Give me back my Wings! I LOVED Wings! This place it is now, not so much. Is it too much to ask to give your patrons proper silver wear to eat with? Plastic fork? Really? The décor is horrible. You walk through some cheap looking arch thing as you come in. Here we are in April… ANDYOUEFFINGHAVECHRISTMASDECORUP? How many times can you walk past a stocking post December and not think to yourself, «Ya know… maybe it’s time!» 2 more months and they will seem like they are a little over-zealous for the Season to start, not just oblivious and lazy. And to boot, the owner had their family in there during lunch hour. Like Grandpa, Grandma, aunts, uncles, 2 toddlers running around. You know, the WHOLE family. Like they were settled in to hang out all day. So that was weird. The food wasn’t awful, just overpriced for the meager portions you get. I had to leave my soup one scalding sip short of a full bowl, as it was served at boiling point. Not returning. I miss you Wings!!!

Formerly Wing’s. This place is terrible. Sometimes these dumpy little hole-in-the-wall places are fabulous. But this one is just dumpy. Frozen pot stickers. This is just a near campus, college kid hole. Don’t bother.

I do not want to come back again. Service too bad, the air is vomit. Some food is ok. The boss ask more tips, but their service is not worth. Price is high

My family and I went here to eat yesterday. Not only was the food uncooked but we were rudely rushed out and not to eat inside the restaurant. After leaving we soon realized that my daughter had left her Michael Kors purse there. We were home by then so we called and tried asking about it but when we asked about the purse they screamed WEDONTKNOWENGLISH and then hung up. I am positive they do know English because we ordered there and they all spoke English just fine. So now we don’t have our purse.

The food tastes so awful here. My rice was hard and dry. Check and beef were so bad that we just left them on the table. Everything was loaded with MSG and Hot Oil. Will not repeat!

The place has a serious competitor next door– a Subway. By next door I mean three feet away. The building design needs a revamp since this place hardly gets any window. The fast food joints and the freaking liquor store with iron bar window cages makes the whole ambience down to the street, and into maybe the gutter. The waitress was a little awkward and not good at serving, and the whole place feels like a restaurant one would encounter in a Chinese village. The food on the other hand is light years a head of other Chinese restaurants near by. It do taste like food you can find in a Chinese village. They are good and true to the original recipes, unlike the fast food version in Panda Express. You will not find food in this place good if you really enjoy Panda Express. The food material they use can be made more fresh, and they should put less oil and grease to cover up. I give the over all food quality four stars. The review is five stars to show support for their business effort. I hope they can make some good changes. It is not as bad as the other reviewers think it is. Comparing to the other restaraunts around, this is pretty ok.

The dishes are great! They are really spicy which taste sooooooo good! HOWEVER, the waitress was kind of annoying. She kept asking and bothering us while we were eating. I could see clearly that she just wanted more tips. But what she did is just make people pay less to her. DEFINITELYCHOOSETOGO

DONOTEATHERE, DON’T SAY I DIDN’T WARNYOU!!! If I can give this place«NOSTARS» I would Def give them none. Worst service, horrible decorations and the food was so BAD that I needed to gargle my coke to get my taste buds back. I ordered the szechuan chicken, and got deep fried chicken poppers mixed with green onions, peppers, onions and jalapeño peppers(never had it like that before). I didn’t realize how much MSG and SALT they put with the chicken. I was so hungry and didn’t have much time for my lunch break I just ate it. After 4 – 5 bites my tongue started to feel weird. So I looked closely and saw so much MSG crystals. I called the waiter over and told him about the meal, he Says this is how Chinese people make food(HELLNO they don’t overkill it, at least not my cousins)!!! I said I’m done with my meal it’s so gross, I picked up a piece of chicken with my fingers to show him the amount of salt/msg and he just shrugged. Said you get 25% off, I was so mad. So I just paid for it and said«I WILLNEVERCOMEBACKAND I WILLMAKESUREMYFAMILY/FRIENDS/CO-WORKERS NEVERSTEPFOOTINTHEIRLOCATIONAGAIN!!!» LESSONLEARNED read reviews before going in.

This place is absolutely horrific! I went here with a couple of coworkers since it is down the street from our office. We walked in and we were unsure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or order at the counter, as nobody was there to greet us and there was a sign on the cash register that said«pay at register.» The décor was awful. There were still valentine’s decorations up(the word«love» hanging backward on the wall — reading«evol») and generic pictures from the internet of Chinese food dishes(that obviously did not come from their restaurant). There was also a motorcycle decoration on the wall with Christmas decorations hanging off of it and an arch way at the entrance that looked like it belonged in a janky Vegas chapel. We sat down and ordered our dishes from the waitress who kept trying to up-sell the soup and soft drink lunch special when all we wanted were the plain lunch specials. They served their drinks and food in styrofoam cups and bowls, which had a tacky feel. Seriously, they can’t even get some dish sets from the Dollar Tree? When the food came, I was highly underwhelmed. Beside the fact that all of our dishes came out of the kitchen at different times(5 — 10 minutes between each of us), my dish was greasy and the chicken tasted old. I seriously think they reuse old meat and reserve it over several days. My steamed rice was hard and dry. I love, love, love spicy food, but my dish was so spicy I couldn’t even try to enjoy it. My eyes watered and my nose ran and things got really uncomfortable when I realized they only left each of us with one paper-thin napkin. «Spicy House» is an understatement — be ready for your face to burn and your stomach to have cramps. The waitress disappeared for quite a while even though we were the only customers, so we went up to the register and waited to pay. My dish came out to $ 10! I was baffled. The portion was small and the food/service were horrible. That meal was not worth $ 10 — I should have taken my money and just got 10 items off of the dollar menu at Taco Bell(it would have been way more enjoyable). Another thing I didn’t like is that the restaurant had fake dollar bills pasted along their walls near the register. I don’t know what the point of this is. It just shows the type of clientele they get is not the greatest which makes the restaurant look bad. Save your money and health and go to any other Chinese restaurant but this one!

Don’t waste your money at this place. They have pretty pictures of food on the outside but they don’t tell you anywhere in the menu that all of their food has MSG in it. My lunch was so loaded with it, I couldn’t finish my meal. I got chicken and mixed vegetables and there was more fat than meat. The smell of the MSG on the chow mein made it impossible to eat and whatever they use for sauce tastes like rotted wine and garlic. I wasted $ 18 on food I couldn’t eat. If your looking for good service… well you won’t find that here either…

This place is awesome and friendly, especially you can customize your order and make it fit, just talk to the host, she’s super nice and easy going. The chef is really good, he used to work in those Chinese top tier restaurant and now work here.

Only reason I give it 1 star is because it doesn’t allow me to give it any less. My first experience was not great. I ordered the cheese wontons as an appetizer, I asked the waitress if it was just cheese. She said yes, I proceeded to order. Upon receiving my wontons I opened one just to double check. It had crab inside. Im allergic to sea food. Glad I checked. When I told her I was allergic she looked at me gave a smug look and proceeded to say«well your girlfriend can eat it». Too rude. I said nothing else of the matter, I will not be taking my money there ever again. Regarding the food, I’ve had better. They didn’t even had siracha sauce. Dining experience was sub par, to say the least. Paper plates, how classy. Price, too expensive. I rather drive 10 miles to yummy café.

Had to give this place 4 stars. Yes they serve on paper, but the service is great, place is clean(including bathroom), and the food is really good.

Ok, I’m giving this place another try. The owners posted new updated hours on Unilocal and on the door. The reason for only two stars: I ordered before I came and they said it’d be 10 minutes. I got there 20min later and they only started cooking my food AFTER I paid. What’s the point of take out if you still have too wait. There was no one in the business when I arrived so there’s no excuse. I think it’s a learning curve for these guys.

It’s a hidden spot in the 7 – 11 plaza. I had to call the store to find where it is located and fyi it’s right next to Subway. This i not a typical restaurant since they serve with plastic plates and cups. If you are here looking for a full restaurant service then you will be disappointed. However I am not offended since a low cost fast food type of stores runs like there everywhere in the bay. The owner’s first bay area store is no exception and they are just expanding into the sac metro area. The uniqueness of about the store is definitely on their snacks. I have yet to seen any Chinese restaurant in town offers 鸭头鸭脖 麻辣烫 酸辣粉 麻小 肉夹馍 on the menu. The Cupertino store has more pics Other main dish does not wow me though but I would consider coming back to have a quite bite in the near future.

Yes, it is true. Spicy House does use paper plates, Styrofoam cups and plastic bowls to serve food and water to the customers in the restaurant. Why??? I wouldn’t recommend the Rou Burgers. They were awful and small. The owner could definitely use some help from Chef Gordon Ramsay to get her business going. There is one positive thing about Spicy House– it is fairly clean.

Very Disappointed. Taste just so so. Too expensive than what they serve. Spend about 30 order 3 items but only can feed myself. They serve with paper and plastic bowl and dish even dining in.
