Upstage Staging

I was very satisfied with service provided! It was a last minute plan to sell my rental property and renters had moved out leaving the place cold and dull. I called many staging companies and Upstaging was the most decent one in Sacramento for me terms of pricing, scheduling, and just non hassle procedure. It’s already stressful dealing with real estate procedures and Dave made it very pleasant for me to have one less thing to stress about. I gave him the lock box code, he came in with the furniture and when the house was sold, he came and moved them out. I didn’t even have to be there being tied up with my busy schedule. The staging was incredible. It looked like a home from a magazine. I was amazed. Thank you so much.

If you need staging done, this is a no brainer. Dave is awesome at what he does, is fast, has very fair pricing, and most importantly does a fantastic job. I received a ton of compliments on the staging and it was very effective in getting a lot of offers ;) If you are on the fence on staging, its a absolute must, especially with Dave, as soon as he furnished and decorated it was literally a different home. If your like me and have NO IDEA how to decorate, go with Dave, give him the address and key and he’ll do the rest. Dave is good at what he does and executes very well. I will be using you again!

Upstage Staging is a fabulous company to work with. First, they were very responsive to my initial inquiry and met me in a couple of days to review the space.
The quote was really competitive with other bids I received! The furniture was delivered on time and set up even better than imagined. It really made the house feel warm, modern and inviting.
