Great pizza and service. They deliver quickly and are usually the best slice in town.

Best pizza I ever had. Their menu is great, everything so far that I have had, the taste and presentation is over the top. Not a regular pizzeria!

This place fell off since they started doing delivery. the wait is ridiculous. The restaurant can be empty but you still wait 15 mins for breadsticks and God knows how long for pizza.

Ordered from this place 3 times in the last month thinking that maybe they’ll get better. They don’t. The pizza is way overcooked and looked old and burnt. The two times I got it delivered at night, the driver got there about 30 – 40 minutes after the time is was scheduled to be «delivered by». We’re talking about waiting nearly 2 hours for pizza. I tried calling the store after my orders didn’t arrive to find out the status and I really think that in the last hour of closing time they just stop answering any calls. They even forgot a part of my order the last time and when I asked if they could just give me a refund the rep said the driver didn’t carry cash. Like really? How could they not. Pizza Hut as a whole is great but this store in particular is horrible. I won’t order from there again.

I’m a fan. Been coming here since I was a child and getting Book It Coupons. This place hasn’t changed at all. In some regards its a good thing cause the food is awesome, décor, lighting, and seating… not so much. The salad bar could be better. It seems to not be taken care of, everything is room temp and not changed often. I would love to add it on but the lettuce is obviously from a bag (which i can tolerate) problem is its not refreshed. Seems that same lettuce will have to brown and be eaten before fresh lettuce is placed out, not to mention there us to be garden lettuce, and Caesar, not the garden is in both… Where was I… I now bring my 3 year old here cause its a relaxed environment and I don’t mind if he acts three. The servers are slow at best. It seems there are plenty workers but I’m sure they all have a task unfortunately they seem to only be able to do that so the cashier looks bored while the server is stressed. In any event I have every intention of returning and getting good food whenever the waiter gets around to my table.

My husband and I decided to go to Pizza Hut for the first time together, we were craving it. We dined at the Saddle Brook restaurant and we had a really Great experience there. Our waiter Nick was awesome, super polite and very attentive towards us our food came out in a timely manner.
The food was really great. We had mozzarella sticks (yummy), boneless wings (BBQ really yummy) and the Cheddar Cheese sticks (the yummiest). I was satisfied with just that because they are really generous with app portions. My husband ordered the cheese stuffed crust meat lovers pizza. By time that came out I had zero room to eat a slice (managed to take a bite) it was really good.
I must say as far as food and service goes it’s a winner, however there are some downfalls. The bathrooms need a facelift into the 21^st century and the carpet needs to be ripped out and replaced with a floor. There were family’s with a couple of screaming kids that in my opinion the parents really sucked at teaching their kids manners.
Upon checkout time to pay the check the line at the front had accumulated. It seems a customer was haggling with the cashier on how many toppings he had and what he wasn’t paying for (a complete deadbeat trying to get something for free). the poor cashier was getting frazzled as well as waiting customers. A manger needs to be more hands on and not let a young girl get treated like that.
We will go back, not anytime soon as the calories in that food is enough to choke a horse.

The food came in ten minutes and it was really good. But omg the guys sitting next to me were extremely loud. I heard their every word. Guess that isn’t pizza hut’s fault. Good for takeout.

They were short staffed had a lot of people in line to order. They need a guy at the desk that can mulit-​task at the front counter.

I live 1.7 miles away down one road yet this location refuses to deliver to me and forces me to order from the Fair Lawn location… Annoying and stupid…

Wow… What happened? The dough has been changed a few years ago. And now the cheese tastes different. This doesn’t taste like the way Pizza Hut used to taste. I recently went there and was so disappointed. The crust and bottom doesn’t even look it used to look. And the cheese even looks different.
No wonder the corporation has been losing money.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to try Pizza Hut for the first time in many years. 1^st order got delivered 1 ½ hours after I ordered it. Because the manager claimed i didn’t put my apartment on it — funny when I looked at my order indeed my apartment # was there.
My pizza COLD. Not only cold, my cheese bites were rock hard. My daughter simply could not bite into them. SECOND time i order, my pizza takes over an hour to get here. I dont know whether the poor man is just a slow driver or he has tons of orders before me. IT WAS COOOOLD. Being that this place is about 6 mins away from me pisses me off even more. Ive had Brick oven pizzas cooked right in front of me in 12 mins. Then when i call to see how my pizza was going in not being delivered — she has the audacity to call me by «sweetie» & «give it a couple more mins»
Will i refer or order again, NOO

I remember coming to this Pizza Hut with my parents when I was in grade school and was part of the Book It program. We would sit in the dining room and I would devour my personal pan pizza. It is one of my fondest childhood memories. I haven’t been back in AGES until my family got together here for a family pizza night. The place looks completely different. It seems a little brighter but just a tad dingier. Our waitress was very nice but seemed a little overwhelmed and would completely disappear until it came time to bring out our food. Our cups would otherwise sit empty and hands dirty while patiently waiting for her to bring us more drinks and napkins. The food was good but I’m partial to Pizza Hut pizza as it my favorite chain pizza. There’s just something about that thick pan pizza dough and breadsticks that makes my stomach happy. Will we be back? Probably not. We can always order delivery and leave the family dinners out for nicer placers.

I try and stay away from reviewing chain restaurants unless it’s exceptional good or bad, well clearly by the one star you can tell where this review is going.
The service and food here seems to diminish here a little more every year, I have literally been coming here since I was a kid with my parents until now and it is kind of a staple to saddle brook and this area.
So here’s why I decided to kill this place in a review for the most besides the other stuff I’ve already mentioned. during one of the worst snowstorms this winter I ordered pizza as I did not want to drag myself out into the tundra! I ordered online and it predicted it should take about an hour and fifteen minutes considering the conditions it was expected and I had no issue with the long wait. The pizza took 2.5 hours and I am very local to this Pizza Hut, I don’t care how bad it is out I’ve done deliveries in the past and that is unacceptable! Now if that was it I’d just let it go again because the conditions were terrible but it didn’t end there. I took a bite into the cold pizza at this point I was happy to have anything so I after the first piece I started thinking this tastes off, besides being cold, so I took the cheese back on a slice and they put no sauce on the entire pizza! Pizza is dough cheese and sauce?! How do you screw that up?
Pizza corporate was contacted because I was super pissed off at this point and they gave me money back in the mail via free pizza coupons, hey I’ll take it this point! So a few months after my horrible experience I call Pizza Hut and explained I had a coupon for a free pizza but I was sure what that entailed and the woman, I believe the manager explains it was for a free large pizza and then says «typically when someone has that coupon they were not happy with our restaurant and it can be used at a different location» I explained it was a terrible experience but I want to give them another chance and she gave me an attitude and took my order finally.
I will probably not use this Pizza Hut ever again now as I typically get one of the pizza spots in Garfield anyway.

So we were lazy and decided to order pizza Hut. I was planning on getting just a large stuffed crust but then my bf decided no to that so we ordered one of the deals. Got two small pizzas cheesy bread sticks and buffalo wings for a total of $ 25. the pizza crust was great but the pizza could of had more cheese it was kind of skimpy. The pepperoni pizza was good. The other one had green peppers on it but neded more sauce and cheese. The mild buffalo wings were pretty spicy, but good. All in all I should of went with the stuffed crust.

I saw some of the previous reviews and they seemed really bad. I just recently went here for lunch. We were immediately seated and our waiter was super nice and polite. We got our order quick and were constantly asked if we needed anything else. I usually never go out for pizza but this was a really nice day trip out. Will come again in a few months.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Ordered online and they forgot to process our order. We had to wait 1 hr for them to make 1 large pizza. Then they mess up the custom order — we asked for one side to be red (tomato sauce only) and one side to be normal cheese+sauce. Ended up with a normal cheese+sauce and NO CHEESE/​NO SAUCE on the other side… wth??? Also forgot an extra topping we paid for. Quality is what you expect from a subpar Pizza Hut.
Yes, super cheap at 6.00 per pie during special deals… but not worth the aggravation!

I’ve been craving a nice salad with all the fixings lately. Ha! Their salad bar consists of semi-​fresh romaine lettuce, crunchy things, green beans, chicka peas and dressing! They did have some slimy cucumbers and fresh tomatoes… can’t leave those out! Don’t want a dishonest review! The service was decent. Maybe I am getting ready for that unspeakable time of the month and I am on the sensitive side but they did seem like they were rushing us out. Now the any pizza for $ 10 was amazing. The chicken wings (regular buffalo) were a little to spicy for me but still pretty good. It was a squeaky clean place but will not go back. Even with the awesome pizza deal going on the salad bar killed it. Hopefully the cheap bastards will splurge a little and not put 3 sides of chicka peas, 2 sides of green beans ect and actually give a variety.
