I made sure this office took my insurance prior to making an appt. they confirmed they do, so I scheduled two cleanings and x-rats. I was told all of this was covered under my insurance. A few weeks later, I received a bill for almost $ 300. What??? I then call and the receptionist insisted she had confirmed coverage, however did not know the dentist office was not in the insurance company’s network. She then told me that she would send me to collections if I didn’t pay the bill. I did not budget for«covered dental routine cleanings and x-rays». I don’t think I should be responsible for their mistake either. Update– the office sent me a letter telling me they’re «gifting me» the amount I allegedly owed them. It’s too bad. They lost a patient

I wasn’t told the office closes for two weeks in December/January until AFTER they put a double temporary crown in. I had discomfort and couldn’t chew on that side for the whole time but waited to call until they came back to the office. They said they would FITMEIN to take a look because they had 30 messages when they got back. I asked if we couldn’t move up my appt. for the final crowns earlier than March and they said it was IMPOSSIBLE because the crowns would not be ready. Well, I go for my quick appt. and they say they have the crowns and want to put them in because it will only take 35 to 40 minutes. I had to walk out. Give me a break. The anesthesia takes 15 minutes and the one tooth was ground down so far that she had to cut under the gum to attach the temporary. I don’t know why I wasn’t called so I could make arrangements for the final crowns on that appt., since of course I want them because my mouth hurts so bad, and has for several weeks. I dread going back in for my final appt. but need to get out of the pain. I just hope I don’t have an infection.

What a disappointment! My mother went to Diana over a year ago now for a mouth guard. She took in a mouth guard that she had previously(from a retired doctor) and asked her to make one thicker — well it comes back and its about as thick as a bleach tray(actually her new dentists thought it was a bleach tray at first) When she went back in for her follow up she explained to her not only is it not what she asked for, she was still grinding her teeth and in a lot of pain from it. Not only did her staff block my mother from getting a call back for months from the doctor, but when she did talk to Diana she«promised» her a refund which has never happened. $ 1200 wasted on the mouth guard! plus the cost of visits, x rays etc. I cannot recommend her work as she doesn’t listen to her patients wishes and I cannot recommend her as her staff does not follow through on what the doctor promises — which is a poor reflection on the office and doctor.
