Buyer beware! I reported this place/​person to Groupon months ago yet they still promote it. Do not buy! When I bought the Groupon the address listed was by the river in the College Greens are. When I made the appointment she directed me to another address which is a shady trailer on Watt Ave by Business 80. It creeped me out so I left a message to cancel an contacted Groupon to get my money back and report the bait & switch. The Groupon for sale now lists her address on 28^th Street yet the website link is a small salon in Elk Grove. Too many red flags!

I purchased a Groupon for myself and another one as a gift for a friend. I was able to get through and book an appointment only to have someone contact me a mere 2.5 hours prior to my appointment with the following message, «Hello, Andrea. this is Spa Retreat on the River. We have appt at 11 today, however hun… I woke up with a stomach ache, something I ate last-​night, I feel horrible. Can we please reschedule for this coming up week?»
To make matters worse, the friend for whom I purchased the gift has been unable to get through to make an appointment and has called at least 4 – 5 times, one time only to hear a voicemail is full message. Needless to say I will be requesting a refund from Groupon as I suspect if this is not a scammer, at the very least this business is severely lacking in professional ethics.
Note: The Groupon lists the service under Spa Retreat on the River, however in the fine print it mentions Sole Spa by Sarah and the phone number matches this business number.
