Church’s Chicken

This place is ridiculous. 25 $ for nothing. Not only that but when we order a 10 piece mix meal we were told is we want white meat we will have to wait 15 – 20 minutes what kind of chicken place runs out of chicken. The family sides are a joke. And it took 20 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of us. Should have went to chicken express!

I have never experienced the worst service until today. I went to pick up dinner for my family and the cashier was very pleasant. However she served me cold chicken. I had a feeling that my food was cold because when i pulled up to the drive through, my food was alway bagged up. I felt my chicken and it was not warm at all. I go in and the manager immediately tells me that chicken is never hot. He has served for 23 years and never had hot chicken. Not once did he apologize or attempt to make fresh chicken. They had so much chicken sitting under the heat lamp and no customers. STUPID! Don’t make a lot of chicken if there is not any customers and then serve the customers the cold chicken. This is why you have no customers.

I can’t tell you anything at all about the food. We walked in at 8:00 PM. One of the employees asked what was apparently the manager if she needed help and was told, «No. Most of them won’t want anything because we’re out of biscuits and the only white meat we have left is wings.» I confirmed what she said and left. I know that chicken joints dearly hate to have leftover chicken, but an hour before closing you can’t throw a couple of breasts in the fryer? And when you can’t make a pan of biscuits an hour before closing it’s simply laziness.
The manager needs to be fired. She’s in the wrong line of work entirely. If it’s a franchise, the owner needs to lose it.

When you have to wait a long time for food it’s should be hot and fresh… Mine was cold and gross… I will never eat here ever again. Customer service was slow and disorganized, nobody seemed to care about anything… From the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant it was all around bad.

Terrible customer service.
Dirty restaurants w/​flies all over the place.
And fries that tasted like they had been fried in grease that hasn’t been changed in a few months!

The only thing less appetizing than the food was the service.
This place needs new management…
Do yourself a favor and head down the street to the Chicken Express.

Apparently, you shouldn’t go at 8 p.m., LOL.
I’ve never had a huge problem any time I’ve gone here. I only went inside to order once, and yeah, service wasn’t that great and was kind of awkward.
But food-​wise, they usually give it to you hot and it tastes pretty good. I used to prefer Church’s over KFC, but now I haven’t been so sure since KFC released their awesome grilled options. But if you go to Church’s you HAVE to get their awesome honey and butter-​topped biscuits, along with some chicken (obviously), fries and gravy. Mmmm… gravy.

Bunch of ignoramus’ working at this place I’ll tell ya. It went down like this, me and my mother decided we wanted Churchs and boy were we sorry we went to this location. The sign on the outside of the door said that they closed at 9:00PM, when we arrived it was 8:05. The door was unlocked so we walked in (only natural right?), well we stood at the counter waiting to order for about 10 minutes before anyone even decided that they were going to acknowledge us. This is how we were greeted «How did you get in here?». WOW, well I’ll tell ya I certainly wasn’t prepared for the hostility. So I replied back «Through the front door». Apparently it was suppose to be locked, I guess they were trying to close shop and hour early and someone forgot to lock the door. So the ignorant mojo behind the counter went and got the manager (another ignorant mojo) from the back because the cash register was turned off or close or however that works. SO, when the manager came up to the front he was asking the girl why did he let us in? Then he went on to say and I quote «Well ring them up this time on the drive thru register». WTF are you kidding me? Ring them up this time. As if we’re doing THEM a favor. I held my tongue because I didn’t want them to spit in my food (probably did anyways), so we got our order ate whatever. Noticed that their was a number on the receipt to call and take a survey of how my experience was, so you bet your ass I called and took that servery, gave them all 1’s and talked to a representative who then connected me to the regional manager or whatever it’s called. Apparently the ignorant manager that was there the day that we went was substituting for the real manager. Still didn’t have to treat us so rude. But anyways we were able to talk to the manager who should have been running the joint and we got a free dinner on them. And just to show you the professionalism of their staff the mangers name was «KK», yeah take it from there… So anyways we had a dinner on KK and apparently so did all of her family members because everybody that walked in their she had some kind of connection too.
Bottom line: Don’t go to this Churchs unless you have the patience to put up with incompetent illegals.
