I sat there patiently waiting for another 10 minutes. So much for rapid pick-up. She did apologize and said sometimes people take the wrong orders. I told her, «then maybe you shouldn’t do it this way.» Obviously, to rely on customers double checking the name on the order or even having an honor system(anyone can just walk up and grab a bag from the bookshelf-they are pre-paid and staff isn’t checking), may not be the best way to pick up orders. And even though my food was free(from my rewards card), I didn’t get any offer from management for anything complimentary to make up for the inconvenience of the extra waiting time. As far as the food goes, I had the ½ «big kid’s grilled cheese,» which should just be named, «kids grilled cheese» because it wasn’t anything special, and in fact, I didn’t like how the bread tasted. Texture was like cardboard. There were only a few pieces(not strips) of bacon. The cheese was nicely melted but 1-dimensional in flavor. I wouldn’t order again. I also got a ½ chicken thai salad, which I saved for my lunch the next day. I don’t have any high expectations. I will stick to pastries, bagels, and coffee from Panera… and ordering at the counter.

Consistently good salads and sandwiches, and friendly staff… except their bread items are nothing special.

Over all good food, but I found a hair in my soup and that was not welcomed kindly, other then that the food was good, but the bread wasn’t warm which was strange considering how it should be fresh

So it’s Saturday 412PM. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone on the phone to place an order. Been calling for about 10 mins. Selecting different options. #3 and #0. And no one answered the phone ! Hopefully management sees this and fixes this issue.

I love their«You Pick Two» option. You get to choose 2 food items at a lower price. I totally recommend this as you’ll have an option to taste 2 different food at not more than $ 10 in total. GREATDEAL! I’m amazed with both the serving size and quality of food given the low price. I ordered Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread and Half Caesar Salad. The Veggies are fresh! Chicken is seasoned perfectly. With the flatbread, no words to describe their flatbread! Just eat it!!! Lol!

I’m having a «soufflé», a «croissant» and a «latte». Whatever happened to a scrambled egg and coffee/black? Have I died and been reborn in some highfolutin avenue in Paris where I have to spit all over myself when I talk because it sounds romantic? Maybe I should order something normal next time like a bagel breakfast sandwich? Actually the soufflés are by far the best breakfast items Panera has to offer. Panera has Wifi! That is like giving self entitled people a license to take up highly coveted booth space while pretending to sip on a cup of coffee, forcing paying customers to fight for a place to experience their wonderful soufflés. Did I mention Panera has bagels? They have lots of bagels in every flavor imaginable but they only have a few shmears prepackaged in generic rectangular plastic containers that remind me of the ones you get jams and marmalades in at a greasy spoon. They don’t even have any locks. What! No locks! Are you kidding me? Isn’t that considered anti-semetic? The bagels look beautiful and they have that amazing bagel slicer that slices them as fast as you can drop them in the hole on top and that conveyer style toaster but the bagels lack the proper flavor and texture. May the executives of Panera rot to bagel hell for eternity? Oh wait! Stop the presses. Have you tried their cinnamon crunch bagels with honey walnut shmear? We are talking bagel and honey nut roll’s love child. At $ 4.20 a pop, don’t expect your sugar rush to be cheap but it is wonderfully crunchy, doughy, nutty, cinnamony, and sweet. I know, there is no such thing as cinnamony but it is one of my favorite unwords. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion Douglas Y.

The Panera Bread franchise is probably one of my favorite places to eat. Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is always something delicious offered on the menu. Enticing baked goods, breads, sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts makes deciding what to eat a quandary in itself. I recently found out that my dad and mom are frequent patrons of this restaurant. So while visiting my parents, we found ourselves getting hungry, to which my dad suggested we dine here. I have been to the one in Elk Grove a number of times and was happy to order my favorite tuna salad sandwich. The quality and consistency was still there! The second time we went, it was a very warm day and I wanted something lighter and refreshing. The seasonal strawberry poppy seed and chicken salad really fit the bill! This was probably one of the best salads I have enjoyed in a long time! Crisp lettuce, sliced strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, and pecans topped with a poppy seed vinaigrette dressing that was sweet and delicious! When I first ordered this salad I requested no chicken, which the order taker said it would not be a problem. However, when my salad was up, the chicken was still added on. I’m always leery about what kind of chicken parts might end up in my meal such as gristle, fat, or who knows what, so I prefer not to take the chance. When I noticed the chicken on my salad, I didn’t make a big deal about it and was just going to move them aside. The seasoned white meat chicken actually looked very appetizing and I found myself finishing it all! Turned out to be an awesome combination of flavors! This just adds another reason why I trust the quality of food at Panera Bread restaurants. They have always been consistently, fresh, healthy and wholesome, with good reason to boast!
