Subway

I work at subway, the staff here are messy when they make the sandwich. The asian guy who works here really couldnt make my sandwich real quick as i come at the time they close, door open and they still had the food out. Could’ve had my business easy.
Terrible, owner needs to talk to these staff as customers are ur business.

first time at this location. will start off by saying the prices here are the highest I’ve ever seen at a subway before. all menu items are at least 50cents to a dollar other than any other subway I’ve been to.
on a good note, when I asked for lots of olives they didn’t go skimpy on me and I didn’t have to ask twice.
cookies were freshly baked when I arrived at 1045am and not even in the display case yet (this is a good thing).
Calvin helped me out getting my sandwich prepped and was super friendly and helpful. I wish all subway employees were as great with customer service.
overall I rating 4 stars. If prices were normal is go 5stars or 6 of it were an option, but I knock it down 2 stars (from 6 to 4) due to greedy pricing.

was greeted by the young lady who was making my sandwich. She had a big smile on her face. Asked for a few extra things on my sandwich and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and were very attentive when I was in their business. I recommend this subway. Just get your sandwich and do what you gotta do.

This subway location has in the past been very ghetto. However sofar it has dramatically improved. Friendly staff and good sandwiches. Well done folks!

Unenthusiastic employee. Im not saying she should be super, unnaturally overly excited to see me lol but part of her job is to make the customers feel comfortable and to want to come back to THEIR subway restaurant and I didn’t get that vibe at all. Anyways, sandwich was good… as usual. Nothing spectacular.

I travel for my job and when I come to sacramento there are alot of rough edges but when i walk in to subway I’m always greated with a smile and hello… i have always loved subways broccoli soup if u get the chance try it you will be back for more i promise…

It’s really nasty walking into this place, there’s garbage all over the front of the store. I tripped on a styrofoam cup walking in. I don’t think it’s too much to go out there once or twice a day and sweep up a little bit, curb appeal goes a long way.
You walk in and the girl behind the counter is yelling and can’t hardly hear you because the rap/​club music is up so loud. I wouldn’t really recommend visiting this location.

This subway ran out of a lot of things while I was there and failed to refill their supply.
I ordered a foot long meatball marinara, and there was almost NO marinara sauce.
The dude behind the counter was scraping the pot of meatballs to get some and ended up giving up because there wasn’t any sauce besides the tiny amount stuck to the meatballs.
They also ran out of lettuce and green peppers while assembling my sandwich. Additionally, they ran out of many drinks at the soda machine including the separate tea machine.
To make it worse, while a friend was getting her sandwich assembled after I was done, they decided to refill their vegetables then! Ridiculous
I also received very very poor customer service from the middle eastern-​looking guy behind the counter. He failed to tell me what choices of breads there were and instead just pointed to a list in a discreet corner of the counter. Like damn, how hard is it to tell me what kind of bread there is?

Yes, I’ve written a review for Subway before but that was the one in Country Club Mall. Togos is still my fave chain deli, but this Subway is by my home & I only go there for 1 reason… their tuna sandwich. I like my tuna plain. no pickles, no celery. This is the only place I know that has good plain tuna. They put a lot on the sandwich. The regular white bread is soft & I’ve always had polite, quick service at this location.

I like coming to this subway. It is a walking distant to my house. I like that fact, just because there isn’t really much parking. (negative one star)
But the people here and the service they have is excellent. Maybe it is all subways, but they make me feel special: D haha. But seriously they are always smiling. It is also very clean here.
