Been here twice and had great experiences. The owner– at least I assume it’s the owner– was very helpful and very welcoming. Upon my second visit, he remembered me from weeks earlier and even remembered what I had purchased. Prices are competitive, but the knowledge and friendliness of the staff is priceless.

Visited Total Nutrition on a whim a few days ago. The person who helped me was amazing (I’ve forgot his name, Ryan maybe?). Anyhow, he spent a good hour with me, teaching me about the new products on the market and general nutrition. He went as far as sharing a detailed weekly workout routine for me as I’m just getting back to lifting after years of just simple cardio. While they might not have as vast of an inventory as something like GNC, I can surely say that their passion and knowledge far exceeds anyone I’ve met at GNC. I’ll be back for sure.
