I’ve never had anything but a positive experience here. I come in, order my food they are fast, courteous and my lunch break is on the way to a well made sandwich. Veggies are fresh, bread is good especially the honey oat.

Not surprised to see so many poor reviews. I work down the street and used to come here a lot. Today I got a coupon for a free 6″ with purchase of a large drink. The employee said their owner is «not accepting that coupon». Well… please accept this poor review. The place is a dump anyways. Always homeless people out front begging for money. Go across the street to the sandwich spot. Much better. Or theres a togos west on folsom near savemart.

Very clean, very fresh, very nice. The top 3 things I could really ask for out of a subway and they have it all. It’s a smaller subway which sometimes seem a tad shadier. Not this one! I’ve only gone in a couple times but the bread and veggies are always so fresh and cut so perfect. I’ve seen it spotless each time(in front of and behind the counter). I can’t stand when the cutting boards and trays for food look sloppy and dirty and this location is on top of it. Definitely recommend this spot.

I really came here because I wanted to prove the best of this place and give it the 5 star review that I know it could have. I’ve worked for a subway when I was about 18 and I know that subway owners usually take a great deal of pride in their work and doing things right and by the book. Let me start out by saying that the girl that made my sandwich today had an absolutely beautiful personality. She wasn’t smiling at first but as soon as I smiled at her she gave me a smile and her face lit up! She also reminded me that it was Father’s Day and when I asked her if she had called her father, her face got even brighter and she said yes! She did everything right! She put everything that I asked for on my sandwich and remembered to ask me if I wanted chips and a drink and ask me if I wanted my food toasted too. The place was very clean so you could tell that someone had been working hard today! The bathrooms and drink station was also clean and well stocked too! As I bit into my sandwich though, I had realized that there was something wrong with my bread! It was over cooked in the proofer or something as it was a little chewy! We will try again in about a week for a 5 star review! The bread was the only thing that was really lacking in this experience!

I have been coming here for years. The new management or ownership sucks. Since the change the sandwiches have been sloppy and sub par. Today I ran in for a 6 inch tuna but ended up getting a foot long because she didn’t hear me and she put 3 tiny scoops of tuna when they use to give acceptable amounts. I gave them 1 star because she did me a favor. The tuna was horrible. Skip this location if you can.

The fact that this place is under new management, you would expect it to be better but to be honest, it was better before the new management. My sandwiches were made way better and always was greeted by smiling employees. I asked for honey mustard and the employee put mayo and regular mustard… I didn’t care because I’m not allergic but it was disappointing. The reason she didn’t hear me was because the owner(I believe) tried to get everyone’s sandwich order and rush the sandwich order behind me. The employees clearly had no room as it is, but the owner didn’t seem to care… She cared more about speeding up the line than quality. Way to make them feel slow. When I walk into a eatery, I expect quality. I know that it’s important to get everyone’s order in a timely manner, but there were only two other people behind me which I’m sure wouldn’t have minded waiting a couple of minutes.

Very sloppy salad. Ordered half an avocado to go on top. It was half rotten so she just cut it out and slopped the rest of the half avocado on my salad. Then she charged me for half of an avocado, when I only received a quarter of one. When she made my salad she put very little in it except for banana peppers which she piled a gallon of those on. Just a really poor job all around. Portion was very low compared to other subways in town. I eat a subway salad at least 2x a week. Won’t be back here though. Sloppy Joe!

Ok only came here cus I forgot to pack my lunch. .I had to tell them to rewarp my sandwich cus it was falling apart and they didn’t even care. Then I bought a Lil pro lunch bag for 2 bucks cus my kids been wanting one and every other subway charges 99 cents for them. This place blows. I hope the sandwich don’t make me sick like last time.

When I used to always go to this subway, customer service was way better when they had the younger employees. Now that they have 2 old lady who works there makes me don’t want to go back. They’re so slow at prepping sandwiches and the line just keeps building up. when I was ordering my sandwich the lady added my meat onto the wrong bread & I told her I didn’t want it toasted but she went on and toasted my sandwich. like seriously?! Get it together woman! then when one of the older lady at the register messed up my order bc I told her I had 1 sandwich and she goes and charged my sandwich with the next clusters sandwich. plus she was speaking so low I had to asked her twice what she said and she still got my order wrong… seriously?! Yhall need some new employees or matter of fact bring back the younger employees back .they were quick and more understandable. I feel like this rating shouldn’t be a 1 star it should be a zero!!!

Between 2 – 3 stars. This is the location that is within walking distance to our council regional center in Sac. It’s my go-to place when I have to drive to Sac for meetings and trainings but don’t have time to make lunch. It a typical subway, but right next door to a cigarette store; that’s a bit of a turn off-but Subway, as far as I know was there first… still! I like Subway because they spell out all the ingredients, nutrition, calories and the sandwich you get is pretty consistent straight across the board. My sandwich was a bit mushy this week, but still eatable. All of the employees are kind, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. What’s NOT to like? 1 star for convenience. 1 star for consistency, and 1 star for customer service…

Not a whole lot to say… it is Subway. Unlike the other reviewers, I have never had a problem with the customer service here. The parking lot can be a little tight with a random bum coming off the light rail next door but other than that, this Subway serves it’s purpose.

This has been one of the worst Subways I have been to. The service is very slow and most of the employees seem incompetent(I know, you’re probably thinking how hard can it be to make a sandwich, but you’d be surprised!) I went in there today for lunch and ordered my usual 6″ turkey on wheat. I noticed the employee behind the counter was really digging to find some wheat bread and that it took her a good minute; at the time, I thought nothing of it. When I sat down to eat my sandwich, however, it was flaky, crispy, and dry — an indication that this bread was at least a day old. I think it is my right as a consumer to eat a place that values checking their food and making sure it is «fresh»(as their advertisements claim), before blindly handing it out. The employee obviously knew this bread was old, so I am just appalled as to why she would serve it to me. She could have at least informed me that the bread was not fresh or given me the option of choosing another type. I will never go back and eat at this location, again. Management really needs to open their eyes to this Subway and how customers are being treated. The experience I had today was just unacceptable. As a side note, they did say they’d make the sandwich again, but I was so upset I just walked out. They can have my $ 4. It’s the last bit of money they’ll ever get from me!
