Classic Taco Bell, just remodeled/rebuilt along with what seems like a complete staffing rebuild too. Not trained well and not friendly at all. I decided to go in to check out the new building rather than go through the drive through and the two female employees at the counter just stared at me like I was an alien from Saturn. No «hello» or anything remotely close to that. One girl who was wearing extremely heavy eye liner(completely unprofessional for food service), actually turned her back and pretended I wasn’t there. The other girl that actually waited on me didn’t know how to run the computer/register, which was beyond frustrating for both her and myself as a customer. She also made mention that she wished it was a requirement that everyone used credit cards because they’re so much easier. Is it really that hard to make change for a $ 20?(I can’t imagine they see bills bigger than that very often.) I understand the store is new, and the computers were upgraded from the ones that were previously at this establishment the last 10 years, but why put your least experienced cashiers out there during dinner rush? I was also shorted my cheesy potatoes, and if I would have immediately left the store without checking my order, I would have been extremely upset. Two stars for a bad start to a new store, who’s only saving grace was the woman who made the extra effort to ensure I got all of my food.
