I used Smog Express in December 2015.
I walked in, was greeted by energetic and professional people, smog test was done in less than half an hour. Friendly staff, quick and easy overall process. Would recommend!

One of the fastest smog places around. Less than 15 minutes from walking in to walking out. If you need a quick basic smog and cert. I recommend this place. Prices are reasonable as well at $ 58, including cert.

Best SMOG experience in East Sac! Was referred by a friend who works at a car dealership and rebuilds cars himself – uses this place a lot.
I was in and out within 10−15minutes (served on a Thursday mid-​morning).
**The ladies bathroom and waiting room was clean and organized.**
OPTIONAL SERVICE: Offers in-​house DMV service so you can get your registration and stickers that day (add. fee).
REASONABLE PRICE!!: Passenger vehicle is about $ 50 plus Smog Certificate about $ 8.
Great customer service, honest and reliable.
Definitely recommend.

Awesome experience. Called yesterday morning to find out if we needed an appointment. They said to come on over. We had 2 cars to take since we’re new to the area, thought it was going to take some time. We were out of there within 30 min. Super quick, guys were very friendly. Answered our questions about best ways to register our cars. I would recommended them! They even had cartoons on for some kids that were waiting as well.

I went this location after stopping at the downtown location which was super busy and the waiting room was like a sardine can! The staff were awesome they gave me $ 10 off for driving there from the downtown location and did my registration and put my tags on my car without the $ 20 fee!!! Highly recommend them for excellent customer service! I was in and out in less then 20 minutes!

BAD Customer Service! Wanted double fee for smog!
Took it in and needed an O2 sensor so could not pass but paid for test. Spent $ 500 in repairs and took it back for cert. They said it needed 150 miles on the car to reset sensor. Went back again and the said it was more than 30 days since first test so I would have to pay again!

This is honestly one of the most customer friendly businesses I’ve been to. The two men working the front counter were super relaxed and friendly. Better yet, they were eager to go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was in and out in around 20 minutes, and my wallet wasn’t too much worse for wear. I don’t write reviews very often, but these guys deserve it.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to smog check! They were really fast and the guys that worked there were very polite. The owner (I think) also took the time to give me some tips about getting maintenance on my car because he noticed I had some bad fumes coming from the exhaust. He was genuinely concerned and honest and that kind of customer service is ideal for someone who doesn’t necessarily know much about cars!

Outstanding service! Walked in without an appointment and was out probably in 15minutes. Paid for smog and registration and received a new registration with a 2016 sticker. For the time I have saved there and going to the DMV, it was definitely worth it!

The people here are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. It’s clean and comfortable and there are a bunch of magazines and some good stuff on the TV. You’re not gonna need magazines or TV, though. These guys are fast & efficient. This is truly the best place to get your car smogged.

This place is amazing. I mean I loath getting A smog check but this place really took the pain away. I was in and out within 20 minutes… I paid an extra $ 20 to have them send all my paperwork to dmv. They have me my proof of registration and sticker on the spot. It really beats dealing with lines at dmv. The guy at front desk is really friendly he put my sticker on for me.
