Wing Stop

I have to say that overall, this Wingstop is pretty good. The employees are always very friendly and helpful and the food is always very fresh.
I don’t really like how the food is VERY saturated with salt. I recognize this is very much an opinion kind of thing and from my experience that is the case with every Wingstop. I don’t know if I’m crazy but the fries have this sweet taste to them? I’ve gotten used to it over time and they taste pretty good now, but just seem different?
Their blue cheese and ranch sauces are on point. I usually go with just the classic mild wings with blue cheese because the dip helps it not taste so much like you’re licking a salt block. I usually leave satisfied despite the saltiness, so all in all a good place. I’m not much of a buffalo wing snob so I don’t know If this would qualify as a «good place for wings», but they taste ok to me! And they should really get points for freshness as well as good customer service. Oh and the restaurant is always very clean and well maintained which is nice.

Been here multiple times service is not really good they are rude one was talking on the phone so I had to wait for her to get off the phone to take my order it was her personal phone btw

Normally, I love Wingstop. This was my first time trying the one near Florin Center.
Fail #1: I specifically chose the «well» French fries which are supposed to be extra crispy. These were soggy and felt damp. I took them back. They did not apologize, but they did re-​make them. Got out to the car and yet again when I went to try them they were soggy and damp. I did not have the time or patience to take them back a second time. Not sure what their idea of «well» is, but I would hate to see what their regular fries are like.
Fail #2: Once I got back to my office I opened the chicken portion and it looked fine. Once I tasted it I realized that what they had done was just sprinkle parmesan cheese onto the strips. They were very bland with NO flavor at all, not even a hint of garlic or even salt. I’m used to the great flavor you get at other Wingstop’s so I was really bummed.
Fail #3: I requested ranch dip for the chicken strips and I was given blue cheese instead.
I ended up eating only 5 fries and ½ of a strip before deciding it wasn’t even worth eating the rest of it and ingesting all those calories if it doesn’t even taste good. I’m not going to waste my time and money coming here again. The only good part of the experience was the fact that they had an amazing choice of soft drink options. So, basically, I spent close to $ 9.00 for a Cherry Coke.

I love this location, but they get really busy!
The staff is awesome, they’re all chill and have good customer service! They also tell you what time it’d be done if you do a phone order & call you when it is done.
I love the garlic parmesan and the seasoned fries are bomb!

Lemon pepper and Korean q! Delicious as always! The service here is great. The employees are really polite.

I just recently went to this location of Wing Stop after not having Wing Stop in a year or so. I was happy that I got to enjoy it because I was hungry but it was not the best Wing Stop I had. The inside of the location was stylish and the employees were very nice and courteous. There were only 2 – 3 workers at the time and I ordered a #6 combo. I got the louisiana rub and something else I forgot. I’d have to say the wait was not that long and the food was bomb because I was so hungry. However even though the food was tasty and hot on a cold day it wasn’t perfect. I don’t expect food to be perfect all the time but I do expect a «Holy s***, this is f****** good.» The wings were good but they were drenched in oil and sauce. Although everything is made on the spot its because of how it is presented in the bowl. The fries were delish tho. I would come back again to get my fatty greasy fix, maybe a napkin underneath the wings would soak up the oil and sauce more. I don’t know. Would I come back? Of course for my greasy hell yeah!

I ordered my meal online I go there it’s not ready time it was promised waited 35 min for my order to get ready because the employee over there was just to busy watching the game and didn’t care about the Coustomer order

Good wings, could be a little quicker, but this location was popping when I got there. Food quality has been consistent every time I’m there.

It has been a while since I had Wing Stop and I was really craving it. I decided to try this location since I was in the area close to it. Didn’t have too many people and place was fairly clean and customer service was good.
I ordered the 10 pc meal and got half of my wings with garlic parmesan and the other half lemon pepper along with fries and a drink. Food was very good, I really enjoyed it and it didn’t take long for it to come out. Maybe the weirdest part was the soda machine, only 1 person can go at a time and it has the touch screen. 5 people were in front of me before I filled up my cup.
Overall If I think of Wing Stop then I will definitely comeback to this location.

Love the food. Hate this location and service. 9 out 10 times they get my orders wrong. Unfortunately it’s the closest wingstop for me, I now constantly check my orders to make sure it’s correct. Ordering is also a hassle, ordering through the phone is annoying since they’ll put me on hold forever, and when I order online they never seem to get it! Despite receiving a email confirmation for my order, they’ll just tell me they never got it.

For some reason this wingstop i love!!! The food is hot when I receive it and the buns are amazing!
The staff there are okay, but not as welcoming as the one on 65^th.

I hate this one so much.
Came here the other day around 3 and it was lightweight busy. I ordered a 10 piece combo and in the middle of my order the girl answers the phone and starts taking their order. Really? After that I asked her if I could get bbq and Hawaiian and asked for veggie sticks.
When I got my food it was MANGO HABENARO and BBQ and got fries which I’m not complaining about that, but I was hoping for veggie sticks and one ranch.
Never coming back!

There are two Wing Stops on Florin Rd. If you want to call in your order, then make sure you’re calling the right location. We didn’t call in and ended up waiting for about 30 minutes before our food was ready. I wanted to try something I haven’t tried before. I had the Louisiana Rub– Deep Southern cajun and garlic spices in a dry rub. The wings came out hot and crispy. Some wings were meatier than others. There was also a puddle of oil underneath the wings. I found the place to be pricy as well.

Now I’m no wing stop expert, but this is by far The worst wing stop ever! I tried to give this location a chance 3 times & they failed all 3. Either they give me cold fries, or the damn chicken looks like its on crack, or the tables are dirty. Tonight was my last time spending my money in this particular establishment I order the Louisiana rub and if you ordered them before then you know how they look like & how they supposed to come out. Well it looks like they forgot to add the rub, and just threw some rub on top of the chicken and Close the lid. It was my mistake for not checking my order before I left. But they got me for the last time. If you want your wings done right & not sitting in a tub of oil in your chicken box, go to the one on Green-​haven or rancho. I rather go out of my way then to come here again.

My first time here and it won’t be my last! I got mango habanero and garlic Parmesan Classic wings Togo.
The mango habanero wasn’t so spicy that it was unbearable to eat. The sweet, spicy ad savory complimented each other well with an without dipping it in the ranch sauce.
The garlic Parmesan looked dry at first glance. Eating it without ranch was just OKAY. Married with the ranch though, you knew it was meant to be.
They have a lot of flavor options for the classic and boneless wings. As much as I really want to try other flavors, it will be hard to stray from these two flavors I now know and love.

Okay, I LOVE wings and I LOVE Wingstop but this location, I’m sorry to say, has really sucky customer service. They are rude and have major attitudes. I’ve never encountered that at the other stores… the wings are meh, just okay, usually really salty the last 3 times I’ve eaten them at this location. I usually order the lemon chicken and original hot. I ordered the teriyaki ones for my daughter and she didn’t like them I returned to the counter to exchange and the girl at the front gave me an attitude and acted like I couldn’t give them back so I asked another employee and he returned them for me.
The patrons who come in here are loud mouthed and ghetto which totally made my dine in experience not so good. I won’t be returning to this particular location. I’ll stick to the Wingstop on 65^th expressway.

Newest wingstop in town so far! I like it because it is clean. I came to order a family pack of 100 wings for a meeting and it was during opening. There were already a few people in line when I got there at opening. It is located in a little plaza where it could get a little busy with the new Krispy Kreme, sharks pool hall and La favorita in there. The cashier whom had helped me was fairly new because she didn’t really know the answers to my questions, but she tried. The wings took about 20 minutes and they offered me a big box that they actually opened and emptied for me to carry everything in. Plus on that gesture for great customer service! Mynwhole order was made correctly and everyone enjoyed it! Keep it up guys!
