Round Table Pizza

Ordered a sports pack plus and an additional large garlic supreme for delivery. Sports pack supposed to have 3 ranches, they only brought 1. Driver offerred to drive back and get the other two but we were hungry and figured its ok. Then i noticed they only gave us 1 cheese and 1 pepper when i specifically asked for enough stuff for 6 people. The bread sticks were smaller than usual, no sauce and hard as a rock. Bbq wings were soggy and the large speciality pizza we ordered hardly had enough toppings. Some slices only had cheese, tomatoe and peperoni. This place is hit or miss on the quality. I hold round table to a higher standard due to how much they charge. For the 60 $ I spent we could have gone out somewhere else and received better quality of food. It will be a while before I order here again. Kudos to the delivery driver, he was really nice and on time.

Before you go to Round Table take a look at the list of chemicals they have in it making people sick. It’s a list a long as your arm.
They advertise, «The Last Honest Pizza», just isn’t so. If you want real Italian pizza without chemicals go to Anthony’s on West El Camino in Natomas. It’s really great. Thanks

Last night was the worst experience I have EVER had while ordering a pizza of all things! Placed the order online, a prepaid extra large Combo Wombo with extra veggies is coming for delivery. The confirmation stated delivery at 8:16PM, alright cool. Started a movie, and began my wait… At 8:16 my alarm went of (I was excited alright?!) and I began to wait with excited anticipation for the delivery guy to arrive… 20 minutes later, I am still without pizza and literally salivating. So I call and a guy answers. I tell him that I have made an online order and it is 20 minutes late. He takes my name, puts me on hold and checks. When he comes back, I am told that it has just left for delivery. I say ok thank you, hoping my pizza isn’t already cold.
ANOTHER 40 MINUTES goes by and STILL no pizza. So I call back, and at this point, I’m not salivating, I’m foaming at the mouth I’m so angry. Get the same guy, he can tell I’m not happy, immediately gets his manager. She says «We’ve been having an issue with online orders all night, let me check on yours»… (Just great). She comes back, turns out, I paid $ 45 to wait for two hours for a pizza that had NEVER BEEN MADE because the way they know they have an online order is to check if a receipt prints out, which apparently is not a job assigned to anyone in the whole store!!! Not only that, I waited to be told that it had just left for delivery 40 minutes prior to find out it had never been made.
She offers to cancel the order and make a new one, But at this point, I was so hungry I couldn’t wait any longer for any other possible mistakes to be made so I cancelled the order. Furthermore, if your staff blatantly LIES to a customer, the least I would have done was comp the pizza and still send it over. But we didn’t even get an offer of discount. NOT COOL, so we took our refund and went to Little Caesar’s in the same shopping center, the service was great, and I was eating in 10 minutes.

Ordered delivery since I haven’t had Roundtable in years. Ordered the Maui zaui. It was delicious! Who wouldn’t love pineapples, ham, and bacon? This pizza comes with a white sauce instead of traditional red, but all the flavors combined work very well together. I hate pizza crust, but there is something about Roundtable’s crust. I definitely could eat everything!
Delivery was less than an hour and my order was just what I wanted! Would order here again!

We placed an order for a large half BBQ chicken and half garlic chicken. We drove down 20min later, paid, and waited for our pizza to finish. We checked with the cashier after waiting for 10min and without looking said it was not ready yet. We ask again 10min later (20min waiting in store plus 20min at home) and the cashier pulls out pizza from the warmer. REALLY? I checked the pizza and there aren’t any green onion or bacon. The cashier had the audacity to argue if I asked for green onion when it comes standard on those pizzas! She took it back to someone in a colored polo in the back (meaning a shift lead or manager), who threw some green onion on there after giving us a look through the window. We didn’t bother waiting for bacon because who knows how long we would have waited with our already old pizza.
As a former RTP employee, you should know your own menu before arguing if green onion should be put on a pizza. The shift lead in the back should have called out the order number and the cashier should have told her our number was already paid. It’s not difficult to communicate about work when you’re already chatting it up. There’s no excuse for such poor service for a job that isn’t difficult.

Did online order got to store 20 minutes and they had not even stared it. The store was not even concerned about it. Send message to round table web page. Same reaction guess they don’t want my business. Good pizza but not worth the poor customer service.

I ordered my food to-​go because I knew I wouldn’t eat all my food and wanted it in a box. I wanted some ranch and they charged me $ 2.17 because my order was technically to-​go, I tried to change it for dine-​in because then, the ranch would be free, but the assistant manager wouldn’t let me change it.
Also, I left my water to-​go cup on the table while I went to the restroom, and when I returned to my table someone had threw it away. Easy mistake, right? I went back to get another and the A. M gave me a regular plastic dine-​in cup because I was eating in.
Soo, one minute she wants to treat me like a go-​to customer then the next minute she wants To treat me like a dine-​in.
Retarded!

First off the lady did my coupon wrong (buy one lunch buffet, get a free drink) she still charged me for a drink that I didn’t want so I ended up getting two drinks total. LOL that doesn’t make sense to me. The pizza was okay, greasy but it was the only thing good about this place. It was extremely noisy. The fountain drinks were all syrup and no carbonation, lady said I had to wait four hours for it. Lol lunch time ends at 2:00pm. It’s 2:14pm as I’m writing this lol. At the end the lady offered to give me a refund for the drink I paid for. But I won’t be coming back to this location.
The salad bar was not fresh when I went in. Black spots on every piece of broccoli.

Stacy and Leticia are both friendly and professional. This location is far cleaner with friendlier service compared to the location on Arena near Bel Air. Best of all, pizza, bread wings, and bread sticks were cooked to perfection. Our family definitely recommends this pizzeria.

I wanted Round Table Pizza. Specifically a King Arthur’s Supreme. Were the reviews bad? Mostly Yes, but it’s Round Table. It’s a chain. If I pick it up and take it home I can maybe avoid the Unilocaled about bad service…(I cross my fingers and go with it)
I called in my order for a King Arthur’s Supreme Pizza and the guy on the other line talks so slow and was barely audible that I swear he was high. Fuck! If I was worried about anything it was that they’d forget to put in the order and the hubs and I were already beyond hAngry.
Twenty to twenty five minutes, I arrive for the pick up. The place looked sad. One quiet family eating in the corner, TVs on, all the employees congregated in one area of the cash register just hanging out and talking. There is no welcome greeting — which is fine for me, I just want my pizza — but overall not a good sign. It takes them a minute to get to the cash register so I can pay. Long enough for me to wonder what the fuck is going on but not too long for me to get upset.
Paid, left, and ate my pizza at home. Was the pizza good? YES!!! I just feel like chains shouldn’t fuck up on the menu and every menu item should taste consistent from location to location.
Would I eat at the location? Hell no! I can sympathize with other Unilocal reviews. I understand why they could have had a poor experience at this location.

I’ve been coming here for 6 yrs and today’s pizza I picked up was so good I was motivated to call the Mgr and let them know as well. And I’ve never felt compelled to do this before. It Was a bbg chicken pizza on original crust, well done.

You could never go wrong with Round Table Pizza. I went in for lunch buffet. You’re able to request a pizza of your likings. My favorite is chicken bacon with white sauce. Yummmmm.

Ok, most incompetent store in the history of pizza… Called in an order, get there and they apparently never put it in after 20 minutes (when we were supposed to pick up). Then the cashiers rang up my beer while someone in my party waited, 10 minutes later still waiting because no one over 21 is around to pour… Then finally when food is done, they call the wrong name, continuing to call it and insisting it is a different one. I think the basketball game was way more important. Anyway, get home, pizza is technically correct except the ½ with bell peppers have like 3 small pieces (tiny ones) in total.
Wow, always liked Round Table but this one is the absolute worst! Asked for the manager, he was totally worthless. Also suspect he was the one I placed the order with in the beginning.

Zero stars if I could.
I’ve ordered from this location 3 times. All three times I’ve asked for the triple play pepperoni. Which two times there has been hardly any pepperoni. When I brought it to the attention when I ordered last night I was told they weigh everything out. Which makes sense. I ordered it the third and LAST time.
My family and friends and I have been sick all day. I believe we got food poisoning. I’ll be having a discussion with the manager as well. The only person who didn’t have the pizza isn’t sick. Go figure.
I’d avoid this place until they get new management or figure out what they are doing wrong!

Came in a few times for dinner to go orders. Staff has been mostly friendly. Staff has been a little slow. Orders have taken longer on occasion
Restaurant has been clean and stocked. Food has been hot and fresh as expected. Quality and expectations are as desired of their pizzas.
Good: accurate order.
Bad: a little off on the order times.
Three stars. Good value. Service is suspect.

U can never go wrong w their lunch buffet n the mini cinnamon rolls. At this location I decided to try something new to my pizza. Instead of pizza sauce I sub’d it w bbq sauce! Greatest decision I made that day try it!

In my opinion there is no better pizza than the King Arthur Supreme from Round Table. I admit that stuff is like my kryptonite. No matter how healthy I try to be I can have no less than 5 slices per meal. The combination of flavors from their sauce, cheese and toppings are unbeatable. The ingredients are always fresh and baked to perfection. Of you are looking for something less meaty go for the gourmet veggie with creamy garlic sauce. This comes in second with the Maui Zaui following close behind.
This is our local Round Table location. It’s not too often we dine in but service has always been alright– all you can eat buffet stocked and take out on time. Our most recent experience was just a few days ago for the AYCE lunch buffet. They kept the salad bar clean and dished out fresh pizzas in a reasonable amount of time. There are nice big flat screen TVs and a party here almost every time we visit.
I’m sure we’ll continue to visit this location as long as it is here. Look for coupons in the mail or online.

I haven’t ordered a pizza from this RT in years. But I did last Saturday; it was a pick up order.
— Hawaiian pizza. Tasteless. The only taste came from the pineapple.
— Garlic twists. Burnt, dried out. Instead of being pull apart soft, they were hard and crunchy crispy. I only took one bite, that’s all I could stand. :-(
— At 6:30pm, the place was packed with parents and kids in soccer uniforms. This is a great local pizza place to take the kids to run amok. They have a separate room divided by windows. This place is one of the few eateries in Natomas that is kid friendly.

I wish more Round Table’s were like this one…

As Round Table-​y as they come. Besides charging me for ranch (this time they let me slide, because she didn’t want to charge my CC for $ 0.50), they are pretty on point.
Tons of seating and two flat screen TV’s!
