Nice service, although everyone we come here the food is old, bad quality and smaller portions to the other locations. We will not be coming back anytime soon

I have waited on an average of 20 mins every time I go into this chipotle. Weird how when I go to a different chipotle, it takes 5 mins. The only reason I came back here is because I got a free burrito but if I had to pay here I wouldn’t come. Don’t think I am a Chipotle hater, I have a good amount of their stock. This spot needs to pick it up because it’s not good when it comes to timeliness.

I stay in Natomas and have a Chipolte in my neighborhood but work out here in this area and love to get my Chipotle from here. When I asked for a special request for what I like done for my meal or anything small to me they don’t look at you weird or make silly comments or argue with you they just do it and make you happy. That’s excellent guest service. It has happened here a few times that’s why I only come here most of the time. Arica, Joey is one of the main reason why I keep coming back.

It’s 7:15PM on a Sunday night and they are not supposed to close until 10PM. But tonight they are closed for a «holiday party» it seems. It’s not a holiday and they are turning people away left and right. Not cool chipotle. Have your holiday parties somewhere else or after hours. Don’t make people drive here on a cold night just to turn them away.

Quality has seriously degraded about 2 months ago. I am not sure what happened, perhaps a change in management, hiring of new employees, or what. The meat quality is substantially worse. The fat chunks are not cut off of the steak, the chicken is not cooked properly, and the rice is mushy and just unappetizing. The chips are the only thing that are cooked properly. Myself and my co-worker typically go here once a month and the last 3 – 4 experiences have been absolutely awful for us. We keep coming back thinking it was just a one time thing(as food quality in the fast food industry goes) but no. No improvement. I am submitting a corporate negative review and not going here until ownership or management changes.

This Chipotle isn’t as busy as the one in Loehmans plaza. Well at least not at the time I went. And they did NOT mess up my order like the other one ALWAYS does. Without fail they always mess something up, forget something, etc. But this one went off without a hitch! The ladies there were super friendly! They got us in and out without any issues! Not to mention. BETTERPARKING! I think this will be my Chipotle of choice from now on for sure.

Chipotle has a new policy I guess to aggravate their on site clientele by ignoring those people in line providing priority to online app orders. I waited 45 minutes to get a salad today! I have contacted Chipotle HQ to ask for explanation of this policy but not happy at all with today’s experience! I eat here 4 times a week so was willing to give benefit of the doubt but now I will have to seriously consider if Chipotle’s policy has lost them at least one customer.

I love coming here. The staff is wonderful and the place is always so clean. I was in there about a month ago and the customer service was beyond great. I was getting dinner and got to the register to pay and realized my wallet was not in my purse. Called my husband frantic and asked if he’d seen my wallet at home. Jaime heard my desperation and instead took care of my dinner. Said that she wasn’t going to have me drive all the way back home. I was amazed this she would even offer this. Thanked her and gave her a big hug. When I got to my car I looked down on the floor board and noticed that my wallet must have fallen out when my purse tipped over. I ran back inside and told Jaime I had found my wallet and tried to pay and she would not let me. This place has always been so great and because of Jaime I will continue to come here.

I had an amazing experience with this chipotle the customer service was perfect. The food was exactly what I was hoping for and I HIGHLYRECOMMEND stopping by. The staff is full of enthusiasm and energy. The owner should give a select few a raise for sure

Five stars all around. These folks have always taken good care of me & my food. Even when my internet order didn’t go through to their system, they took care of me quickly and I was out the door in a flash. Brittany is especially fantastic, she always recommends the best salsa for my delicate palette(chunky mild, trust me) and makes sure that my order is exactly how I like it. Thank you for the great service and great food!

This is probably the worst chipotle in Sacramento. For whatever reason the workers on the line taking orders and making the food are horrible. They aren’t friendly. They don’t follow directions. They never smile. They never thank me. Do they not realize I’m contributing to their paycheck. Horrible customer service.

Go here because of convince to home, but that’s about over now. Didn’t think there were«good» or «bad» Chipotles until I started eating at this one. No idea how, but food is always cold, ingredients taste old, they never have chips, place is always slow. Again I don’t know such things are possible as it looks like food is being prepared, but you can’t remove the fact that it tastes like crap. Mind blown.

I JUSTSENTTHISREVIEWDIRECTLYTOCHIPOTLEONTHEIROWNWEBSITE. ITAPPLIESTOEVERYCHIPOTLERESTAURANT I’VEEATENATINTHESACRAMENTOAREA: I love Mexican food. Authentic Mexican food. And I wish I had an authentic Mexican restaurant, even a taqueria, close to my work so I could avoid Chipotle. Your restaurants, every one I’ve visited, have had the same problems. Some problems are part of the«Chipotle vibe»; some are not. First, have you ever seen brown rice in Mexico? Or clean white rice? Or anything other than seasoned Mexican fried rice in Mexico, or any authentic Mexican restaurant? I haven’t. Second, Mexican restaurants serve carne asada, seasoned flank steak. Chipotle serves gristle. On any given steak burrito, about half the meat is unchewable. Disgusting, and not what I’m paying for. Your chicken is just as bad. Your barbacoa is your only meat that is edible. I’d prefer steak, but yours is very low quality. And remember, this is every Chipotle restaurant I’ve visited, all in the Sacramento, CA region. Your employees… sure they’re hip, but professional… well… They’re too busy trying to be hip. And your service line is too fast. That’s right, toooo faaast. As my burrito slides to the condiment person, they’re dumping pico de gallo on it, just like the last 10 customers wanted, while they’re asking what I want… which is NOT pico de gallo; I want hot salsa. I have had several burritos screwed up, and told your people to remake mine on 3 different visits after they were too busy being hip and fast to do it right. And your music… TOOLOUD!!! I HAVETOYELLTOBEHEARD!!! SUREIT’S HIPTUNES, ANDTHAT’S FINE, BUTEVERYONEINTHERESTAURANTHASTOYELL!!! TURNTHAT $#!% DOWN!!! No, I’m not an 80-year-old fuddy-duddy who listens to Laurence Welk… I’m 48 and listen to all kinds of rock and modern music way too loud… but not in a restaurant where people have to communicate. Even your staff have a hard time hearing each other. Obviously I don’t like Chipotle’s hip-and-healthy image… but that’s just me, and I can tolerate that to some extent in the absence of REAL Mexican food. But when you overdo the hip thing and spend so much effort telling me how you’re saving the planet, all the while using low quality food products, you’re missing the point. So please, turn down the music a little, find a good Mexican rice recipe, spend a little more money and get some good meat, and slow down enough to serve your customers correctly. Focus more on your customers, and less on yourself. I don’t expect anything to change as a result of my crabby comments, and I’ll keep buying my barbacoa burritos, wishing I could order steak, and I’ll keep stopping your people from slopping on the pico before they hear what I actually want. I’ll keep reluctantly spending my money at Chipotle, along with many of my friends who have the same complaints I do. But hopefully, in all your effort to impress your customers, you give my comments a second thought, and at least ask around to see if anyone else shares my opinions. Thanks for reading.

I have been to many Chipotle restaurants and have always had a good meal. I came to this one today with my with because it is pretty close to her work. We showed up at 2:00 and there was only one person in line, yet we still had a bit of a wait. They had one employee completing the orders and another ringing them up. The guy making our meals was nice and methodical. He was not the fastest employee, but he made the food look great. The cashier disappeared for a minute then came back to ring us up. I gave it three stars because the store was filthy. Food all over the ground. The windows had smears all over. The chairs were messy. The employees began to clean up and swept food onto my feet. It was a bit disappointing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Being an S. f native has me pretty much spoiled when it comes to Mexican food wts I thought I’d give this chipotle a try after a few bad experiences in the city. I decided to hot for the chicken burrito even though I’ve never found success at chip’. Let’s start off with a steamed tortilla(this is already a cardinal sin in the burrito world wrong, wrong all the way wrong. No refried bean option if you don’t care for the whole beans(you can however chose, pinto or black beans) Colorless rice(no one even thought to use Goya Sazon lolzzz) also kinda of flavorless unless you like rice with parsley in it(they say there’s lime but I’ve yet to taste that) Chicken appeared to be cooked but my stomach later told me this was incorrect; somewhat burnt tasting I guess this was an attempt to cover up for it lacking flavor. 24 hours later after no food and being a constant visitor of my porcelain throne… I realize the chicken was very underdone. Adding cheese and guac and sour cream are all extra, the salsa is nothing to shake a stick at. Seeing how this is a McDonald’s affiliate company I can understand the whole quantity over quality concept this isn’t something that should be attempted with Mexican food at all. Not to mention getting the food to go is a no no it was cold within 5 minutes which is about how far I love from this place. It’s gross I’ll never go bk and I’m telling 50 other people I know to never eat there as well lol

I ordered online using the app and my order was totally wrong when picked up. They must not read notes or something. I asked for extra salsa in my bowl and some tortillas and picked the pay in store option so I could pay for the salsa and tortillas since there’s no option to add either. I got this sad little bowl, sort of soggy chips, no tortillas and no additional salsa on my bowl. Sad, sad, boo… I am going to stick to the midtown location for lunches and skip this place entirely.

I love this spot! The location is so convenient and they have never had bad salads or *gasssspppp* no lime salt on their infamous chips! My Barbacoa bowls are ALWAYS fully loaded too. I never walk away unsatisfied :)

Went to chipotle today for lunch with my co-workers, the parking was a pain in the butt, but I found parking minus the rush. There seemed to be a long line but because the servers were fast it moved fast, the person starting the«line» was very enthusiastic which tickled my fancy(I love over the top personalities) they were a little shy with the servings but. I asked for more and gladly they added. As I was paying the cashier(Teresa) was very pleasant even complimenting me on my mason jar(Drinking cup, staying away from plastic!) Overall my experience was great, I got in and out with time to eat I will definitely go back! (This location should provide tips to the location on Howe!!)

I like Chipotle, but this location is poorly run. I’m a vegetarian, and several times my burrito has been dripped with meat juice, and today my burrito was so mangled and full of holes that I asked to have it remade– the first time in my life I’ve EVER sent back food. They offered to double wrap it, but the employee didn’t notice that it had meat chunks on it until I pointed it out. One employee put the guac spoon directly in the cheese tray. Gross. The place was not busy today, but the employees were moving so fast that they were having to fix something on everyone’s burrito. It makes me wonder how much attention they pay to food safely.

Always puts away my meat and spice crave. Chipotle, for a chain, is consistent and yummy. Do they have these on the East Coast yet?
