Ping Yuen Apartments

This place in ridiculous. Homeless people are constantly sleeping in the stairwells. And if you have a car, you can forget about EVER getting a parking space. This apartment complex comes with NO PARKING. The only parking option you have is to park on the street, and 99% of the time, there are no parking spots at all because you are sharing parking with the entire apartment complex here AND the one next door, AND the public. A female came to my front window a couple of weeks ago and pulled down her pants and started going to the bathroom. My laundry has been STOLEN out of the shared washer and dryers down stairs. The fire alarm WILL NOT stop going off in the entire building at 2 in the morning for MINIMUM 30 minutes at a time, happening at least once a month and is so loud that you have to get up out of bed (from a dead sleep) and evacuate as fast as you can, not to mention this all going on when my husband has to get up and go to work in the morning. The office staff are NEVER here. Dope fiends are constantly coming and going AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. The elevator and the door to get in the building are constantly broken. My mail has been stolen. And, to top it all off, they raised the rent. Not to mention going on the sex offender registery and seeing my neighbor’s face pop up — of course I wasn’t told this by anyone and didn’t find out until after I moved in. This place has been nothing short of a nightmare. I STRONGLY advise that you do not waste your time because I have never lived anywhere worse in my entire life.
