Sam came highly recommended to me by several neighbors as someone who really knows the area, is fun to work with, and motivated. I first tried using Redfin and that was a massive waste of time. My place sold within three weeks of switching over to Sam. He got in there, took care of business, and had multiple open houses within a couple weeks. He’s amazing! He seems to have an amazing network going for him. In addition to being a stellar business man, he’s a pure pleasure to work with. He’s one of those people who are just easy to be around and I always feel lighter after our dealings vs. bogged down or stressed out. I am continuing to work with him for the purchase of a new home and will work with him to sell our 2nd home as well. I highly recommend him.

We have used Sam and his business partner Micah for multiple properties — both buying and selling — and they delivered results above expectations every single time. If you have had the unfortunate experience of working with terrible agents in the past like we have, then you will truly appreciate the value these guys bring. Icing on the cake is how likable they are. A+ all the way.

May 15th — Offer accepted on our first investment property
Sam was able to get us exactly what we needed in an investment property with a price lower than we had expected. Now we’re in the midst of renovations, and when we put it back on the market, we plan to list it with Sam as well. We should make out very well, thanks to him.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Well, I would, actually. So he doesn’t get bogged down with too many clients and n00b investors, and we get all the good deals for ourselves, but you know, whatever. My mother taught me not to be selfish, so I’ll stick to her dictum just this one time.
