Love the eye doctor here! So friendly and personable, and really thorough. I would definitely come back here again. I found the staff to be very friendly. Glasses are expensive, but no more expensive than any other vision center. I came here b/​c they took my insurance, but even without, I would definitely come back, at least to visit this eye Dr. again b/​c he made it a really pleasant experience.

The only contact I’ve had with this place was to try and schedule an appointment for an eye exam, and the customer service was more than enough to warrant me never calling them back!
The call started out well enough, even though the employee who picked up the phone kept interrupting me mid question to try and speed up the process by providing what she thought was an «answer»… Epic failure on her part, since she just ended up repeating the first part of my sentence back to me, and it made the entire process even slower because I had to start again from the beginning.
The part that made me bid her a curt goodbye though, was when she INSISTED that I give her my social security number (OVER THE PHONE) because she claimed that it was the ONLY way she could pull up my insurance information. I tried to tell her, several times over the interruptions, that she could just use my birthday and still get the same information, since several other eye exam places have already done so, but she was snarky and rude and insisted that the ONLY way to do this was to give her my social…
The only take-​away I got from this encounter is that she is either incompetent, or has a darker purpose in insisting that I provide her with a social security number. Either way — I will never visit this place and do not recommend it to anyone else.
