McDonald’s

This evening we were traveling to Boston and needed a snack before getting too far from Cape, so we decided to stop in at this McDonald’s.
Overall, we were pleased with our experience. The staff was polite, the food was made quickly, and our food was well made. The McChicken sandwiches were perfectly made and I tried their mozzarella sticks which were average.
In the end, this isn’t a five star restaurant, but I felt like it was a decent McDonald’s.

I’m glad I didn’t have plans for the afternoon considering the time it took to get through the drive thru. I’ve been inside before and was disgusted at how filthy it was so no matter how I order my food, I lose.
Not many people know this but this specific restaurant is responsible for the new breakfast all day menu. Management saw that if a person hits the drive thru at 7 am, they were lucky to get their food before noon.

So bad, don’t know I put myself through this. They have 2 drive thru lanes and you get cut off almost every time. Then they don’t know what you ordered because the cars are all out of order. Legit 20 min wait for a small shake and a bottle of water. The one star they get is for getting the bottle of water right. So let’s give them fifteen an hour, sure.

Welcome to the cleanest, nicest McDonalds bathroom I’ve ever been in.
I only used the restroom and I must say if you’re ever traveling thru Cape cod stop here. 5 stars!

This is the SLOWEST McDonalds drive thru I have EVER been to (no exaggeration). It has two lanes to take your order but only one lane to take money and dispense the food.
We waited in line for 22 minutes! We debated on wether to jump off the highway and grab some food or not and this seemed like the fastest option — pfffft boy were we wrong.
Unless you have a half hour to spare, avoid this «fast food» stop.

At 11:30 pm you’d think things would move quickly. Wrong. 10 minute wait only to find (once back on hwy) that there was no burger in our happy meal. Just french fries, a yogurt and apples. Not even a toy. SO IRRITATING!!!

We went through the drive through later in the evening just needing something quick before getting back on the road. To start off there were only two of us in line but service was still rather slow. They got my order right on the screen. They had it right on the receipt that was even stuck to the top of the burger carton and still managed to give me the completely wrong sandwich. The food was hot and the place seemed clean from the outside and has plenty of parking. It is also convenient to the highway and located near a gas station. Just double check your order and speak slowly…

my expectations for a McDonald’s are already low, and this one missed even that standard. they gave us the wrong size EVERYThING (drink, sandwich, fries), charged us extra, and didn’t even manage to give us ketchup. went in to get some, and their dispenser exploded all over the place. the worst.

Absolutely The Dirtiest Kitchen I Have Ever Seen, At a Mcy D’s. This Corporate Owned Place Needs A Visit From The Main Office. The New Makeover only Acts To Frame This Embarrassment! Health Dept. Please Take Notice.

The filet mignon was burnt.

Honestly, one of, if not the, single worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Place was under construction and a nightmare just to get in and out of — I literally could not find the driveway, a sign to «stay away» that I should have listened to. While the line was short and moved quickly, it took almost 10 minutes for two burgers to come out. 10 minutes from a restaurant that usually advertises food in under a minute. Trash was full, and several of the soda options were empty. Bathroom was disgusting, as in I think I picked up an STD from something growing in the grime type disgusting. Not even the graffiti on the stalls was decent.
If I wasn’t deathly starving and in a hurry, I would have turned around and walked out, even after paying. Look for someplace else, like the Dunkins across the street or one of the several great places over the bridge.

ONE STAR again trying to get someone’s attention… the order station from the customer’s perspective is NOT OK. SAME EXACT DIRT ON THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE AS A MONTH AGO (well, plus a month’s new dirt on top of that, see my uploaded picture)

Actually most of it was quite good; the woman taking orders couldn’t have been any better, everyone was bustling about, no french fries being ground into the floor… food was as good as it could be for McDonalds (I didn’t have to pull a single piece of questionable lettuce out of my salad)…hmmmm… what’s going on here… who’s that well-​groomed professional looking manager working the line… oh, guess what, he’s the district manager! No wonder everyone was on their best behavior. As he left, I could see everyone discreetly and warily keeping their side-​eye on him as he walked through the dining room… I stopped him and mentioned my obsession with the dirty credit card terminal… he said he’d fix it, smiled, and thanked me for my feedback…

I’m giving this three stars because when it comes down to it, it’s a McDonalds. It’s just like most others. I wouldn’t say it’s dirty, but since it’s open 24 hours, it’s not spotless. The food is the same as any other, and the service is slow. I live right up the street, so I’m here pretty often, and they’ve never gotten my order for one ready in less than 5 minutes. There’s always a long line for the drive through, as it’s right next to a bus station and a park and ride, so if you’re in a rush, go inside to order.

Very convenient location, but this McDonalds is gross.
I’ve been here twice in the past year, and both times it was dirty, with french fries and trash on the floor, overflowing garbage cans, etc. I’m not likely to go back.
