Awesome people at the office. Great service and professional atmosphere. Tony and Cathy are great people and if the world had more people like these two it would be a much better place. Thank you for everything you two. God bless and happy hollidays.

To all those in need of bail bonds, First of all, if you’re in need of bail bonds you are already in a difficult and non-preferred situation. Most likely when going to a bail bonds agency my assumption is that it is your first time. Like myself I was in the unlikely situation where I needed to bail out a loved one. Going to Tony The Tiger Bail Bonds was the worst experience ever. Tony the Tiger Bail Bonds is extremely unorganized. Firstly, they did not clearly explain the process and requirements for approval of a bail bond. Secondly, my relative who spoke to Lisa, was told false information on how she could bail herself out without a co-signer. Then the person who helped me, Shannon, was unprofessional and lacked knowledge on her job. She seemed to be working from home and was yelling in the background to her kids, scolding them. Then another time I was on the phone with her while she was driving and she had to hang up because she got into an argument with someone for almost getting in a car accident. Then I would get missed calls from Kathy. When I would return her call she didn’t even know why she called me, nor would she remember what she had spoken with me prior. In the end the communication was poor. My relatives who volunteered to cosign were from out of town. After they agreed to take care of paperwork via email, they just emailed the forms with no explanation or assistance in its completion. They also did not explain that the co-signer would need to be present face to face to verify identification. In the end Kathy rudely turned us away refusing to do service after I had my relative drive two hours away to come sign as a co-signer. While my relative was on the way, Kathy claimed my relative did not have required current paperwork in the email and called it «sketchy». But if they gave us a chance to explain, my relative found and brought correct paperwork because Shannon had told her she needed something more current. Instead they stopped answering our calls without giving us a chance to explain. In the end I realized I would never want to do service with a company like that anyway. So to all people looking for bail bond assistance, go to another bail bonds!
