Taco Bell

I typically try to stay away from fast food. But I was in a hurry and I was STARVING so I decided to splurge on Taco Bell. I was highly disappointed. I ordered a chicken fiesta taco salad and a large Dr. Pepper. What I got was a salad shell filled with all the typical yummy fillings like beans, rice, chicken, salsa, lettuce and sour cream. But the beans were burnt and made the entire salad taste terrible. I also got an ice cold cherry Coke (Pepsi?). Anyways, it definitely WASN’T a Dr. Pepper.
I will however say that I ordered two items and got two items (even if they were pretty disgusting). And although they were busy I got them fast! So two stars for that.
All in all, I know now that if I’m gunna splurge on «Mexican» food to go to Chipotle. At least there I won’t get chunks of burnt beans in my stuff. Probably won’t go back to Taco Bell for a while (probably never at that location).

impressed because the line looked long and it moved rather quickly. I was also happy they allowed me to do two separate orders because other places say no. my food was hot, accurate, and they generously put a lot of lettuce and cheese so thank you taco bell.

From the outside the restaurant looks clean and nice. Walking in and going to the counter I stood there for 5 minutes before finally I got tired of waiting for someone to help me I went to the side and called for some assistance. Someone came running from the back and took my order (Why was everyone in the back ignoring customers?). Friendly service was nice. I ordered the Two Chalupa meal and waiting patiently and soon grabbed it and went home. When going home I opened up my bag and noticed I got something completely wrong. He didn’t get my order right at all and it was dissatisfying. Wasting my money and time is not a good thing. I will sometime soon give them a chance again. Hopefully their management is better and their ability to correctly listen to customers orders will improve by then. Until then cheers!

I love this taco bell! They always get my order right, always hot food, and friendly service! I haven’t experienced a bad attitude or nothin. And quick service!

it was actually a bad Experience. These children don’t even know how to wrap a burrito properly… for some reason the food tasted awkward maybe old.

Bunch of idiots here. My brand new card wouldn’t slide in their piece of crap machine. Rather that try a different machine she sent me on my way. Funny card worked just fine at the next two places 5 minutes later!

I was appalled at the fact that my mom was ordering at the drive thru and one of the employees was mimicking her and we could hear the girl through the speaker the whole time. Then, my steak quesadilla had barely any steak, it was all cheese and one of the pieces had nothing in it, it was just the tortilla! The employees are rude, the service sucks, the food is terrible and of bad quality. I’m never going here again.

I came to this Taco Bell location with my friend for lunch one day because it’s by her house and conveniently located on Howe Avenue. This being said, it’s not in the best location. Be prepared to show your ID for all credit and debit card purchases (you know they have a problem with fraud when they ask to see your Drivers License for a $ 1.49 burrito). Surprisingly though, they don’t have as big of a problem with crime as the location on Watt Avenue does, because this location doesn’t have the drive thru window with bullet proof glass. Yay!
I ordered my usual Bean and Cheese Burrito with a Regular Nacho. It being lunchtime, the drive thru line was long, but it moved rather quickly so they did a great job of getting everyones food out. My burrito and nachos were as good as I have had at any other location and service was surprisingly friendly.
This location is squeezed into a tiny corner lot so there are a few parking spots in the cramped lot and a short drive thru area. It is a remodeled location though so the outside is nice. I would come back to this Taco Bell when in the area, just maybe not at night.

Taco Bell sucks but the staff here is fantastic, especially for being located in such a cruddy neighborhood. I came in for my annual taco bell fix only to receive two free slushies that were going to be otherwise tossed out. In addition to that, the shift lead/​manager on duty happened to be going over a schedule of employee breaks. A fast food supervisor actually allowing breaks? Not lunch breaks but actual sit-​down-​for-​ten breaks. Bravo.

Service is rude and the prices for fast food are outrageous. Don’t expect to get full on nasty food for anything less than 10 bucks. Take your 10 $ and cross the street to bucca for a real lunch.

The young damn window clerk woman asked me for ID. She sell me my food until I showed her ID. Stop the entire line made me exit my car to look for my ID or some sort of identification. Because of course I stole someone identity created a card all to steal 4 dollars worth of Taco Bell …

This Taco Bell sucks so bad! It’s called fast food, if I wanted to wait 15 min for a burrito I would have gone to a sit down restaurant. To top it all off the chick making the food was a manager! Jasmine or something like that, she was acting like she had all the time in the world. I would have just ask for my money back but I used my credit card and I probably would have taken longer than just waiting. Remember the manager was making the food. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

I went here looking to get the quesorito box to try and win a free ps4, which was advertised at the location. After I ordered the box through drive through and left, I noticed that I did not get the contest package that is supposed to come with the ps4 quesorito box. I wanted to check my receipt, but never got one. I’m pretty sure this Taco Bell knew they where out of contest packages but failed to let me know and tried to hide it by not providing a receipt.
This will be the last time I come to this Taco Bell. no integrity here

I just picked up 7 breakfast burritos from this location and found the service to be very good. The lady who helped me was very friendly and the food was decent for a fast food place. This was my second place at this location and both times it has been good. Again, the food is fast food so don’t expect gourmet organic food! It’s fills your stomach and hopefully doesn’t kill you! Enjoy :)

Apparently this place is okay with bringing pets in. This guy has a large dog who is drinking out of a cup on the ground and walking around the place when the owner went to the bathroom. Now the dog is sitting on the seats where customers have to sit. What does the employees say, «he is a friendly dog». By the way this is not a service animal. Don’t come to this location, this is dirty and ridiculous.

Ooooops, the management at THIS location have blown it! They now LOCK the interior bathroom door and require that a purchase be made PRIOR to allowing entrance. So don’t expect to wash your hands before ordering! THEN, they actually have to send a worker to actually unlock the door. So your food is placed on the counter until you get back. Pretty stupid idea, even though I know they have problems, in that neighborhood with vagrants. There’s gotta be a better way! But, the bean/​cheeze burrito and tacos are still a good cheap meal.

I am from Virginia and really wanted to try Taco Bell breakfast, which they don’t serve in Virginia. From the second I walked in the door the people there were extremely friendly and amazing. The food was bangin (especially the AM crunch wrap with sausage) and the service was superb. I love Taco Bell and definitely recommend this location!

I ordered the steak and eggs breakfast burrito. I was really suprised how good it was. The burrito was loaded this steak and not overloaded with egg. This is one of the best tasting fast food breakfast burritos I’ve eaten.
