Starbucks

During the day the lines are always long and wait time is 20 minutes or more because they don’t know what they’re doing. Drinks are always made incorrectly and when asked to fix them they still come out wrong. Do not go to this Starbucks!

My least favorite Starbucks. Slow service and bad drinks. They officially lost me as a customer when the girl who was working the register repeatedly wiped her runny nose with her fingertips, proceeded to handle people’s money/​cards and heated up people’s food. Not once did she stop to wash her hands. Absolutely unacceptable. Fortunately she wasn’t the one who made my drink but I was barely able to drink my coffee after watching her.

The Starbuck drive thru took forever. I waited over 20 mins for my drink. How did I know it was 20 mins? I was taking to my mom on the phone. I will never do drive thru again at this place. I thought it would be fast but it end up taking longer than I expected.

Like a lot of Starbucks, they can barely take an order that consists of 2 drinks and a pastry. It’s pretty awkward to have to always remind them what you ordered after you pay and then take out your wallet and pay again for their mistake.

This place gets pretty busy. There are indoor & outdoor seatings. It’s pretty chill to just hang out with friends. The staffs are pretty friendly. Ordered a super hot white mocha & hot caramel Macchiato. are our usual.

I asked for a caramel frap and asked the barista to drizzle the cup with some chocolate syrup and well the cup was way more then drizzle with caramel but no chocolate had him supposedly fix it and it seem like he just added the chocolate syrup to it! It seem like I was drink nothing but caramel and chocolate syrup I just put it the garbage. I don’t know why I keep going to that Starbucks there’s always something wrong with what I get! So disappointed!

When you order at the drive up window with a personal cup, they make it up in a regular cup and just pour it into your cup. I paid $ 4.95 for a flat white with cinnamon Dulce syrup. The woman at the window not only poured from a ready made cup & she forgot the cinnamon Dolce syrup. I’m going to throw this coffee out it tastes so bad.

As a partner at Starbucks, I am all about giving second chances, and I totally understand some of the struggles of working at Starbucks; however, This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve been to. I’ve gone there 4 times now (talk about second chances), and every time, no greetings, no customer service, and my drink is always disgusting.
The 2 star rating (which is supposed to be the positive in this review) is because of my first experience. They didn’t have lemonade, so they added cool lime into my green tea lemonade. That’s fine. And even though I didn’t get what I wanted, they tried to assist me and give me an alternative. Kudos.
Every other experience has been horrible. I only get one drink, A green tea lemonade with no sweetener. An insanely easy drink to make. 3 out of the 4 times I went to this Starbucks, my «Shaken» Teavanna tea was not shaken. It did not mix to make a perfect green tea lemonade. It fell flat with a warm and sweet, then cold and bitter, layered liquid.
In conclusion, this store makes me embarrassed to be a partner. I pride myself in telling everyone how great Starbucks is on customer service and satisfaction guarantee. As well as quality and always making the situation right. This store does none of that. Try for yourself. It’s in a decent location. Either the manager needs to be fired, or they need to look at their employees and see who is not doing their job. And please, SHAKE YOUR SHAKEN TEAS. Thank you.
P.S I don’t do this often, because I’m a very forgiving customer, but for the sake of future customers, and the future of this store, I really hope things shape up and I can keep having amazing experiences at ALL Starbucks stores; as I enjoy providing at my own store.

This place is a tight fit. Very small tables and waiting area. Everyone is bumping into each other while waiting for orders. All kinds of visible garbage on floor behind the counter where the employees are working, and straw wrappers all over the counter. The place just seemed dirty. I guess it’s all about location?

Friendly Fast Drive through experience is what I encountered at this Florin Road location.
It was a perfect day for a blended treat and I had a gift card just waiting to be spent.
The clouds overhead were large and puffed and the sun was offering a nice warming feel through the tint of my ride. Almost as if to mimic a sort of spring day– I eagerly jumped at the opportunity to join in the fun. No hot beverages for me today.
As you approach the drive through window you are greeted by a spectacular color menu that easily helps you decide what your craving and gently persuades you toward something a little extra. Today was a day for Carmel… and a lot of it… I mean drizzled, drazzled and smothered that cup was… up down and all around! Not even the fluff of the Fresh Whipped Cream could avoid the happiness of the golden ripple.
This is a fantastic STARBUCKS location when on florin.

First time coming to this Starbucks. Christina, was very nice and patient with my big order. I love the fact that she told me to hold on for a second for my pastry to come out the oven. Usually at other locations they’ll call out your name and have you go wait for your drink as well.

I visited this starbuck regularly! There are always some kind problems with the serives bar either they are running of cream or sugar, and napkins! But the worst of all is that the bar is always dirty!
Sugar particles, coffee spilled, etc!!!

I come here a lot with my significant other. We always come by everytime we are just cruising around the neighborhood. I always order my usual and he as well. Awesome services! Drive thru always! Will be coming back for more later.

I used to frequent this place when I worked in the area and always had amazing service. The employees were always so friendly and extremely helpful. I’ve been back a few times and each time the service has diminished.
Most Starbucks are usually happy and smiling but Michael seems to always be in a grumpy mood… He didn’t say much to me but to the person in front of me and behind me, he was extremely rude. I was appalled at his behavior.
On another occasion, Arlene helped me. She was fast and friendly and smiling but got my order wrong. I’m not sure if it was because she was distracted as she was practically yelling to say hello to customers that she obviously knew. How do you mess up iced coffee???
I’m not sure what’s worse, incompetency or being rude.
Anyway, on the positive side, Amanda was able to redeem this location. Great service and got my order right… Not too complicated. Iced coffee, sweetened, extra cream. It’s getting two stars but that’s because I originally wanted to rate it a zero.
Hopefully Michael and Arlene are just holiday help or maybe they are in training and are still ramping up.

I wanted to update my Unilocal tip and now write a review. When I think coffee, I think Starbucks. What this particular location has to offer is availability, consistency, and positivity. They’re open from 4:30am-11pm. (I’ve never heard of any Starbucks open that early). Almost every time I come in, there’s often a good number of customers. It’s almost never empty, which can be good and bad some days, but what keeps me coming back is the atmosphere. It’s always fun when baristas know your order before you stop in front of the register. The baristas here are friendly and helpful. (They ask my how my day is going and thank me every time!). Overall, I personally haven’t had any issues. Five awesome stars.
(Warning) This Starbucks does get busy! But, from my experience, there’s good reasons for it.

How much more specific do I have to be when I request for a customization?! It’s really frustrating to only get what I wan tone fourth of the time. I come here before work so I don’t have time to tell them to fix it.
I think some of the employees need to listen to the customers fully, because I think they block everything else out after they hear the name of the order.
Other than that, they’re quick with service.

The drinks are always good but the service could be a lot better for some of the workers there. Just from simple observations, they would get through the lines a lot quicker if they weren’t talking so much. I’ve noticed quite a bit of stalling. I mean cmon, it’s not even packed and I’m standing here watching every person after me get their drink before mine. I don’t know what order they go in but I know my drink isn’t fancy whatsoever and defiantly shouldn’t take longer than anyone else’s & I shouldn’t have to ask where my drink is.
Besides that the store is fine (never anywhere to sit mid– day however) and I love the convenience of the drive through.

i like the design of this Starbucks, there is a long hall way when you enter. along the hallway there are seats and table for you to study or just sit there and enjoy you cup of love. And at the end of the hallway is where you will order and pick your drinks up.
i like who this location has a drive thru too. its convenient on hot days where you don’t want to get off the car and go inside and just want to stay inside the cool temperature car and pick it up in style. lol
i also like the baristas here. they are friendly and always can carry a convo. they talk about their favorite drinks and what new drinks they have created. i always like to try what they recommend. i also find them funny and can make you laugh for the day and make you feel comfortable when you walk in.
the baristas do make an excellent drink here. they always make it right for me, even if they do make a mistake they can make correct the second time. they tend to get busy all the time. so the wait can be long since they do have a drive thru as well. sometimes when i am on a time rush i will just come back later. most times i find them to be less busy during the night times, so i come during the night time.
also they have google wifi, which is a lot faster than att wifi. having good wifi is plus. i do see lots of people here on their gadgets using the wifi. it can be slow when there are lots of people on it. but having google wifi is a bit faster than the att wifi though. thats what i have noticed for those 2 wifis.
yes they do have outdoor seatings. there quite a few tables so its not too limited. i also find that parking here is easy to find since there is a big parking lot. i think its because of the easy parking it keeps bringing me back here. thanks for reading and have a good day.

This Starbucks located near Walmart at Florin Road is a good spot to get your favorite drinks every day and every night.
As I entered, the atmosphere is very mixed bag from good to bad customers although the employees are much friendlier to serve too. Yes, this Starbucks has a drive thru compare to the Arden/​Howe location, and finally yes, the service can be average inside out depending when the drinks will be arrive. Otherwise, their drinks taste very good despite the wait.
Of course, there’s a restroom right here, but it’s locked because someone might trashed this place, so this place has a combo number lock to access the restroom. To access it, you must ask an employee to request a permission to go to the restroom by giving the access code number. Once you memorized the number, crack the code, and you’re in! It’s a good tool to have a number combo lock to prevent restroom havoc.
Good news, this place has a Google powered wi-​fi, so you can surf the web faster! A huge plus! Additionally, this place is open until late night at 11 — 11:30 pm (?), so you can get a drink during the whole night!
Overall, Starbucks in Florin Road is a great place to drink your favorite Starbucks products. I give this place 3 ½ stars.

I’ve been to this Starbucks many times.
I stopped going inside because I hate parking there.
I don’t know why, I just dread it.
The drive thru also gets long fast, BUT it’s Starbucks, what do you expect?
75% of the time they make my frapp correctly, there are a few Starbucks’ that I will NOT DARE step into because I will tell them EXACTLY how to make it aaaaaand it’s still WRONG, & tastes like a blended coffee bean with water. YUCK !!
A barista from the Broadway location gave me a tip & it should be made perfect each time. This location makes it 75% of the time correctly as I noted above.
NOW tell me, why does the iced water TASTE coffee-​y? #idontgetit
I will give this spot props for their big tables inside. & the outside is a fair size for people to have their coffee out there to talk &/​or chill.
Will i come here? YES, even with a long drive thru. I just can’t stand to go inside…
1 less star for the other 25% of the yuck drinks.
PS. If you email the company they will more than likely send you a coupon for a free drink for next time.
