Tian Ran Tea

This is a mom and pop shop that’s filled with Chinese herbal teas and beautiful teapots for sale (tea cup sets too!). You can get little china cups for a few bucks, gorgeous bowls and unique teapots. Prices for the teapots aren’t the cheapest but the quality of them are great.
When it’s just the man running the shop along, he’s very interactive and friendly with customers but when the woman is here also, they’re both stuck behind the counter. It seems like they bring their kid/​relative to the shop too; makes me think back to my childhood when my parents would drag me along for their work and stuff.
The last time I was here with my roommate, we were getting her mom teapots to add to her collection. We got a good deal for 2, around 80 bucks. They were beautiful and her mom practically cried over them. The man also threw in a few small tea bags for us to try and it was delicious Jasmine tea. They also have recommendations for acupuncture places around Sac. if you ever need any.
Final Thoughts: I definetly have to come back here a few more times to check out the teapots, tea cup sets and get more delicious tea.
