I went to Dr. Perry and it was a mistake. No… literally. I went to the wrong building. But, they took me as if I had an appointment. The girls at the front desk were smiley and asked who scheduled my appointment. I stated, «I don’t remember his name.» So, they asked if it was a man. I said, «yes, it was» and they seated me in the video room to watch a video and wait for Dr. Perry. Well, I have an ankle issue and Dr. Perry suggested for me to consider orthotics. He mentioned they are on sale this month and could get them for $ 75 off. Then, he asked me if I had insurance. Well… yes. But, I have never had a doctor inquire about insurance while he was examining me. I told him«I have money to pay for my treatment whether insurance covers it or not, can we move on.» He suggested he would try to adjust my ankle and needed to adjust once a week for a month. But, mentioned if the adjustments don’t work there would be no hope for me. Okay… well let’s try. He «adjusted» my ankle and wanted me to come in the next day for follow up. I agreed and asked the girl if there was a doctor there that specialized in the Graston technique. She had no idea what I was talking about. So, I concluded I was probably in the wrong place. Anyway, my complaint: they should have never accepted me and I am convinced they knew I wasn’t their patient. But, they took me anyway. So, don’t go to this quack. I have made another appointment with Epic Chiropractic, which is the building behind them.
