Pipeline Plumbing Sacramento

We had an unexpected backup in our pipes on a Friday afternoon. We live in a house built in the 1950’s, have one bathroom, 3 people and 4 dogs. So hairy clogs happen! Another big-​name plumbing business said they could not come out until tomorrow. Unacceptable, of course. We did our DIY due diligence, but nothing helped much. So we called Ryan at Pipeline Plumbing. He finished up a job he was on and was at our house in an hour. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was up-​front about the costs, which we feel were reasonable. Great job, Ryan! Thanks a bunch! We will call this business every time we have a plumbing issue from now on.

I had water and dirt backing up in my shower and around the bolts that hold the toilet to the floor. Called the County and after taking a day to dig a very deep hole they determined «not their problem». (Big problem for me I only have one bathroom.). Advised me to call a plumber. Having only one bad experience with a plumber in this area I did a Google search, read reviews, reviewed websites. Finally decided to give Pipeline a chance and I’m glad I did. Good communication skills and being reliable both very important to me when hiring a service provider. Ryan followed through in returning calls and keeping me posted on his arrival time. Throughout the day as Ryan and Chris worked to diagnose the problem they kept me informed on their findings, explained my options and the cost. At the end of the service they also were good to cleanup the work area. I found them to be pleasant and professional. Currently my drains are working and not baking up into my shower. They even filled the hole created by the County and changed out the valve behind the toilet as a courtesy. In addition, they have coupons on their website, and they honored them. I live in a house built in 1954, there most assuredly will be future plumbing problems, I will call Pipeline again. Bonus points for liking dogs.

Couldn’t recommend them more! Fast service at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t ask for more or be happier with the work they did. I called 6 other plumbers, none willing to come out on a Saturday evening, Pipeline was. I have definitely found a new plumber for life.
