Round Table Pizza

Had me some good old pizza from here! Very pleased! Order tasted very fresh! Had pizza with grilled chicken toppings!

This is the worst round table i have ever dealt with and to think this use to be my favorite kind of food. Guess prices go up service goes down. Over 2 hours still no pizza. Manager on staff has a attitude issue. Apparently customer service is not there priority. Drivers that cant seem to get anywhere. What am i gonna do with cold food. Yet asked what can be done about this. A discount on next order. What would i do with that if i cant even get the pizza i originally order. Incompetent people at this place. Oh an i wish i could give them a no star rating.

This was a good place. The sauce is great. I never used to like doubtable before. But they’ve made some changes and now it’s one of my go to spots for pizza night. The breadsticks are by far the best!

When you call, if they answer, they tell you 15 to 20 mins for your order. you get to the restaurant after 25 mins to give them some extra time and they tell you sorry we haven’t even started yours yet we are way behind… let me give you a discount. oops sorry I can’t actually do that because you are using a coupon. ok can you give me a cup for some water they offer a paper cone to drink from. this is by far and away the worst Round Table Pizza I have EVER been to. The Sr. Manager is a joke trying to blame it on being a Sunday. I get home and the pizza is lack luster at best and my twists are not even fully cooked. I had to out them in the oven for another 10 mins. Round Table used to mean quality and service, this one is anything but that. I feel bad for the manager that was there because her staff was probably her bigger problem in failure, but as we all know it falls on who is on charge. Next time I WILL drive past this location, you should too!

Pizza is great, my favorite is the Ulti-​Meat, really enjoy coming here. A bit pricey $ 30 for a large with 2 drinks but it’s not just any pizza. Very clean although the area a bit shabby. Will come back

I ordered a medium chicken garlic supreme and a side of garlic twists. Clearly, I like garlic. However the pizza had so much garlic on it that I couldn’t eat it. It was horrible! And I didn’t get dipping sauce for the twists. Wont ‘be ordering from this location again.

Horrible service. Staff actually refused to work. I called at 8:45 on a Tuesday night and they refused to deliver a pizza to me. I’m disabled and I can’t drive but they said pick up was available. Their reasoning was that it would take two hours. I called another franchise who told me it would take an hour (standard time), and then they said my address was too far and Truxel would have to do it. I told her the story and she put me on hold and said she was calling the manager of Truxel, «Grace.» She got back on the phone and said they are expecting your call because that is bad for business, and unfortunately they are not a cooperation but a franchise. I called back and spoke with «Randy» (pretty sure the same guy I just spoke with even though he denied it), and he claimed the reason they couldn’t do it now was because it would take 1.5 hrs. I told him about my conversation with the other franchise and asked to speak with Grace. There was a female in the background talking to him, telling him what to say, and he said Grace had just left, then he said she hadn’t been there for hours, and the other employee must have had her cell phone. I said so you guys are basically refusing to make anything because you don’t want to work? No answer. I told him I would be calling the day manager and he was fine with that. I guess that’s better than getting spit in your food.

The food was ok, salad bar & pizza, the typical, but the service was why I rate this round table a two. My customer experience was horrible. The lady named grace had a very bad attitude & was just rude! If you are having a rough day keep a smile on your face don’t take it out on the customers. It was so bad I don’t see myself ever going back because of bad service.

Garlic Twists are freaking amazing with some Ranch. They have pictures of blue moon.
Plenty of seating. I like the far West nook. It’s out of site from the staff. Feels like a little cave area.

I gave it four stars because those cheesy garlic Twists are so good they should be illegal. Same with the king Arthur pizza. That’s what I was there for was good food and that’s what I got.

Always on time with my pizza and great customer service :) I have ordered 4 different times and each was a good experience.

I don’t get why this place rates so poorly. It’s old and low class feeling on the inside but that’s how the whole area is. The service I get and the pizza itself is as good as it gets. Delivery can be slow but that’s normal.

Awful customer service. Placed order online, confirmation said 1 hour. 90 minutes later we called the store to find out what happened. Whoever answered the phone told us that «they didn’t really check their online orders so they had just gotten it. And it would take 45 (more) minutes for delivery». I will never order from here again. Would be zero stars if I could.

Today was a really exhausting day at work and I just wanted to order a pizza w/​a side of ranch. I really don’t want to get into details about how they screwed up my order, voided my debit charge, made me wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back, and told me that I was just trying to get a free pizza. Yes, they had the nerve to try and blame it on me! I spoke with the manager at this branch her name is Grace ive had to deal with this young lady before. All I’m gonna say is customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. i live minutes from this place and it sucks that I will have to go to another location if I want round table cause this place does not care about their customers. let me wrap this up by saying I ended up going to pizza guys and would recommend grace take a look at the reviews to the place u manage compared to the reviews of pizza guys on el camino and truxel. good job pizza guys!

Pizza was good, but didn’t honor a special they were offering with classic hot wings, they tried to say that shouldn’t have been offered and it was a computer glitch, and instead of calling to see what we wanted to do they gave us boneless instead, which were awful and tiny little chunks. From now on I’ll drive the extra mile to the Round Table on Arena and Duckhorn.

Awful customer service. Lost my phone order and tried to blame it on me. Manager didn’t seem to care. A few months ago they were very late with a delivery. Awful place.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because its in the hood, so beware at night. The staff is friendly and my pizza was delish. You get 15% off your order when you check in. I had no problem using the discount

Food was delivered within the promised 45 min. Wasn’t piping hot so they must have had other deliveries. Overall it was a good pie. Plenty of napkins and peppers and cheese.
Love this pizza and missed it when I moved away.
In the future I will most likely pick up the pizza to get it fresh and piping hot. Also to take advantage of their salad bar!
