This is one of my favorite places to go with friends. The location is ideal, we can sit outside with a view of Tampa Bay and Safety Harbor Spa. I love the many great, healthy choices, the friendly service and warm, welcome feeling inside the restaurant. Try the Summer Salad, Butternut Squash Soup — available all year, not just seasonally, flat breads and also try their seasonal items. Their rewards program is also very generous. So happy this place is so close to both home and work.

Meh. If you’re really hungry & you just need to fill your belly it will do the trick, but you won’t walk out saying«That was really good!» It’s just ok.

We waited over 35 minutes before receiving any food. Five minutes later my wife’s flatbread was brought out and the server acknowledged it was wrong. Five minutes after he brought the same, now cold, flatbread back and said this is what you ordered. Unbelievable. Clearly understaffed with tables full of dirty dishes. Too bad because the food is ok. But the wait is ridiculous.

I love this Crispers location in the midst of downtown Safety Harbor. It is across the street from a cute historical hotel. It has a nice outside patio area. It’s just all around a cool place for a lunch break. My favorite are the flatbread salads especially the Caribbean Chicken Flatbread and the Thai Chicken Flatbread Salad. The service here is great. This is a fun place to stop especially when they have 3rd Fridays in Safety Harbor. There’s so much life, fun, and music all around! Check this place out. There are also locations in South Tampa, Carrollwood, and Brandon as well!!!

Ordered two bowls of soups to go. Got home to discover I was given cup size portions even though I paid for bowls. The crazy thing was I had to wait for the server when I ordered because she was taking a call from another customer who received an incorrect order. Soup was just ok.

Conveniently located across the street from our resort, this is a great place to go for lunch, or a quick snack. The food and environment reminds me of Panera, but the portions are much bigger and I think the food is actually tastier. If you get the Crisper loyalty card, you get a free treat on your second visit! Not bad. Servers were friendly. Food was good. Patio is nice to sit on when you want to get fresh air and watch the traffic pass by.

Crispers is ago too for freshly made salad and flatbread. They provide a ½ and ½ menu of soup, salad, and flatbread. A flatbread and salad combination always hits the spot. Additionally they have happy hour pricing daily that provides good deals as well. A wonderful place to stop.

The location of this restaurant is perfect, right at the end of Main Street in Safety Harbor. Stroll along, check out the stores and watering holes and stop in for a salad or a reasonably healthy meal. I recommend ordering a strawberry milkshake, it’s one of the LEAST healthy items on the menu, but it’s also one of the best strawberry shakes you will get!

Food was amazing! Ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup and half sandwich of turkey cranwich. The restaurant was very clean and I received my food super fast. I ate outside which was great as well.

We were looking for a light, and freshly prepared bite to eat. This place was perfect, the staff was friendly, it was immaculate, and the food was very good.

Good food for the price. It’s in the category of healthier«fast food». It’s not a 5 star restaurant so I’m not sure why other reviewers knock it for having a cafeteria style. Great variety of sandwiches and salads and the fruit is the freshest I’ve ever had at a restaurant… manager told me they cut it fresh each day… you won’t find that in many places. It’s a great, affordable place you can go to multiple times a month. I recommend their rewards/member card… You get discounts and free stuff after only a couple visits. Great place for kids with healthy options at a low price. And the small kids get a free ice cream scoop after their meal! I would have given a 5 star review if they wouldn’t have taken their chicken breast dinner off the menu… it was fantastic and I hate to see it go.

Meh — nothing above 3 stars in my opinion. This dining experience is very similar to Panera, but I think this is more of the cafeteria feel. There are many food selections and most I have found to be tasty and somewhat delicious. However, you can’t get away from the cafeteria serviced feel. The restaurant is clean and is in a great location next to the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa.

This was my first time eating at a Crispers and I almost felt like I was eating at Panera. There are differences, but they are subtle. They serve soups, sandwiches, and salads, which you order at a counter and it is brought to your table. I had the squash soup which was good, I especially like my grilled vegetable sandwich, the quality of the vegetables in it was really good. I think if I go here again I would get a salad as that was what they seem to specialize in. My companion had a turkey and cheese sandwich which was good but not remarkable. The food came quickly, even though they were crowded, so that was a plus as we were in a time crunch. This is a convenient place to eat if you are in Safety Harbor and it right across the street from the Safety Harbor hotel if you are staying there.

Stopped in before 3rd Friday so I wouldn’t be tempted by all the goodies offered by vendors. I’m glad I did too! I had a magnificent flat bread and a bowl of soup. Their tomatoe soup was amazing!

If it’s your first time going, Just know that the ordering process is similar to Panera, but there is no menu on a wall to look at. You have to wait for the people in front of you to order before you can make your way to the counter to grab a menu to look at(unless you don’t mind being rude and pushing your way to the front to get one.) the space to order is narrow so it gets crowded with just a few people in line. Besides the odd ordering process, the food came out quick and decent. you can’t really go wrong with a flatbread. overall, its a quick place to grab a bite during lunch break but I wouldn’t eat here regularly. btw if the management of Crispers is looking at this… a big menu above/behind the counter would be great and make it a lot easier for your customers to order.

We tried Crisper’s for dinner last night after a pretty stroll through downtown Safety Harbor. We were running short on time, and the pictures of meals in the windows looked appealing enough. When you walk in they actually have a display full of fold up paper menus, which I thought was a very practical and good idea on their part. First of all, it gave my hubby and I the ability to look over the menu in our own time, with no pressure to order quickly. Also, the menus were made to keep, which is nice to have for the next time we decide to visit. The restaurant has a very modern design, with a generous amount of seating as well. It wasn’t crowded at all when we went, and we managed to snag a booth with some cushy leathy chairs. My only complaint about the furnishings is the disproportionate height of the table to the chairs. I was almost staring at my food at eye level and I’m 5’6″. Speaking of the food, I had the trio. You get to pick three items of of a limited menu, so I chose a black angus slider, a blackened chicken caesar salad lettuce cup, and a loaded baked potato. The trio items are made to be medium/small sized for the sake of a balanced meal. The compartmentalized dish it was served on was very cute, in my opinion, and a nice touch. I started out with the back angus slider and was mildly disappointed from first bite. The burger patty was sort of bland, and the chipotle mayo the menu said came on the burger seemed to be non existent. That may be because of the pile of onions they stuffed into the slider, though. The other two items were very tasty, which redeemed the meal quite a bit. I was actually a fan of the lettuce cup. It was a good balance of lettuce to caesar dressing, and the lettuce was layered which kept the dressing from dripping all over the place. The mini baked potato was delicious, but pretty standard. Everything said and done, I’d come back here. The customer service was top notch and our food came out fairly quickly. The slider was the only down side of the meal. Other than that, it was great.

Crispers is a chain restaurant owned by the Publix supermarket corp. It is the sort of place where you stand in line to order, get a number, and they bring your meal to you; drinks are self-serve. so the only service is bringing the meal out. The salads are all pretty good; the sandwiches are also respectable. I used to eat a salad there pretty often, but they have raised their prices quite a bit, making it a pretty poor value. My Southwest salad used to be a $ 7+ meal; it is now a shade over $ 9; pretty pricy for a take-out salad! Sit there with a drink and leave a small tip for the person who brought your food, and you’ve just spent $ 12+.

yum! I use to go here a lot when I was in high school and starting out in college. It’s a great place to meet up with your friends and grab lunch or to study. They have inside and outside seating and also in a nice plaza. The food from what I remember was pretty good and healthy. I haven’t been there in awhile so I’m not sure how things are now. I remember the soup was not as good and I stopped getting them and they switched the buy 2 halves deal.
