I love this Albertsons, we have shopped here for the last 9 years. Yes some of there stuff is overpriced, however they always have wonderful sales which more than makes up for it. Much better than Walmart which is pretty much the only other grocery store in the area. Their customer service skills are great too!

I usually come to this Albertsons because they have a pretty decent selection of organic chicken. Unfortunately, other than their organic chicken, this place is pretty small and their selection of other items is pretty limited. Their prices are also a lot higher than other places, too. The staff is pretty friendly though and I value customer service so I gave them three stars.

Lately, I have been very disappointed with the service here. Long lines, but 4 – 5 employees just standing around talking, managers included. Sometimes even so much as to come and chat with the only cashier, making them slower. If I didn’t despise Walmart so much, Alberstons would lose my business

Albertson’s is a little pricey, and this one doesn’t have the freshest produce. For example, I have seen fruit flies on the clearance bags of bananas and have gotten some bad onions a couple of times. On a more positive note, most of the checkers are friendly, and I think it is great that this location hires high functioning, mentally challenged baggers. The baggers are extra talkative which makes it fun to shop there.

I cannot tell you how many time I have gotten home with expired items from this albertsons. Biscuits, candy, wonton wrappers, cans of soup. Expired butter? Really? I now have to spend extra time to check ALL dates on EVERYTHING if I shop there. I will just drive somewhere else.

The atmosphere is good but the majority of their items are very overpriced. To shop at Albertsons you would have to be a loyal customer that which I’m not

I like Albertson’s. I prefer it to Walmart or any other market in the area. Usually it’s a great experience every time I shop there. But today on a Sunday, probably the busiest day of the week, I didn’t have a great experience. The visit started out fine. I got everything I needed and proceeded to the register. There was a register open with no one in it. Great! Nope, should’ve skipped it. I was greeted by the cashier, Katheryne S. I think, but I’m not sure. She scanned my items. Then she thought it would be funny to toss them in the air over to the other girl who was bagging the items! She didn’t just toss one, but other ones as well. Then she started to get real creative with her tossing trying to fake out the bagger. They were having a great time… I know a lot of the employees there are teenage kids and sometimes they just can’t help themselves, but come on. I didn’t think it was funny. I usually don’t complain, but then again who does that?! I will still go back to Albertson’s, but next time I will avoid the part-time juggling clowns at the registers.

Ah, good ol’ Albertson’s. I hadn’t visited one of these since 2006 when the last one closed in my hometown. Saginaw’s location is a lot nicer than what I remember us having here in the Florida Panhandle. This Albertson’s reminded me a lot of the Publix chain we have here in Florida, and I mean that as a compliment. Albertson’s was busy during our Christmas Eve visit, but, unlike most Walmarts, THEYHADENOUGHREGISTERSOPEN! That’s huge! The store was sparkling clean with a great variety of products. Great looking and extensive produce sections. The meat department’s offerings looked so delicious it was all I could do not to buy a charcoal grill and a steak and cook it up in the parking lot! Also, the bakery was pumping out cakes and breads and smelled incredible. Prices are on the higher end for mainstream grocery stores, but there are numerous buy-one-get-ones and other deals. All-in-all, if I lived in the area, Albertson’s would likely see a lot more of me than the Walmart next door.
