First time here since it was«Firedance», we came here to see our old bartender Victoria. She’s always treats us perfect, but Kacey took over and he was a great bartender as well. We Loved everything about the new bar, including the food, drinks, and atmosphere. It’s been awhile since my husband and I have found a bar close to home that we can truly feel comfortable at in our area. We’re thankful for a new bar around town that makes us feel welcome and we’re excited to watch this place flourish with time. Definitely will be back, thanks to the great service and many amenities they have to offer!

I never visited the spot that use to occupy this space, but I feel like the new owners probably did a huge overhaul. It’s extremely clean, spacious, and inviting. They finally have food available and it’s really well done. The lady and I were trying to debate between wings and the corned beef tacos(sounds odd, right?), but apparently a little mishap provided us with BOTH with the generous offer of the tacos being on the house! And let me say… it was a great accident! The wings were solid, but the corned beef tacos ROCKED! We would have more than happily paid for them! The beer selection was great, and they have large shareable«bucket» cocktails that would probably require an Über ride home. I felt a little bad for the bartender who seemingly covered a 20 seat bar and 4 – 5 tables in the dining area, but(whom I believe to be) the owners helped out and even wiped our table several times while we drank. Music can be a little overwhelming at times, but they have flipp’n 20 TVs to keep your A.D.D. In check. Can’t wait to watch some games here!

Pitch and Fiddle has been totally gutted and remodeled. They took Irish sports bar to the next level. This place boasts excellent food, service and a fun, chill, atmosphere. Pitch and Fiddle is perfect for any occasion, especially a sports venue on their 20HDTV’s. Head in there for a drink and some amazing food!

Pitch and Fiddle has quickly became one of my favorite Irish Pubs in the Sacramento area. The environment and the atmosphere was very welcoming. This place is very nice and clean and they have amazing service. The amount of t. v’s on the walls are so convenient, located in ever angle regardless of where you are sitting. The food was great with a decent price for the amount of food that you receive and it was delivered quickly. I would recommend going to this place if you are in the area to just relax, have a drink, eat and watch a game or even if you are a little out of the area. Worth the drive!

Great atmosphere! My family is from Ireland, so seeing the Irish inspired décor, great hospitality, caring staff, all makes me feel like I was back in Crosshaven. — We had the mozzarella sticks and the Irish meatballs. The sticks were«how I’d want them to be.» The meatballs was an intimidating thing to order(I didn’t wake up this morning with a desire for them) BUT, I’m very happy I went out on a limb and tried them!

Still awesome! Food is now available and DELICIOUS. As for the complaints for to many TV’S and not being traditional, this is not a tiny 100 year old pub in County Cork Ireland. It’s a pub«styled» bar off of La Riviera. The clientele are college kids and old firedance regulars, this is perfect for them and will keep this caliber of an establishment open in our neighborhood. And not everyone is a beer guy, why hate on that. That is why you have a phone and Google reviews if you don’t know what kind of beer you want. Okay, end of rant. Keep up the great work P&F!

I came here looking for a traditional Irish Pub, as advertised and was slightly disappointed. I feel like this place is confused and doesn’t know whether it wants to be a sports bar or a pub. There are 20 tvs, an excess in my opinion, that were showing the same basketball game. I LOVE the décor otherwise(though I don’t understand the Sac FD jacket on the wall). With less tvs I think this place would be nice. Even has a small area a band could play. The selection of beer seemed great, but a friend I was with was very disappointed when they began asking questions about the craft brews and the owner just said«sorry, not a beer guy». I feel like if you own an «Irish Pub» you should have some knowledge of the beers you’re serving and at the very least ha e Murphys on tap. Overall, great potential but definitely confused.

Joseph makes an excellent PIRATESPOISON and he made my fav shot BOOTYJUICE for me without hesitation. This place is bomb… has 20 TVs to watch NFL on and the atmosphere is laid back. I found a new home in the wall that i will return too. TY Joseph for makin my first experience a groovy sunshine one.

I love the update, especially the bathroom. The owner told me to go checkout the update bathroom, so glad they updated the stalls n there’s a great photo in there. Oh! I love the tvs. So many tvs! I also like their specials! We tried one of their pitch drinks… yums! On grand opening week, we met one of the owners(he used to be a regular of the old Firedance). He’s cool. We dropped by again during the last 10 minutes til new years. It was really weird when another owner ID us. I went in a few minutes before my buddies arrived and no one was at the door. Then when my buddies dropped by, a guy just stepped up to ID them. Weird As for the bartender, I miss my old bartender. The newbies aren’t as friendly. I went there this past week. They didn’t greet us at all and then it took 15 minutes for the chick to process my tab. There was less than 10 people there that night. They definitely need to improve their service… at least greet me, and apologize if you’re slow! I’m still waiting for their food menu.

So I finally got to check this place and I must say it’s so clean and fancy. Drinks are a fair price, the bartenders are super friendly. Love the fact I live literally across the street so I can walk to the bar, and if I have 1 thing I was bummed about is that there wasn’t a pool table. I think it would bring more customers but I like that there’s space and a couple of dart boards. OVERALLITSAWESOME&HOPEITSTAYSOPENFOR A LONGTIME

I came here for an A.M. beer while on a wait for a table at Rivers Edge. Let me tell you, it was worth it! There are 20 tvs, good tap beers, and it’s clean! This place still smells new and that it refreshing! Most places that just open up(and in a strip mall) usually you can tell that they skimped on stuff lighting, not enough tvs, bathrooms that double as storage. Well not here. I am super impressed! I’m not sure if they have food but I will certainly be back!

Ashley is a terrific bartender, she has a great spirit about her. If I owned a bar, I would hire her in a minute! Also, Ronnie is very gracious, welcoming us to his bar. The place is gorgeous. A complete remodel, its very welcoming. As a female, I feel safe and secure at this bar. A great bar all around, super happy to have this in my neighborhood.

I had the chance to be invited to the soft opening of this place the other night and all I can say is WOW! The place looks amazing since the new re-model. They obviously spent a lot of money on improvements because the place looks brand spanking new. They have 18 flat screen TVs; I know because I counted and these killer ceiling fans that you have to see. Ok, so it’s one thing to throw money at a place, but you still have to deliver the goods. The drinks were fantastic and very generous and the bartenders were very professional and attentive. They either have a history of experience in the industry or they do some form of team training that emphasizes customer service. If you know the neighborhood, something like this was desperately needed. Maybe best described as a very cool place with a great vibe that you can take a date to for a drink or the«go to» place in area to watch the game. I will definitely be back if not a regular.
