All I kept thinking was… The world has gone into S L O W… M O T I O N. Why is it soo slow? There’s only 3 customer. Donuts are already made. Really? 18 mins in counting. Why am I here? Ohh yes, to redeem my free reward. Bad decision.

I had a coupon for a free half dozen glazed donuts on my phone app. Their app was down so she gave it to me anyways. It shows that they honor their coupon and apps. The treat their customers with respect and they have a fast and speedy service. Not too mention it was raining that day and we went to the drive thru.

I had a free dozen of glazed donuts for earning points from pocket points. so, I drove out to the location from Elk Grove to redeem my reward! there was a sign on the door that stated that they weren’t accepting gift cards at the time. interesting? when my sister & I walked in, the donut display was very bare. they had a few dozen of donuts displayed but most were duplicate flavors. the associate stated that they didn’t have any glazed donuts since their oven was broken. WHAT A BUMMER. luckily, they allowed me to get a free assorted dozen with my points. as you can tell from my photo, the variety was lacking considering we had multiple chocolate glazed, sprinkled, etc. as soon as I got into the car, I had a donut & they were not fresh at all! tasted like they were DAYS old. what a shame. all I can say is, I’m happy that I didn’t actually have to fork out money and pay for the dozen.

They didn’t have original glazed donuts and isn’t Krispy Kreme known for their glazed donuts? They had only 3 other kinds of donuts left that I didn’t bother remembering the names of because it wasn’t what I wanted. But I’m sure those donuts would’ve been days old and stale considering they were the leftovers. I left buying nothing. This location isn’t the best, too bad I live far from Roseville Krispy Kreme. They consistently have everything!

I just had the worst experience with this location due to one of the rudest employee there i have ever had the unfortunate luck to encounter. I didn’t quite hear her reading off what they had at the moment(keep in mind i didn’t even have a chance to look over the menu before she started reading off what she had) so i asked her for 4 regular glazed donuts and she just went off saying«I ALREADYTOLDYOU! WEDON’T HAVEGLAZEDDONUTS! I was momentarily stunned into speechlessness. I was so pissed, i took myself to yum yum donuts. Never again! And of course she was the typical ghetto black woman.

My husband wanted to go here for donuts and I bit my tongue and went again. This time my experience was a lot better. The young lady at the drive through window did her job well. I wish I can remember her name, but I don’t. We went in yesterday morning around 9am and my husband got fresh donuts.

Worst service ever. They have their hot now sign on but the only available donut is pumpkin spice? Really? And u don’t bother to say anything until we have placed our order? No thanks. U need to shut this business down.

Went there to get glazed doughnuts and they were out? Went there the next morning and still the same result. That’s like going to Burger King and them telling you they don’t have whoppers!

Great service for a Saturday morning on Halloween! Upon walking in I was greeted by several ladies working in there. I had heard about the event today where you can get a free doughnut of your choice(with the exception of apple fritters) if you’re wearing a costume. Since it was cold, I decided to throw a costume together that was other than what I’m actually wearing later. It worked for them, and worked for me on this chilly morning! I chose a pumpkin shaped doughnut and it had a cream filling in the inside. It was a bit sweet in my opinion, but what can you expect from a decorated doughnut? Doughnut itself was pretty standard. Keep up the great service, though!

Donuts are okay, I really don’t know what the hype is all about. I prefer small business donut shots instead of this chain. I wonder if they even make their donuts fresh or just take frozen donuts out from the freezer to fry them like dunkin donuts Overall, I wouldn’t go back.

How can you not love Krispy Kreme? It’s so good, and even though they have a big name they still offer donuts at a pretty cheap price. I either get their chocolate with sprinkles donut, or powdered raspberry filled donut. I like that this is conveniently located by my house, but I think this location can work on having better service.

Stopped by and grabbed some birthday cake donuts. These are awesome and $ 1.49 each. The regular original glaze is $.99. Love their product and they have a drive thru. The cashier was friendly.

Sugary donuts resurrected in Sacramento County; citizens headed to their graves. From the ashes of Elk Grove’s recently-departed Krispy Kreme comes this new Florin Road franchise. Unlike the furor associated with the Southern donut maker’s West Coast invasion in the early 2000s, lines were pretty short; this shop sits in a Mexican food plaza, having replaced another dubiously located Jimboys franchise. Glazed rings were as light as from high school memories. Also evoked from memories include the realization that the second was inferior to the first, and the third exponentially to the second. Glazed rings were $ 0.99. Fancy donuts went for about $ 2, but seriously, who goes to Krispy Kreme for a cold donut? Frequent fryers. Or dead people. Or both.

Don’t let the surrounding area defer you from coming into this Krispy Kreme. Inside it’s clean and service is ok. They have the usual selection of donuts that you would find at any other Krispy Kreme. There is nothing special about this Krispy Kreme but if I ever need a donut fix in the area I am stopping by.

We hadn’t had a KK doughnut in YEARS so we thought it’ll be kooky to get some on Valentine’s Day… seeing as how all the«real» restaurants, anything with with a semblance of romance, are full of stupid-ass love birds who had either waited in line for an hour or put in reservations like 10 f’n months ahead…(ok ok sorry I’m a bit annoyed of this fake holiday and am just take’n it out on random peps). So in searching for one I was very surprised to see such low reviews for KK of all places… I mean, is this the same place we all lines up, 30 deep at times, to get a box of simple glazed doughnuts? Right from my initial look at their display case I got my first clue as to why… there’s really nothing to it but the bare minimum concoctions. Have they not gone to the local shops lately? basics doesn’t cut it anymore. Basic used to cut it when u had that funky machine cranking out doughnuts we can stare at while we waited but it doesn’t cut it when you have mediocre dough… speaking of which… that brings me to my second observation… both me and the mrs. agree that there’s definitely some«bazzing» missing from our once beloved KK glazed doughnuts… it wasn’t as airy as we both remembered. The one and only uniqueness of KK that I loved was how remarkably light their dough was… and now it’s as if the recipe’s changed or some ‘n.
