Subway

I was greeted by the worker. He told me to wait as he took his time to take out the cookies that were being baked. I waited a bit longer and he finally took my order. Blah blah blah, I got a footling asked for lettuce and it looks like I only gave as much as it was for 6 inch. So I asked for spinach too. He put 4 pieces of spinach on my sandwich… never again

The two girls that were closing tonight were awesome. Told one of them I was tired from being up since 5 am and she told me on my way out «get son rest» after I told her to have a good night. That made my night. She was fast at making my order and very polite. Subway should give both girls a raise. The other girls usually helps as well and she is awesome.

So as someone who’s first job was at a subway I’m pretty sure as to what a sandwich from here should be, went in tonight and the girl was completely rude because they closed at 10 and had gotten there at 9:15. When it’s only supposed to take 1 minute for a customer to get a sandwich. And she made it completely wrong. Covered it in onions and literally put barely anything of anything else, put all the ingredients in the middle. I understand it can be irritating to have a customer before you close but it wasn’t even 30 minutes away from being closed. My boyfriend got me the sandwich to escape the hospital food, took one bite said it disgusting and couldn’t eat anymore of it. That’s not ok.

It’s Subway. It’s «eating fresh». It’s standard, tried and true. But when you’re hungry or hangry and want a sandwich fast and cheap, you come here.
This particular location is clean, decent amount of parking for those that drive in (I walk here, always), and there’s usually a few sandwich makers behind the counter during lunch hour when the local state employees invade the place. Even if the line is long, you get your sandwich fairly quick.
They recently remodeled the place, so it seems more open and nose clean too.

Excellent customer service! We received a greeting right when we walked the door! They made our sandwich our way!

I normally like this chain for fresh sandwiches and my complaint is not for the food served it’s for the service. Most of the time the servers are very polite, however I just had a server that was so rude I’m not sure why she chose this position, as her customer service skills are lacking. While trying to place my order usually they ask if you want it toasted or not… period, that simple… this time not only did I get several other options on how to achieve this but also a bunch of attitude, and while trying to explain that I’ve never heard of what she was asking, she made several under her breath remarks of how confused I was. Don’t think I’ll ever go back at least until she’s gone.
I’m asking the management to please school their employees.
****Stay clear of Chantel**** at least until they teach her how to talk to loyal customers.

This Subway is pretty good. There wasn’t many customers in the shop when I visited on a Sunday afternoon and the people working here were polite. They didn’t try to push for additional add-​ons such as chips and a soda. The cashier also offered me a water cup to go along with my Black Forrest Ham. On another occasion, when I was here during a busy lunch hour on a weekday, the crew was working under pressure but were still able to complete customers orders in a matter of minutes. The crew here are high school students but they have good customer service.

Horrible location.
The employees are overworked. The one lady serving me took forever to make the sandwich, and all she did was complain about how she had been working since 6am without a single break.
the bread was dry as f*ck. I couldn’t finish the sandwich. I had to eat the meat and contents separately from the bread.

Go to one Subway restaurant and you’ve been to them all right? Not exactly, but you can’t really go wrong with a $ 5 sandwich for lunch.
I like going to this location because the staff it’s really nice and the place is clean. When you only have a limited time allocated for lunch, being able to get in and out of a restaurant fast is important.
The turkey bacon avocado is one of my favorite sandwiches, I make it healthy by adding lettuce, tomotoes, cucumber, bell peppers and onions. This really turns an ordinary sandwich into a meal. Or sometimes I will get the hot pastrami sandwich which is also really good too.
I stopped in here one day for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The ham, egg and cheese on flat bread with spinach is really good. They also serve some really good coffee and other juice options.

We have been here on multiple occasions given that this is the closet Subway to our house. Biking and walking distance, which makes it even more fun to visit! :-)
The food is what you expect from any Subway. Never have had any issues with freshness either like we have found at other Subways in other parts of town. Staff is usually high school or college students, which is fine since professionalism or friendliness has never been a problem at this location either (unlike other Subways). It is always clean when we have gone in and other than the occasional (as in once a year) panhandler roaming the parking lot, the other customers are there for just a quick sandwich like we are.
They do have plenty of seating available if you want to eat there, but we usually take ours to go and either it at home or head over to one of the local parks for an impromptu picnic in the park.
If you are looking for a made to order sandwich from Subway, this is a decent spot in the Curtis Park area.

Stopped at lunch yesterday, and notice that there was some ceiling tiles removed. There was some sort of dirty liquid leaking out of the ceiling that I guess they were in the process of cleaning up. Weird thing is it was right in the middle of lunchtime. I turned around and left. This is got to be the dirtiest subway I’ve ever visited.

Been here a few times and it’s always been a good experience. It’s a weirdly shaped building and it makes it awkward to eat there, especially when other patrons are eating too. The people that work there are clearly not happy to be there, but its not bothersome.

Gets the job done, easy to get into and order. Been there often. Wish that they would do a better job cleaning the eating area as it’s not really that busy. But for the love of god, please turn down the music!!!

A nice place for work day lunch. Its nothing fancy its a Subway. The servers were all very pleasant and made my sandwich with a decent amount of care. We’ve all met the server who is angry at the world and wishes every customer dies a violent painful death. yeah that guy wasn’t at work here. I’d retuning I worked in this area.

There are no words to describe how annoyed I am everytime I come here. Employes never look like they want to be there & my last visit they didn’t have 2 types of bread, also the sandwich maker was too busy with either her boyfriend or coworker leaving 3 of us to wait. What surprised me was the next worker that came out was a manager who didn’t seem to care. This is why i don’t plan on returning here, rather go to the new location on 19^th & Pst

Friendly staff at this location. I usually come to this one because its close to work. The produce is fresh and the meat is juicy. Yum.

I always order my sandwiches to go, but the service is fine and I generally don’t have to wait in line. The cashier never complains when I bring in orders from work and request that they process each transaction separately. It’s on Broadway so it’s not going to be a gem but it feeds me when I’m hungry and that’s all it needs to do.

I grab a sandwich from here at least everyone other week. They have good parking so I can just jump out and run in. They are always well staffed so as to get people in and out in a quick manner. Their sandwiches taste, well like subway sandwiches. They are nothing to jump up and down for because it is a chain… but I have to say sometimes all I am crazing is that fresh bread with american cheese and all the veggies… and for $ 5…seriously you really can’t complain.

This place is filthy and I can’t believe it’s open. The server was friendly and there is a strange parking lot with a shuttered drive through from when this was some other fast food place. All the tables were filthy. Under the tables in the corners, and under the displays, there was tons of dirt and hair and just nastiness. The temp inside was freezing on a freezing day.
The lady that made our sandwich was nice and that was the only positive part, because of her I am giving two stars. But I do recommend trying another location like Freeport Blvd or 16^th street, both much better and cleaner places to eat.
