Huge variety of comfy, cute shoes. My problem is always narrowing it down to one or two pairs I like instead of six or eight.

Need new shoes? Forget the one at the mall. Go to their outlets instead, the prices are far, far lower than the original stores. This location constantly offers the BOGO(Buy One Get One) ½ half deal for all their non-clearance items. I love shopping here simply because they have the best deals for athletic and casual shoes– not to mention they seem to be the most fitting and comfortable shoes I have ever tried. Last time I shopped here, I walked away with two shiny-brand-new running shoes for less than $ 50 for both! Talk about bargain and deal. I will see you again soon!

We came after remembering visiting another Skechers location in another city and loving the outlet selection. We don’t mind the hunt. Sometimes you find nothing at outlets sometimes you SCORE! That was a day like that. We had help from one no two no three employees including a manager! Unheard of in retail these days. They looked in the back and asked if we needed help. There was a good promotion buy one get half off another plus the clearance deals in the back. I will be back.

I like this store. I only shop the clearance aisle. And I found some nice shoes and flats that I love! One black pair has lasted 5 years. good quality for so cheap.(I rotate between that pair, and 10 others. so it gets used)

Aw man, what a big pile of disappointment. And I was so ready to give this place five stars. Driving around looking for a cheap shoe store, the big Skechers logo came into view. Score! I lurv Skechers — at once comfortable, cute, and reminiscent of eighth grade. It also helped that the store had huge SALE banners waving outside. Then I found out it was an outlet — double score! Cheap-ass cute comfortable shoes, yes, yes, yes, all the bells are going off. I enter the store, and it’s pure wall-to-wall shoe heaven. And ’twas downhill after that. Gosh, so much disappointment. I guess I’ll go in chronological order. First, I find that their smallest sizes are still a size too large for me. I wear 5 to 5.5. I had to buy a 6. Blah. Second, the shoes themselves: at least 1⁄3 of the ones I tried were dirty. Not smudged, I mean, clearly used, worn, dirty-ass shoes. Serious? You let customers return shoes after they have quite obviously been worn? Flipping gross. Third, the clientele. Granted, it’s in a poorer area, but the people who shop here(not moi, of course) are straight-up trash. I’m talking screaming toddlers, kids sitting smack in the middle of the aisle, crawling around, sticking their heads in the shelves(?); ghetto chicks yelling across the store. Fourth, no bathrooms. It’s a huge store, but no bathrooms. So I have to walk all the way down to Hometown Buffet — an experience that in itself merits an entire review. Quite a depressing sight, that place is. Moving on. Fifth, checkout guy. I accidentally get the wrong shoe, so I go back to fetch the right one; I come back, and he has already given up on me and gone back to restocking the shelves. Finally, when he rings me up, he discovers I have the«wrong box». So he has to go get the«correct» one. Another five-minute delay between me and my new shoe acquisition. And the big finish? I got two pairs, because all around the store, the signs say BUY1, GET1HALFOFF. Yet, because one pair is $ 19.95 rather than the minimum $ 20, full price for me. Five cents. Five. Cents. Queue blank stare. Three stars, because you *will* walk out with a pair of cheap shoes. But, uh, try harder next time, Skechers.

Right now I have to give it about a 2. I have to say that Skecher’s does not stand behind there products what so ever! Bought a pair of Tantric flops and the strap broke on one of them within a 2 months time frame. Tried calling the 800 number and sat on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer, so I finally gave up! Thank goodness for unlimited minutes. Sent an email to there customer service department and it took a week to reply to me. The information they provided was that«We do not warranty our products, but if you feel they are defective please send them in. If felt they are defective by our staff we will ship you out a new pair. Or you can go to a store near you and speak with the store manager.» I took them to this particular store and spoke with Tony the store manager and explained his situation. When I told him about the response and reply I received, he was not really surprised. Well Tony was not able to warranty the flops for me, however he did have a pair in stock and did a discount on a replacement pair. Which was very cool of them to do!

Sometimes you can score some great deals in their clearance section. The past few times I’ve gone(quite a drive into a crappy area) they haven’t had much and I don’t remember buying anything. In the past I’ve scored big time. Hit or miss.
