Rice bowls are about 3.5−4 stars. Drinks are about 4 stars. The cashiers are always very nice! Egg puffs are good as well as their ice cream with mochi waffle.

So cheap. So delicious. So bad for you! I love these little quirky shops, that spew orange and blue décor, but sell inexpensive fattening foods from delicious ‘snow’ drinks to all sorts of fried snacks your heart(or arteries) could desire. So, I’m not sure I’ve ever been to this one, but seriously our Sunday tradition of Carne Asada fries from Oscars was just amplified by a Coconut Snow drink to compliment the tasty Mexican delight of dinner! Coconut Snow is literally drinking the taste of Hawaii or just drinking a Pina Colada sans the booze! It was amazing, cheap, and the perfect consistency! Cheap and bad for you, the best kind of badness there is!

I love the Mango Snow with boba. I’ve been here once on a Saturday afternoon and the place was about empty. That equates to a parking space right in front. A great find in the area. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The selection is great. They also have many board games if you want to stay awhile. I think this is owned by the same person as their midtown location. I say this as I have seen the same gentleman in both location giving directions to the kids.

Awesome franchise! My concern with this particular location is the limited parking. Also, the beverage menu hanging on the wall is huge, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it should be… I think some of the flavors are too powdery and artificial to be considered worthy of serving, Still, I’m a fan of their popcorn chicken and taro-jasmine milk tea with small boba! I had to walk around the area to find signs featuring new or limited edition flavors. I didn’t venture up the spiral staircase, though. It looks like there’s extra seating there.

Walked in and was greeted by sweet girl. Small chit chat about the cold weather. Which is a nice small chat. I ended up ordering the earl grey milk tea. Best earl grey milk tea in all quickly area I’ve been to in Sacramento area. I’ve been looking far and wide for the same taste for over 10 years. This earl grey is different from others because I can actually taste the earl grey tea and not just bland sweet milk teas I have in the past. I order husband the iced cappuccino. A lil sweeter than what he expected to be. But, it tastes ok. I wanted a light meal so I order the popcorn chicken rice bowl. She was also nice to give me a bag. I didn’t expect to have so many condiments lol. Too bad we couldn’t help open the freezer door. It was jammed shut. Hopefully, they can get it open soon. Feel bad that we weren’t much help. But, this is my new fav place to go for milk tea just because of the great service and delicious drinks!

This is my favorite Quickly in the Sacramento area. Had a Mochi waffle with chocolate ice cream and it was the best dessert! Also had an earl gray milk tea with boba – also great! Very clean, friendly service and quick! Can’t wait to go back!

Such a presh little location. The spiral staircase is awesome and their menu is as expansive and fast-foody as you might expect from all the other Quickly locations. I’m glad the owner is spreading the bubble tea love around the area. Here’s to you, bicycle safety-man.

Service with a smile! The counter clerk was really friendly and patient. I asked her a bunch of questions and she never got irritated. Points in my book. The space is big and comfortable. The drinks are good, food tasty and it has this great covered patio. I’m really excited about this place. I had some popcorn chicken and a drink. The chicken was super tasty with some Sriracha sauce on it. My drink was a mocha freeze. I ordered an extra large which was so big I took some home. Fantastic!

My husband heard about this place through Unilocal and we decided to try it for the first time last week. We have been back 2 more times since out first visit. We really enjoy their strawberry kiwi blended drink with boba balls. We have had boba from many places and we really like it from here. I am in love with the mochi… it is a rice waffle that is crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and made fresh to order so it is warm. I order it with a scoop of strawberry ice cream on it. I push the ice cream down to cover the entire waffle with a layer of ice cream and then use a fork and knife to eat it. You can order it with a second waffle on the top so it is like an ice cream sandwich but I love the ratio of ice cream and waffle with just one!

What a great idea, you have Mexican savory ice drinks on one side and Asian sweet ice drinks on the other side. What is in between the two? Oscar’s the best tacos in town! Seriously this is the biggest Quickly I have ever seen with plenty of room to kick back and chat or study btw it is located directly across the street from CK McClatchy High School. Quickly has it’s standard huge menu of teas, smoothies, and ices along with a few cool items like egg waffles and ice cream. We ordered a couple of milk teas with pearls and they were good, not off da hook but good. In sum this is a great stop after gorging on Mexican food at Oscars, be aware it is across the street from a high school so plan your stops around school times! Parking is also limited here although there is a small parking lot in the back.

On my way to Oscar’s last week, I noticed a sign on Quickly’s patio area: GRANDOPENINGSPECIAL59 cents. Well, HELLOTHERE! I’ve never been to Quickly’s before, and I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to finally see what Quickly has to offer. When I told the employee that I had never been to Quickly before, she gave me samples! I tried their regular milk tea and their jasmine milk tea, both of which were textbook. Their 59 cent special was a sweet jasmine green tea. I went with this option and added coconut lychee jelly. My drink was perfect! It was exactly what I wanted, but didn’t know it at the time lol. It was refreshing and light, and the jellies had a nice texture to them. I would definitely pay more for this drink! The area was clean and inviting, and the customer service was excellent. This was a nice first experience for me, and it definitely left me wanting more.

Quickly isn’t necessarily my cup of «tea,» but I do appreciate their commitment to their product, which from everything I see and read they are doing right. If you are on board with the bubble tea craze, you will undoubtedly be satisfied by their selection of smoothies, boba teas and salty fried snacks. Quickly has been around for quite awhile now but recently reopened. They are located across from the high school, which gives them a built-in customer base. It also means the menu is tailored to a specific clientele, so don’t come in expecting anything too fancy. The drinks are their main promotional tool: a «bubble tea,» in case you are unfamiliar, is a drink of Taiwanese origin which usually contains fruit, milk and chewy tapioca balls and/or fruit jellies. If you’re not used to drinking one it can be awfully sugary, but on a hot day under the right circumstances, it hits that perfect sweet spot between thirst quencher and hunger reducer.

This review is strictly for the Popcorn Chicken. Not worth the $ 5.41 I paid for it. It was limp. What was inside it? I took a few bites and threw a full bag away. Again, the 3 stars is for the popcorn chicken quality and taste. But the service was good. Building space and layout was good. Wait time was good. I will give them 4 stars for the service on my first visit. Parking, on the other hand, street parking for an hour or you can just walk over there. I will, however, come here for their cold drinks. I just won’t order food if the Popcorn chicken is any indication of their food.

On my way home from work I decided to stop by the newest addition to the Curtis Park/Land Park area, «Quickly». This smoothies/boba/teas/fried snacks restaurant had its first store in CA in 2002, and«quickly» expanded its chain of restaurants all over California. There are several in Sac and I was justifiably curious given the high reviews and salty fried snacks offered. While I love all the options, 99% of the drinks are very sugary so I had to pass. This review is for food, service and the store itself. The space in right next to, «Oscars»(yummy Mexican food) and across from the high school on Freeport Blvd. This space has been several different restaurants, but none have stuck around very long. It was, for a brief time, a «Mexican Pupusa» place, but having it next to «Oscars’» seemed redundant. Now decked out in bright orange and blue, the entrance has a decent covered patio and a large open space inside. It is spacious and clean, with bright blue stairs leading to an indoor balcony. First thing I noticed– the HUMONGOUS menu. It takes up the entire front part of the wall! Drinks galore. Smoothies. Slushes. Teas. Fruit Drinks. Fried items. Rice Bowls. Ads for flavored boba. I was impressed. I wanted to try the popcorn chicken, but after seeing the calorie count(dang them!) I ordered the chicken strips(slightly better), fish balls and a green tea. The young staff was very friendly and did not blink an eye when I asked a ton of questions. They were fast and efficient, and happy to help. Love that! Within 5 minutes, my order was ready and I was out the door. Some people say fried food is good, period. I disagree. The fryer can have old oil, the food fried too short or long and it can result in burnt or extra greasy items. I admit– the chicken strips and fish balls were DELISCIOUS. Fresh, hot, not too greasy. Fried to perfection. The green tea, well, was green tea. Mild but great on a hot day. This is a welcome addition to the Freeport Blvd. corridor, and I will be back to try more tea and fried snacks!

This Quickly location is really cool! It may even be the best one I’ve seen in the Sacramento area. I visited on a Tuesday night around 6:30 p.m. and was told they opened approx. 4 weeks ago. The location is huge and packed with teenagers since there is a high school directly across the street. I only drink fresh fruit boba drinks and so was happy to see prominently displayed that they offer the following fresh fruit options: watermelon, papaya, avocado, durian, and banana. You can get your drink in four different sizes and I opted for a large watermelon juice with no ice. It was super good! It was served nice and cold but with no ice just as I requested. I also ordered the fried tofu and egg roll(vegetarian) which were both tasty as well. I would definitely come back here again.

Wow, real nice. Reminds me of plentea in San Francisco with the upstairs loung. Everything is painted it logo blue and orange. Staff is very nice and all smiling. So spacious and big!!! FREEWIFI. They have their special .59 cent regular drinks, changes by either the day or week. Today it was the iced green tea and the green tea is very strong, just how I like it. It is located right across the street from Mcklatchy high. It will be booming when schools back in session. All the furnishings pretty much wood. I love the atmosphere, it is not the typical look of how all other boba joints are. There are 313 items on their menu. Lots of snack and drink choices. There are the regular 16 oz, large 24 oz add .79, chubby 26 oz add .99, and super 33 oz and add 2.19 cups to choose from. Usually downtown 16th streets my to go to Quicklys, this is my new one now!!!

My sister and I came into this place on its first opening day and we were very impressed with the spaciousness of the location. There is outdoor, indoor, and even upstairs seating! Very nice location across from McClatchy HS. If you are familiar with Quickly then you already know that this place serves delicious drinks and snacks! I’m going to enjoy as much as I can before school is back in!
