I’d give less than one star if possible. My son bought a new bike there a few month back. Very poor customer service regarding in warranty issues. He says some mouthy young guy gave him static. Tubes were going flat daily and they refused to fix. Said he could replace for $ 60-​$ 70 a pair. I can buy them for $ 25 and do them myself. He won’t go back there or recommend them.

My Britax stroller had a flat tire so I called here to see if they could fix it. The replaced the tube in the tire and got it all set for me and all while I waited. it only took about 10 minutes. The whole deal cost me around 15 bucks. I was very pleased with their repair service and would recommend it to anyone.
My only complaint is that no one ever came to ask me if I had any questions about the bikes they had while I waited. I was looking at a beach cruiser and a bicycle trailer (for kiids) and no one seemed to have any time to talk to me even though there were like four guys working when I went in.
