So I was looking through instagram and stumbled upon Adrianna, also know as «adriannab00» and went through images that she has posted about her past clients and I was automatically caved in by the work she does ! I texted her for an appointment pretty last minute and she had an open spot for me about 3 days later (because one of her clients rescheduled, so that made an opening for me). She told me she’d do a strand test first because my hair was more on the dry side and I wanted to go lighter. On the day of my appointment (Amethyst salon) she did a strand test and told me that she couldn’t do my hair today. I was pretty bummed, but she offered to tone my hair as well as educate me about what I have should do to take better care of my hair.
Adrianna is super sweet and she offers drinks and socializes which is great because it makes it a whole lot more comfortable. The setting is very cute, the walls are purple, quote on why she and her friend named it after «Amethyst». The music is nice and they also have a TV to keep us entertained!
Adrianna is pretty genuine and really helpful. Rather than stripping my hair with chemicals that my hair was obviously not prepared for she said no and offered other alternatives! Instead we went in and blending my roots, trimmed, toned my brassy hair, as well as deep conditioned it !
The results came out beautifully and I honestly can’t wait for my next appointment with her ! She’s not only very educated about what she does but also very passionate and I’m very glad she was the one that done my hair… God knows what the other stylist did to my hair. but that’s another review to talk about right?!

I found Cynthia Sardina on here from a review at another salon. The reason I decided to give her a try was a review saying that her cuts looked good even if you didn’t have time to style them. I’m very lazy about my hair, so this appealed to me. When I called the salon, she wasn’t working there anymore, but the receptionist gave me her cell number — and I’m so glad she did. Cynthia is everything the review said and more. I was looking at my hair the other day, and a month after a cut, it still looks great and falls into place beautifully. Her color work is beautiful — I have kind of blah, mousy hair, and her cut and highlights make a big difference. She is also very pleasant and helpful — and she trims my bangs for free between cuts!

This rating is purely for my friend Stephanie at Tula. However, I am sure that the other services they offer are just as amazing.
I am picky about who I let touch my hair. I have very thick, very straight hair. Even the slightest mistake shows up and it is not pretty. Stephanie is truly one of those gifted hair stylists who knows how to work with a variety of styles and textures, making sure you get the best possible hair cut. Plus she is always so full of light and happiness that it makes going to the salon a total joy and not just another thing you have to cross off your to-​do list. I wish I could fly her over to Europe every couple of months just to spend sometime with her and let her play with me hair.

What a cool concept! Many hairstylist have their own businesses set up in here like boutique shops but instead your walking down a hallway of different hair stylists. Brilliant concept!
Anyways, just want to give a shout out for my total fabulous hairstylist: Cynthia @ Tula. She is amazing!!! Truly I am blessed to be one of her clients. She cuts hair like no other person, I’ve ever visited before. Combs it this way, that way, all over so that the hair falls just right whether it’s wet or dry. So impressed! I love it because I can always wash and go with my haircut and never worry about fusing in front of the mirror for hours to get it just right. It’s a cut that works with my natural texture but also fits my personality.
Cynthia also gives an amazing scalp massage before she begins. It literally makes me want to melt away. Whatever stress I had before I walked in the door, instantly gone! I want to come back sooner, just to get the scalp treatment! It’s such wonderful added touch to her service.
I feel like I just had a make-​over, every time I come to have my hair done by Cynthia. I leave feeling relaxed, beautiful, and completely confident to face my world. I highly recommend her if your looking to find someone new.

This lady may only work 3 days/​week, but if you are lucky enough to set up an appointment, you will happy for MONTHS! It was my first visit with her and she nailed it! I briefly explained the look I was going for and she got it! She understood what my last (and amazing) gal was doing and got to work on my long tresses!
Lucy is the kind of stylist that will give you exactly what you are looking for. She knows what she is dong and she works to get my (over) bleached locks back to a state of healthy!

Lisa is what you call a stylist honey. She did a fantastic job and I mean fantastic, how she manage to do all of our hair in the time she did is pure talent. Not only did she whip our hair into beautiful masterpieces she was fixing strays and rearranging all the way until the end. She was absolutely professional and very relaxed never giving the impression she was behind. She even had time to switch into formal wear to blend in at the wedding, can you say on top of her game. She has a client for life I am truly honored to have had her and would refer her to any one who wants to look their best. Also at my appointments she will give you honest feedback and will not let you go with any option that does not bring out the best quality or look.

Gena Marie did an amazing job with my cut. I have known her for over 8 years and I am happy every time I leave her salon. She takes the time to listen and really cuts my hair the way I like it.
She suggests the right color for me and makes sure I look great when I am done.
The salon itself is very relaxing and soothing and very easy to find. Parking was plentiful as well.
I recommend her to everyone who is looking for a great stylist.

This is a review for Hana Kim who can also be found by googling Hair by Hana. Hana was recommended by a friend for an upcoming event. I arranged an appointment with her last minute and she was very accommodating with her schedule. I had a little trouble getting the exact look I wanted. It may be because despite the pictures I brought, I didn’t do a great job explaining it, but I also felt a little rushed and didn’t have time to talk over what look would be best or if it was achievable with my hair. Hana was professional and clearly experienced, as she was able to quickly style my hair into something I never could have achieved myself — even if it wasn’t the exact look I had envisioned. It also held all day and the curls stayed until I washed them out. Personality-​wise, she was a pleasure to work with and made me feel comfortable with small talk throughout the appointment.
I would definitely recommend her for updos!

I’ve been seeing Hana Kim as my stylist for years. Recently Hana did hair for my wedding. She was excellent. She listens to what people want and made everyone look wonderful! I highly recommend Hana for your wedding or special event!

Sola Salons is a combination of about 24+ individual studios that house independent stylist and a massage practitioner. So far I have the pleasure of working with Hana (Stylist/320.2986) and Michele (Massage Practitioner/743.3569). The area is clean, quiet, and easily accessible. Depending on your needs and preferences, I’m sure there is a stylist that will meet your needs. The prices were affordable and I was pleased with my experiences.
Hana Kim/​Stylist: I wanted something new and was recommended to go see her. She made sure to address my needs prior to styling my hair and focused on my hair type and condition. I was pleased with the results and will return.
Michele Cooper/​Massage: Also through recommendation I went to see her. She is friendly, experienced, and also addressed my needs prior to starting. I was a bit hesitant at first since the location was not what I was used to. I finished feeling great and relaxed just as I would expect. Would most likely be back in the future.
