Very disappointed! I ordered the lettuce wraps, lo-mein, shrimp tempura, and a beach roll. The chicken did not taste fresh and the tempura on the shrimp and beach roll was not cooked through.

Went for dinner. The food was ok but a little on the salty side. General Tso’s salty but good portion with little rice portions seemed off a little, Egg Roll so so, Crab Rangoon blaaa to much sugar, Hot and sour soup had really long pieces of veggies and hard to eat, cut your soup before you eat was new to me. Will try again and sample other menu items, but for now it’s an okay place but not a go to for the best.

My boyfriend and I came walked in we weren’t greeted right away but we sure did make eye contact with one of the employees. He didn’t say anything but just look at us. I mean a simple ‘hello, someone will be right with you or sit any where’ would have been nice. So our waitress comes and seats us. Right away she asked if we knew what we wanted to order. We JUST sat down keep in mind. We told her no, and she brought our waters. A couple minutes passes by and she still hasn’t came back. She got up to fix herself lunch and literally sat two tables from us. I get it, she has to eat too. She finally comes back and takes our order. We order for appetizer the crab rangoon, I got the Szechuan chicken and he got the Kung Pao chicken. It took maybe 20 minutes for our food to come out. Our entrees came out before the crab rangoon, not sure why it would take so long. The crab rangoon’s filling was basically cream cheese, barely any imitation crab. The Kung Pao chicken was saucy and I guess tasty because he cleared his plate. I like how fresh the green peppers were. The Szechuan chicken was a bit dry. They did use fresh vegetables so that’s always good. Maybe we’ll return but the service we had was just whatever. She only checked on us once, refilled us once. She looked like she didn’t even want to be there.

I loved this place due to the great experience I had at the one on Beach St. I live close to this one so I was excited to see it finally open! I ordered for my whole family and when I got home, they had forgotten to include my 2 orders of sushi with the food. They never asked for my name or number upon calling for pickup. It was really good and was a good price, I just hate that I had to drive back because of their lack of organization.

I ordered delivery service today from Taste of Asia’s lunch menu. They were very courteous, prompt(the order was delivered super fast), and it was packaged perfectly. I ordered the cashew chicken, fried rice, egg roll, crab rangoon and egg drop soup. Everything was fresh and delicious!!!

Our first time for Taste of Asia. There are two other Buffett places in Saginaw and a Panda Express, and Taste of Asia fits the dining category nicely. They have a nice variety of dishes between 9 and 11 and many lunch specials for 6.75. I had General Tso’s Chicken with steamed rice and it was good. It had a good flavor to it, and was a good amount for lunch. My son wasn’t feeling well and had the chicken dumpling soup and said he was feeling better after he finished. I’m sure we’ll be back!
