Had the Paisano which was delicious and I’m not a gnocchi fan really. Waiter not helpful, had to remind him to bring my salad AFTER he brought the entrée. Oh well, oh and I asked for olive oil on the side but it came out with the house dressing. Pretty inexpensive, not really in this area much but when I am I’ll stick with Goodfellas.

Tried this place and really loved it. From the service to the actual meal, I was happy. Will return.

Worst service ever. We were the only ones there and the waiter took our order and was never seen again. Ended up asking the bartender for our food and our waiter. The food took about an hour and it was either very cold or burnt. We will not be going back.

Once again I have dealt with the inconsistancy of Que Pasta. Yesterday We had take out Chop salads. They were fantastic. Ordered them today also and they were terrible. I thought the had given us house salads in error. The lettuce was not chopped and it consisted of mostly spines and a ¼ inch of yellow lettuce on them. The cranberries, walnuts cheese and sun dried tomatoes were sparse. And today it had mushy fresh tomatoes in it. What a disappointment at the price of $ 8.95. Since this has been my second poor experience in the past 3 months I think I may have to try Bucco’s. It’s a shame because Que Pasta is local and we enjoy several menu items and not long ago my daughter hosted my birthday party here.

The commercials are hilariously crappy but you got to give this place credit for trying

Love this place but the new menu left something to be desired. The sole came swimming in a buttery sauce and had no taste. It came with one(yes one) brussels sprout also tasteless. The rest of the vegetables and two small potatoes were OK. The fish needs some spices or flavoring… The new bar is a nice addition. Place looks great.

Been here twice so far this year and both times were very pleasant and nice. The food is great. The staff is very attentive and friendly. During one of the visits, there was a baby shower taking place in one of their rooms and I was surprised that the event there did not interfere with our service. That was a major plus. Parking is definitely a little tight but there is plenty of room to find parking in the surrounding area, so that wasn’t a big deal. Was a little let down with the dessert we chose, it was just okay and kind of tasted right of the box(I knew I should’ve chosen something Italian as a dessert from an «Italian restaurant» duh! lol) But nothing to the point that would offset what a great restaurant it is. Good for dates and family dinners.

Been here 2x for parties but have never just dined in on my own. 1. Staff is very attentive 2. Confusing on which party room is for the party you are attending 3. Penne vodka and eggplant parm are delicious 4. Parking can be tight if they are busy

When I want a nice romantic dinner with my other half, we come to que pasta. The food is amazing and the service is great. My favorite is the chicken franchise. I definitely recommend this place to Italian food lovers!

This used to be our«go to» BYOB place when we didn’t feel like cooking. The pasta is fresh and any sauce you choose is delicious… especially their vodka sauce and their creamy pesto sauce. My favorite meal is the Chicken Florentine which I get almost every time I am there. We are also always very satisfied with their house salad and rice balls. We haven’t been in a while because it is no longer BYOB, which is a huge bummer for us because you just can’t beat a great quality BYOB place. We often used their party rooms to hold special occasions, bridal showers, baptisms, rehearsal dinners, etc. because it was BYOB. Always satisfied with the service and the warm atmosphere.

In years past, this was a five star place hands down. They made the bread and pasta. It made for a wait, but the food was divine and we used to come here often for family dinners with largish groups. It was byob at the time. Now they sell. The sauce is still decent but the pasta is not made by hand on site to my palate(honed by Italian aunts). The bread comes warm, but is not the same. It is still a nice place but if you have not been here in a while… It is not the same and it is not a change for the better sadly. Not a huge step down but a step down nonetheless.

Que Pasta is the perfect event location. Excellent service from planning to payment. Events are at a great price for North Jersey and the amount of food is beyond expectations. I hosted a bridal shower here and we chose the pesto pasta, eggplant parm, penne vodka, roasted potatoes, bruschetta, two salads and chicken florentina. Every dish was spot on. They even brought out containers for leftovers. Tea and coffee was served with dessert(which we brought) and regular and diet coke were included. Super easy way to host an event if you are looking for a venue.

I am a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and the other bridesmaids and I decided to have the Bridal Shower here. The room was nice and fit the small amount of people, 22, that we had. Only thing was if you walked into the front of the building you couldn’t get to the room from there. You had to walk outside and come through the side door. We did have our own bathroom to access which was nice. The guy we had running the shower was very nice. The food was so good! We had choices for the buffet and we went with eggplant parm, some chicken dish with cheese tomatoes garlic and artichoke, penne vodka, Liguori in pesto sauce, and two salads. Oh also served were regular bread for salads, bruschetta and potatoes in oil and garlic. I didn’t have the eggplant parm but I had everything else, TWICE!!! Lol. The chicken dish, penne vodka, potatoes and salad with balsamic were absolutely delicious. So was the bruschetta. The linguini in pesto was ok. The pasta was a little dry and sticky but the pesto was a good flavor. There was a lot of food left because he brought out a second tray of everything so we pretty much all brought home leftovers. So I ate leftovers for the next 2 – 3 days Definitely recommend for parties and would like to try for dinner sometime when I’m up in the area!

I’ve come here on a few occasions. I recently came for my cousins baby shower, and then I also planned my best friends bridal shower here. I have to say that they were super easy to plan with. Their prices are very reasonable. We had a buffet style lunch on a sunday– it included two salads, two pastas, and two entrees. Tea and coffee was included. The chicken foresto and eggplant parm were a big hit. They also packed the rest of the food for us to take home. Gabriel our server was amazing, helping us with anything that we needed. We were able to have the back room. We set up decorations and the party was perfect. I would definitely plan another event here when the time is necessary. You can include alcohol for an additional price. We chose to have our guests pay for what they wanted to drink. They also handled the billing of that very conveniently.

I’ve wanted to try this place for a while, it’s around the corner from me so it makes it super convenient. I took all 3 of my children there for a Monday night dinner. I read right in the menu table side that they served and were in fact very proud of their home made pasta. I’ve proceeded to order 4 pasta dishes. The penne we were served was overcooked and half of it was burned. That wasn’t the biggest problem. In fact the biggest problem, or I should say one of, was the meatballs that they brought for my four year old daughter which happened to have three raw eggshells in the meat. When asking he waitress about it, I got a very weird apology and in turn, proceeded to ask for the check. Upon getting the check I’ve noticed that it was in fact full price(even for the eggshells) I asked for the manager and received a very strange response(he doesn’t want to speak to you) the waitress said. I comely but of course not without being she’ll shocked said to her that I want to speak to him. He never showed up and the waitress came back shaking her head with a discounted check(9 bucks less) I went up to the front and comely asked to speak to the manager there and I was ignored by someone named willie for about 10 min. At that point I left I never do this and I mean ever, but this place deserves to be smeared with crap though all the social media outlets that I am a part off. I would never want anyone to have this kinda of an experience when they go out and spend money. Que pasta, you really made me and family have a terrible evening. I hope that everyone who frequents your place reads this and never shows up again. I know your not going to get any new Buisness.

Side note, before the actual review… I’ve been dining here for so long that I have watch their crazy catfish in the fish tank grow from about 3 inches long to a gigantic sea monster creature that haunts my dreams. I love Que Pasta. First of all they make pasta onsite. ONSITE! That’s right baby, fresh pasta, right here is NJ. That’s the kind of pasta that does not pass go and goes directly to my derrière. I could eat endless amounts of their pastas. They give you a gallon of pasta for every dish complemented by warm homemade rolls to sop up any errant sauce. It is the place you want to be if you are in need of some serious comfort food. You can buy pasta and/or sauce and eat at home. But why do the dishes? Good for groups, and parties. The food is always on point.

The food here is remarkable. I had their gnocchi and it was truly magical. The consistency and texture were so on point. The party of 4 I was with were all very impressed. The only aspect of the evening I wasn’t particularly thrilled about was their alcohol service. They recently switched from byob to no longer byob and they serve their own alcohol at very reasonable prices. We purchased 2 bottle of reds for the table. Their house wine glasses are incredibly small, just doesn’t satisfy the wino in me. If you’re having wine with dinner, you’d hope for a standard size(white) glass(not even a ‘red wine’ glass). It certainly wasn’t anything to ruin the night of course! Their service was pleasant, and as I said prior, food was excellent. The atmosphere is simple and clean. I’ll be back for sure! Of course with the hopes they purchase larger/standard size wine glasses for their customers.

Walked in, two employees chatting, we had to ask to be seated. Was told he will be up to seat you. Two tables in the restaurant. Get to a table, theres french fries all over the floor. Server/host apologized and picked up w his hands. Ordered stuffed mushrooms as an app, they were just ok. Nothing special. My father ordered Pasta w sausage, red onion, spinach, mushrooms in a cream sauce. Was ok. I ordered the Wednesday Steak Special. Wasn’t cooked correctly and horribly fatty. Asked for dessert menu, received right away… decided on a dessert, after 15 minutes server never came back. I had to knock on the kitchen door to get his attention.(Two tables included mine in whole restaurant) He said will be there in a second. Really? I had a Groupon, couldn’t use due to ordering the special. I asked to use the paid amount because I have zero intentions of going back. Mediocre food and service. I’m all for going to mom and pop restaurants but treat customers as you want to be treated…
