WORST place to eat! My mother and I got FOOD POISONING! The worst customer service the girl was so RUDE! They «couldn’t» customize an order (more like didn’t want to) The food was so BAD! DO NOT RECOMMEND! WORST EXPERIENCE ever!

This place was the best place to eat at before they got new employees. I’ve been going to this restaurant for many years and lately they haven’t been picking up the phone when I try and order ahead of time. When I get there the cashier is always way too friendly with the cook and doesn’t take her job serious, she claims to be the owners niece but gives him a bad reputation by her attitude and work ethic. She was extremely rude to my mother and that’s unprofessional for her to argue with a customer. I give this place a bad review for customer service

The food is really good. But the owner of this restaurant has poor costumer service. Yes, read right… The owner!
Not too little ago this women was extremely rude to my mom, while my mom was ordering her food, the owner kept rolling her eyes, making rude remarks, speaking in a rude tone, and just having a terrible attitude towards us the customers. My mom spoke to her letting her know that we all have bad days but when it comes to your customers you should always have a good attitude since we are buying not asking for anything free… The owner had the nerve to say well if you want good customer service go to a 5 star restaurant.

Eventually my mom was tiered of it and demand a refund and promised to never come back here again.

Horrible, worst customer service i ever had. They lost one customer… the young girl who took my order she wasn’t paying attentionto what I was saying. I ordered a torta Cubana and there was a guy cooking in the back they were just laughing and talking .
I’m so mad because I got there at 9:10 pm and they gave me my order at 9:50 pm I ask the young girl if I could eat my torta tgere she said no because the close at 10:00pm I sadly and mad at the time said ok that I’ll take it to go because I wasn’t gonna be finishing eating in 10 minutes.

My brother-​in-​law recommended this place to me. He said the food was very good and that I should try it. It went and tried the food and and the torta’s there where pretty good. You get a lot of bang for your buck. The service is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. The only problem I had which had nothing to do with the restaurant was the parking. Tortas Chilangas shares its parking lot with a convince store. They only have six parking spots. On the day I first went to try the food wit my family the the shopkeeper/​owner of the convenience store started to yell at us not to park in his side saying he was going to have our cars towed. He was very rude stating that he was tired of people eating at the restaurant parking on his side and that he was enforcing his towing rights.

Had their cubana, that was good, lots of different meats. Had their New Yorker? sandwich, wish it had more pineapple, still good. Their quessadilla though is pretty damn good, carnitas. It was like a long taco. Over all this place has good quality and price to amount ratio. Would recommend.
