Well let’s see, I tried going to dickey’s again AAAANNNDDD: yet another awful experience. This time I went to the florin road location after getting out of surgery. I couldn’t eat for a long period of time and all i wanted was some good dickey’s food. So, i again ordered my favorite the ribs. I went home and bit into a rib, what did i get? A huge piece of plastic that was not blocking my airways and I couldn’t breathe. My boyfriend hat to hit my back in order to make it come out from being lodged in my airways. Mind you, I just got out of the hospital from having back surgery! I was hurt and sooooo upset. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Adriana told me she was the manager. So, i explained what happened. She told me she would offer me 10% off my next meal. I told her that was not good enough that I was in pain and hurting due to this big piece of plastic in my food. She then proceeded to tell me that she thought i was making the story up and that i would need to bring my receipt AND the rest of my food back so I could get a refund. I was BEYOND upset. Not only did she accuse me of lying, she wanted me to come back? after i explained to her already that I had just got out of surgery! I was mad. I asked for your the owners number, she told me that he did not have a phone number. I was not born yesterday so i pressed her for the number. She did end up giving me a number to a voicemail. I left a message and received a call back from a woman stating that there was no jared at that number. So, she lied to me about his number after all that. I proceeded to call adriana back and there was no answer(this was at 3pm during normal business hours) I called 3 times in a row, no answer. So, i grabbed my boyfriends phone and called and what do ya know? she answered right away. coincidence? Probably not… she was deliberately not answering my calls. Anyway, I told her that she gave me the wrong number. She then told me that she had talked to her«district manager» Gloria and she said, «Gloria told me that I did everything right and that what I offered you was good enough.» I demanded Gloria’s number. I called Gloria and told her who I was and asked if «Adriana explained what was going on.» Gloria told me no, that she hadent even talked to Adriana. that is the 2nd time Adriana had lied to me! Gloria was 100x’s more professional than Adrianna. Gloria explained that she was only in training to be an «ASSISTANTMANAGER» So, she misrepresented herself by a long shot too. Gloria gave me a refund and asked me to let them try and make it up to me by offering me a free meal. I am not sure what they are doing wrong in the hiring and or training process but, man customer service is not their best skill. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the taste of the food. Otherwise the people that work there are ridiculous. Maybe better quality people in there? I don’t know what else I can do? I dont know if I am ever going to have a good experience at Dickeys?

This is truly fast food BBQ. The 4 little pieces of rib are dry, the brisket was a minced ice cream scoop, ham and links tasted like they were out of a package. Everything tasted like it was out of a box(I guess that could be a good thing to some people the«home made» thing?!) lol The bright spot to the whole meal was the sauce and biscuit although the sauce was watery. Way WAY over priced considering the serving size and quality. I can honestly tell you that we wont be back. Sorry

Trying a different location of Dickey’s BBQ, they need to trained the cashier more or need more staff. I feel sorry for the cashier, he had to attending the fryer and baking dinner rolls and cashiering, no wonder he was messed up big time. Charging us Ribs plate instead of 2 meat plate, and big yellow cup, event though me and hubby said we are bringing back our big yellow cup, so the manager had to do adjustment by returning the extra charges. This location also need to upgrade their register, since customer can’t see what kinda charges we got until the receipt printing out and there isn’t the place where you can sign up for point. Btw, they had smaller serving then the other Dickey’s BBQ.

First time here and the food was good. Wasn’t to impressed with the sandwhiches thought but it tasted good. The bBQ sauce is amazing and so is the customer service. Mac and cheese and waffle fries were delish!
