Rapid Tow And Transport

Called at 8:00am and was told they would be here to tow my car at 10:00am. Jason arrived on time and did a great job of getting my Porsche onto the flatbed. He was very informative, knew exactly where to take it (Niello) and who to see. Very professional, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome! I’ve used them twice. The first time I needed to move a rare vintage BMW (E9) and we had to block a narrow street in a high end neighborhood to get the car loaded. The driver (Rich) was amazing! He was super fast, but incredibly accurate. He got in and out in record time, and still took perfect care my new baby.
The next time my son broke down on the freeway at night. He had a lowered sports car so I called to see if they could handle it. It turns out that they have truck’s that lower down to accommodate this type of car. The owner Jason took this one personally. Once again they were fast and efficient and brought my son, his friend and the car to me safely! I can’t say enough about how great this tow company is!

I’ve used this tow company several times. I keep going back because the owner is very reasonable on prices & seems to care about how my vehicle is treated.

My car didn’t break down and I didn’t need to be towed. Didn’t need a jump from a dead battery. Nope, my car is running fine and luckily I haven’t needed a tow truck in years. Why the review then?
While grocery shopping recently one of their drivers had parked his truck just a little too close to my car so I couldn’t get in. I was annoyed my car was blocked and I was in a hurry but I figured I got lucky because unlike other times I’ve had parking issues, there was a phone number. I explained the situation to the gentleman who answered and honestly felt kind of silly but again, I was in a hurry.
About two minutes later a very nice man came out of the store and moved his truck for me. He was so nice about moving his truck for me and wasn’t even annoyed I’d interrupted what was probably his break he was using to run errands.
When and if I need to be towed (knock on wood) I saved the phone number from the side of the truck so I would have the number of a kind tow truck company. :)

Top notch tow company! Their driver Richard is professional, knowledgeable and quick. Prices are reasonable, hours are good and staff is friendly and helpful. If you need a tow– in town or out– this is the best Sacramento area located tow & transport company!
